My brother and I took our parents to Kauai for their 50th wedding anniversary and this house was perfect for our needs! I loved that each bedroom basically had its own bathroom. The AC downstairs was very powerful and made coming in from the outside, delightful. This house was in a great neighborhood and very convenient to get to from all the local shopping. We hope to come back and stay here one of these days again. I would definitely recommend.

The location of this house is very good! The golf course and trail leading to the Queen’s Bath are within walking distance and the grocery is nearby. There are also some great restaurants and food trucks that you can enjoy! We liked the air conditioning in the downstairs living area and master. Upstairs gets a little warm but cools off after sunset nicely. Beds are comfy! Bring your own soap! Thanks for a good place to stay!

Loved our stay! Scott was so thorough in prepping us for things to do nearby that made our trip easier. The chocolate farm he recommended was amazing. All the extra ocean toys was super helpful as there are so many beaches to chose from on the north shore.

This house has plenty of room to move around and basically 3 master bedrooms. Wonderful host and was very responsive.

Our group of 10 (3 families with 6 adults, 3 teens & 1 tween) had a fun stay in Princeville. The location of the house couldn’t be better! We enjoyed walking to Queens Bath, riding bikes to soak up the sunset and strolling in the beautiful neighborhood. The location was great for our daily adventures to different parts of the island. The house was spacious & worked well for our large group. The available beach chairs, boogie boards and beach umbrellas were such a bonus for us. Scott’s communication was great after some initial miscommunication during the reservation process. He called us directly & apologized for the issue. He provided tips for restaurants and activities, which we found helpful. Our only suggestion would be in how the home is advertised. The home can accommodate 10 guests, however Scott prefers to keep the guest count at 8 and charges extra fees ($95 per person, per night) for the 9th & 10th guests. This information is listed on the VRBO site, however it wasn’t super easy to find. Our suggestion would be to clarify this information in an easily accessible location on the page for guests. Check in and check out were easy. Overall, we had an amazing stay!

We had a wonderful time in Scott’s home! Roomy bedrooms, plenty of fans, towels and everything you need! Will certainly be staying here again.

Upon arrival we noticed the floors had not been cleaned in quite sometime. However, we made a quick call to the lady who cleans and she came over the following day and it was much better!!! Scott, the owner, was awesome to deal with! We needed a later checkout due to a red eye flight and he accommodated us. He gave recommendations of great places to eat and things to do/see. It was a great and spacious house that gave our family (9) plenty of space. The bikes and all the beach gear were used nonstop! The Outdoor shower was nice to wash off all the sand from being at the beach all day. Quiet neighborhood, close to some awesome views. We would totally stay here again!!

We had a fantastic time at the property for our extended family gathering of 10 people. Property is exactly as advertised and in a beautiful neighborhood. Lots of beach gear to use, and we enjoyed the bikes supplied to explore the area as well.

The property is in good shape and clean. The check-in process was good, and the host was responsive. The host was also communicative as they were doing Solar installation. Overall the stay was uneven and things worked nicely

My family stayed at this property in Princeville 7 days. We absolutely loved this fantastic house ! We had 10 adults and the house was specious and very comfortable for our whole family. There were lots of kitchen tools, dishes, towels and snorkel equipments even bikes. The location was perfect and convenient with very quiet neighbors. The owner Scott was super friendly and easy to communicate. All family members really enjoyed this house and area. Thank you for wonderful stay !!

The house was well located and the space worked well for our family of 6 adults and 1 toddler. The cleaning standard when we arrived was excellent and Scott, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. The kitchen is mostly well equipped with a new fridge and dishwasher. The gas cooktop needs replacing but it looks like the owner has one ready to install. The furnishings are very tired and some of the carpets are pretty stained. The place is just in need of some basic minor repairs (garage door, for ex) and only 2 of the 4 bikes were usable.

We held a friends reunion in Kauai and stayed at the house which suited our needs very well. It's a great location, the place was clean and had lots amenities which we very much enjoyed. Would certainly stays there again. The communication with host was direct and very quick responses.

The home was nice, great arrangement. Although there are a few minor items I will mention, I would still rate as a 5. The bedroom with double bunks was hot and no working fan which made it a little uncomfortable for the guests in that room. Overall nice, some wear to furniture, however, most time was not spent in the house, so this was not a concern.

The house was perfect for our family of ten-ages 4 to 73. The area was beautiful and close to beaches and small towns for shopping .

We stayed on Poipu beach for the first part of our trip but wanted to explore the northern part of the island. Great stay at this Princeville house. Remember there isn’t A/C but was not an issue for us. We were out all day and slept with windows open at night. Must do up north: * Hanalei shopping and meals * Hanalei Bay sunset * Tunnels Beach

House was exactly as described and perfect for our traveling group. Great cental Princeville location allows for easy access to almost anything you might want to do. Enjoyed the large living spaces and appreciated the beach gear. Communication with owner is easy and efficient.

Our family named the trip album poke bowl, because we always seemed to add poke bowls to our meals. The house was wonderful for our family. We had plenty of space. Great backyard to play with the kids. The house was completely equipped for everything from the beach to the kitchen. Scott gave so many options for beaches. We picked anni beach one day and hanaleii bay another day. We could not have asked for more. We had 2 small issues with a faucet and garbage disposal and left note for the housekeeper. It was a wonderful vacation home for our family from age 4 to 74. Thanks Doug

My family had the best time in Kauai and this home was part of the trip. It was well appointed with cookware and very comfortable for us. It is centrally located on the North Shore and had plenty of space, it's a great place to stay in Princeville.

Scott's house was absolutely perfect for us. The location is amazing, the house is huge, and even with 10 adults we never felt cramped. The driveway is massive too which was really nice since we had a few different vehicles between us. He also has it completely stocked with everything you would need for the beach which is SO nice. The outdoor shower was great too for rinsing feet/swimsuits. He also has an extra fridge/freezer in the garage which came in handy with a couple large pizza boxes and some 12 packs. Also, even in the middle of the day it was never unpleasant inside, even without AC. The house has a ton of fans and always felt well ventilated. Was such a great experience overall, would absolutely stay here again!

Extremely Thankful for Scott letting us stay at this home. So many amenities. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Scott's communication was very quick and helpful. He even gave us a few tips that came in handy!

this was a great house in a nice quiet neighborhood, centrally located to everything on the north shore, tons of amenities for the beach, and the four bikes in the garage were a lot of fun, the outdoor grill was really handy too, highly recommend this house, we had no complaints about anything

Our stay here was perfection! Scott was super responsive to any messages and questions. We felt very welcomed with an easy checkin/checkout procedures, complimentary macadamia nuts and post cards, plenty of beach equipment (towels, boogie boards, umbrellas, toys, snorkel gear, bikes, etc). Everything was very clean as well. We loved being so close to the Queens bath trail and walking/running throughout the neighborhood. The neighbors were quiet, and it’s so dark at night (no street lights!) we could see thousands of stars. The tangerine tree and open grassy space in the side yard was a huge hit for the kids. The only thing I would suggest changing is the main floor bedroom’s curtains are pretty sheer so we needed to be aware of privacy with lights on at night because it’s visible from the kitchen and dining areas. We were 2 families traveling together - 11 of us (4 adults and 7 kids) and everyone was very comfortable and had plenty of space to play and hang out. Kitchen and pantry were stocked with plenty of leftover necessities so it was nice not to have to purchase *every* thing! We absolutely loved this property and highly recommend it!!

This home has everything you could need. Located short walk to Queens bath. Beautiful decorated and plenty of space for a large group. Kitchen appliances are high end and everything a chef would need. They have 4 bikes with a lock, boogie boards and plenty of snorkel gear. You seriously just need food and your own clothing I would highly recommend staying here.

This was the perfect location for our family vacation. The house was perfect, plenty room for our group of 9. It had all that we needed for a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again. Scott was a perfect host
