House was amazing with terrific games and amenities - loved it!

We love the Blue Whale. We have stayed 3 times. The owners did a great job setting it up but the house is having some issues. The arcade game was broken. It looks like a guest noted that several months ago and it had not been fixed, I reprogrammed it and got it working again. A guest complained about the very damaged pool table several months ago and vacasa responded to the review saying they were working on a replacement. We arrived to find the same broken pool table. The outside shower was broken from freeze damage over winter and had not been repaired. We also found the outside hose disabled which made it hard to keep sand out of the house. The battery on the back door lock is low and many times would not work to let us in. The hall bathroom sink upstairs backs up. There was a bird infestation in the house...Each morning we heard birds scratching IN THE WALLS and CEILING. We went outside to make sure they weren't on the outside and found they were accessing the house through vent holes in the eves on the east side of the house. We heard birds flapping and making screeching sounds in that wall and behind the hall shower. Not how we expected to be woken up on our vacation. We also heard them above the stairwell ceiling. We contacted vacasa who had a local person call us and tell us there was nothing they could do right now and kept asking if I was just calling to "advise them". The last day the bird noise stopped so I suspect the screeching one got out or died in the wall. Believe it or not, the bird infestation and Vacasa's lack of response was not the worst part of the trip. It was that NO ONE got a warm shower the whole week. Hot water would start and run for a couple minutes, just long enough for you to get into the shower and get wet, then the hot water heater would shut off and the shower would be full cold. There is an on demand water heater in the garage that is probably having issues with a pressure switch and shutting off even though it is in use. A guest a month ago also noted that they didn't get any hot water all week and it hadn’t been repaired. A low battery on the door, a slow draining sink, and a broken alarm clock are understandable. A broken shower, no hot water heater, and a screeching bird infestation is the makings of a bad holiday comedy movie. This was all reported to vacasa weeks ago and I’ve only gotten auto replies that “local management have been notified”.

Exactly as pictured. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Perfect layout for family with teens. Great location in waking distance to beach and several stores/restaurants. Had some issues with hot water and some of the games and amenities didn’t work properly.

Beautiful house totally set up for family fun. We had 2 families of 4 with bigger kids and they loved the house, the games, the huge table and comfy couches. Super close to the beach. We had an issue with the water heater and response from management was slow which is the only reason I didn’t put 5 stars.

We picked this house with some friends (8 of us total) and it worked out perfect. Kitchen utensils, appliances, 3 bathrooms, all sleeping upstairs with the Game room in the basement was perfect. Kids used the game room to its full potential. Tons of seating for meals and board games. The ONLY issue anyone had was the Hot water in the upstairs bathrooms seemed to last for a very short time, so lots of cold showers and we couldn’t figure out the outdoor shower. Regardless of the minor issues, 5 out of 5 stars. Will definitely stay again.

This home has so many wonderful ameneties. Besides the close access to the beach, things like sand toys, kites, and a wagon to haul it all in were available. Even though the first few days were rainy, we did not hear our teens say that they were bored one time on this trip. They had the arcade games, pool table, dart board and media room to keep them occupied. We call that a win in our book!

Rented this house for our kiddos spring break had a group of 9 and the house was perfect size never felt congested with 4 adults and 5 kids, had all the kitchen utensils and amenities needed to cook for a large family. All the game room amenities were great. We had a small issue in the guest bathroom and they contacted and came and addressed the issue same day, customer service as spectacular! Cleanliness was superb! Highly recommended!!

This house was far beyond expectations. It was perfect for our large family gathering Bonus- the beds are super comfortable! We will be renting again for sure.

The house was beautiful. The pool table was in bad condition. The house was very clean and very beautifully decorated. A great place to stay and we highly recommend it.

Great amenities for the whole family. Newer construction, beautifully decorated, and the kitchen had all the needed essential wares. The 3 full bathrooms was a huge plus for our large family. The classic arcade games had hundreds of games and the pool table, shuffle board, karaoke machine, board games, and dart board kept us busy and competitive. Our Teens loved it. An easy 5 minute walk to the beach, under 15 to the casino and a large well known grocery store was a 3 min drive. This is a three story home. Stairs are unavoidable- so be prepared.

What we loved most: Clean, spacious, fully stocked kitchen, extra linens, so much to do in thie house, short walk from the beach. What we would do differently: bring baby gates for the 2 flights of stairs and some cabinet locks. Open windows as soon as we arrive to cool down the house. My only request would be to put a dresser in the non primary bedrooms just to have somewhere to put my clothes. We love this house and already plan to be back next year.

This is a great house. With lots of room to spread out. A large kitchen with everything you might need. a draw back would be the bedroom and bathroom doors squeak when you open them which wakes other people up. The sofabed needs a thicker mattress on it.

All accommodations were “Top Notch”. Loved the pillows, in the master. If you allow, consider adding a hot water recirculating system. It took some time to get hot water, in the master. All in all the family enjoyed the stay. Spencer & Alice

We enjoyed our stay. The house is located near a grocery store, walking distance to beach, and little garden. The beach access is great for people with little kids and the outdoor shower was excellent for cleanup. The arcade machines were a hit. There were a few negatives. The cleaning wasn’t that great. At first it seemed ok, but then you started to notice thing. Baseboards in kitchen were dirty, drawers were full of debris, hairs in the shower and around sink, stained towels, guest bathtub drains extremely slow and sand all over couch. Also the outdoor trash was completely full when we arrived and no trash bags were left for the kitchen trash.

Everything was awesome! Only downside was the water pressure in the upstairs bathrooms. Fix that and we will be back for sure!

We loved this place so much. Wow! We came here with friends and family. Both adults and kids. The kitchen is so well equipped with everything you cam even think of. This home is super clean and well taken care of. Endless entertainment for everyone. A wagon and chairs were provided to be able to take to the beach with us which was only a 5 min walk away. We hope to have the opportunity to come back. Thank you for everything.

This vacation rental house was spectacular. Everything you could ask for! Kitchen well equipped. Pool, shuffle board, arcade and karaoke the best entertainment! Location was close to beach We’ll definitely return to this property

We booked this place for a party of 10, (including adults, teenagers, and two 1.5 year olds). This place was amazing. On a super quiet dead end street, 5 min walk to the beach, close to the store, and an outdoor firepit. They also included a utility wagon and beach chairs for our use. It had plenty of room for all of us and we loved spending the evenings playing games downstairs. The home also comes stocked with books and puzzles/board and card games. The house has 3 bathrooms (if you’re traveling with small children, only one bathroom has a tub!). The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. There are plenty of beach and bath towels, and they provide cookware which was super helpful! We did bring 2 baby gates to keep the littles off the stairs and that worked well. We also brought a pack and play for toddler sleep. Our check in had a bit of trouble with the key, but Vacasa was quick to remedy the issue. Checkout was seamless. It’s very clean and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again!

This house was great for a larger gathering. Close walk down to the beach and to the casino. Plenty of space for people to sleep and great kitchen space. The downstairs was a nice bonus; to hangout and play games! Would stay here again!

We had 4 generations of family staying and the house was perfect. The arcade games and games in the garage were perfect for both the littles and the big kids (including the adults LOL). Beds are comfortable and additional bedding, bath and beach towels galore. The house is maintained and decorated beautifully. We would love to come back again. We did notice tiny ants coming in the kitchen window seal our last morning, not sure where they were going. We left a note for the cleaners in the kitchen window, so they could take care of it.

Very nice house, could use a few more cooking/serving dishes. Need some bowls with lids.

This home was perfect for a work retreat. The extra large table was the perfect work space. The furnishings were stylish and everything was incredibly clean. Many thoughtful amenities. Our only complaints were the bed pillows and the wind rattling around the fan over the stove. Other than that, it was an ideal home to stay in we would definitely return.
