Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hello!Thanks for allowing us to stay at 189 Patina Blvd this weekend. We enjoyed our stay, but disappointed in a few things. I reached out Thursday night and then again Friday morning to put in a service request for the downstairs hallway bathroom drain to be unclogged and for the patio strung lights to be fixed and nobody ever came. We had 3 girls all trying to share that one bathroom throughout the weekend, so it was pretty gross to be standing in stand still water while showering. We were also hoping to spend time on the front porch in the cool evenings under the string lights but never got to. I was told a work order was put in, but nothing ever came from it. I took out the trash to the curb this morning as it looks like it comes tomorrow. When I was taking out our trash, I didn’t realize there was still all the trash from the previous renters. Pretty gross to open and all the smells. I saw that trash pickup happened on Friday, but I was not expecting that I needed to bring out trash from the previous renters as we only got on Thursday evening and didn’t have any trash.

I had a wonderful Mother's Day Week with my two daughters. Peaceful neighborhood, and easy walk to the beach. The house was cozy and very clean. We enjoyed the screened in front porch as well as the open air balcony off the Master suite. Management was very attentive and ready to help at anytime!

Safety devices such as CO detectors and grab bars in showers are needed.

The beds were super comfortable and the top floor master suite was very spacious and the rooftop deck was delightful. We would definitely stay in this house (and Magnolia community) again!!

Great location and great property. The only part about the house I didnt like was not having a better way to grill outdoors. The spot for the grill was a little odd. I recommend adding stepping stones from the side to the back. I wish there was an actual back door with patio. The beds were super comfy. The living area was nice as well as the rooms. The front patio was everything, especially in the rain. Overall, the property was exceptional! Would recommend & definitely stay here again.
