The location of this unit is perfect, for downtown Charlevoix. Everything is walking distance, in the view is wonderful. The interior needs to be updated, not sure why I had two microwaves and no toaster. The pots and pans are really in bad shape so bring your own if that’s what you need. The bathroom really needs updating, mold in the bathtub. Aside from the interior that needs updating. The unit is a nice spot to stay.

Stayed in unit 111 nice location central to everything walking distance. The unit was clean but could use updating. Bathroom wallpaper peeling, tub needs caulk redone, if not replaced. Decor was from the 80’s. Bit, with all that said it was clean, and it was great location

Great location, beautiful town and location, so much to do, stay at least 3 nights to absorb the vibe, food, views and the incredible beauty of Charlevoix and nearby area. Pool and facilities were more than adequate, perfect pool temperature. Extremely satisfactory, only wish was a larger refrigerator.

The hotel/condo is nice. The best part is that it sits on the water’s edge with great views. The unit I stayed in was nice. Again, the best part is the balcony and its view. The unit itself needs some TLC.

Perfect spot for enjoying downtown Charlevoix. We spent a girls’ weekend in town and easily walked to restaurants, bars, and shops. The cross country and hiking trails were short drives. The condo itself was good for a short weekend. The kitchen is too small for a longer stay with a family cooking and eating. The heat seemed to be programmed to cooler temps than we were used to. We couldn’t override the thermostat settings so we had to wear extra layers while relaxing and visiting in the evening. The place was clean, appropriately stocked, the building was nice and the location was great. I’d stay there again for a short stay where I wanted to access downtown.

The room was perfect. Beautiful view. My only complaint was that I came up for a golf trip where I played 36 holes a day. The sauna and the hot tub were the selling points for why I booked this location - and neither seemed to be working. The hot tub was hot, but the jets didnt work. All good, thank you.

We had a great time with family and friends. The view of Round Lake was fantastic. Watching boats coming and going was enjoyable. The only negative was the hot tub was a hit or miss whether the jets worked and there weren't always clean towels available at the pool.

Charlevoix is a beautiful lake town. The downtown was cute with lots of boutique shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful time. The view from our condo was great. The staff was very accommodating, especially “Grace.” She went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Just wish the hot tub was working.

Great location but not a lot of attention to detail. No clock in the living area, Had to go to the front desk for TP that was not stocked. Pots and pans had no lids for cooking. one blanket for the sleeper sofa. Two towels for 3 guest. Sauna was not on. Jacuzzi was the same temp as the pool, luke warm.

Beautiful location. Very relaxing. I just wish the maintenance team was more helpful. Simple issue of a dead remote (no, it wasn't the batteries) in the living room and it was never fixed despite two trips to the front desk. Small problem but irritating given the premium rate we paid. The next guests will have the same issue.
