We visit wine country about a dozen times a year. We love everything about this cute little place. Being avid travelers there are a few things that we would change, especially if we were staying more than a couple of nights.
We have been looking for a place to stay at when we go, so far everything had disappointed us, but this was exactly what we are looking for in a rental for the two of us.

This is a true summer cottage. It has a large yard and the owners were very friendly and responsive. We liked the area and the small neighborhood beach was inviting, clean and very relaxing. There is a life guard on duty.
The cabin was nicely appointed, however there are some areas of concern. The bedrooms are very small and the beds are barely queen size. Some of the furniture is a bit worn or has spots. The back porch was nice, however it was not clean.
The place was listed with sleeping opportunities for 6 people, I think with 2 adults and 2 children the max capacity is reached.
We enjoyed our stay.

We 3 had a lovely stay in a cute cottage in the middle of the North Fork wine country. Located in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the quaint town of Mattituck. We cooked in one night, toured many wineries, dined out and shopped in the surrounding towns. Lovely relaxing weekend away from the city.

We were looking for a peaceful quiet get-away and we found it. Spent a relaxing evening around the fire pit watching the stars come out. Went to a wine tasting. Had a wonderful meal. Enjoyed looking at the water. We felt at home.

Lovely little cottage - clean and all you could need. Yard was immaculate, our German shepherd loved it, plenty of room for a game of frisbee. Especially loved the hammock and the fire pit. Our host was super quick to respond and very accommodating. The beach was gorgeous, very close and within walking distance. We had a great lunch and Love Lane Kitchen and bought some superb meat for the bbq from the butcher around the corner - hosts gave us some great recommendations for our stay. Recommend this place for sure!

Very cute cottage bedrooms small Plumming was noisy when you put water on in sink of kitchen bathroom very small but it was clean decorated cute back yard nice location near many vineyards owner very helpful and quick to call back

We really enjoyed our stay at Andrew and Morgan’s cozy cottage. Their home was clean and adorable, the beautiful beach was just a short drive away, there are a number of delicious restaurants restaurants nearby and they kindly accommodated us and our large breed dog. Their backyard is completely fenced in and came with dog bowls and balls!

This delightful and cozy vintage home provided a much-needed comfort zone and oasis feel, while dealing with the loss of my father. It provided all the essentials required to support my family and I throughout each day. This has become my future home away from home when visiting family in New York!

We loved our time at the cottage. Centrally located on the north fork, Mattituck is the perfect spot and home base for our stay. The house was just the right space for us. We enjoyed the covered back porch and big back yard. Our hosts were generous and communicative, responsive to any questions we had. We highly recommend this home for your next trip.

Beautiful house. Very clean and just as nice as the photos. House is actually more spacious than photos let on. I'm originally from Hamptons and have to say that this place was amazing and great location. My son loved the backyard. The fire pit was great.

Lovely cottage.
My husband and I, along with our Golden Retriever, stayed at the cottage for a week. It was just as pictured in the listing. Andrew and Morgan provided a great deal of information about the area, including restaurants and wineries to visit. Our first night, we had dinner at Touch of Venice - excellent Italian food. Many thanks for the suggestion!

Great NFLI Getaway
Cottage is small, but we knew that going in; didn't matter. Comfortable, nicely furnished, all comforts needed. Great backyard. Walkable to several places, also centrally located to drive to all other towns. All was as hoped, and we hoped for a wonderful week away.

Cutest little cottage by the bay
I am so happy that I chose this property for vacation with my husband and our chocolate lab Sadie. The cottage was perfect. Beautifully decorated so light and airy with a beachy feel. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed with necessities. The backyard was fenced in and nicely landscaped and spacious. So nice for people with pets and perfect to play fetch. Andrew worked some magic and allowed us to come in earlier than we expected and went above and beyond. The location is superb! Shopping center with Starbucks restaurants bagel place movie theater etc all within walking distance as of course was the beach which was part of our daily walk routine. Beautiful area and neighborhood. You will not be disappointed in choosing to stay here.

Perfect Escape
Whenever I find something that we love (e.g., a restaurant or vacation spot), I am always tentative about writing too glowing a review because I want to be selfish and keep it to myself. However, I have no choice here but to compliment Andrew and Morgan. The place was everything that was advertised and more. It was absolutely perfect for a short weekend to get a refresh. We loved the house and the backyard. The location was beyond amazing. Close to Love Lane, close to a shopping center with all the necessities, and walking distance to the beach. And the house is really well thought out. The decor and design is really fun and made us feel like someone was hosting us rather than just staying in someone else's home. The space is perfect for a couple or even two couples to come and stay. And our pup Ruthie was ecstatic about the backyard. I am hoping to get back out there for the summer! Hopefully, there are some dates left for us.

Fabulous long weekend away
Wonderful weekend for 3 adult professional women who were celebrating one of our birthdays! The cottage was well decorated, clean, and the location was close to everything - town, great restaurants and vineyards. The host was very easy to work with. Beautiful back yard too! My well behaved dog also gave the property 4 paws!

GREAT, JUST AS PICTURED! Perfect location!
We decided to do a couple nights stay for a getaway. After first booking, I wrongly put in the incorrect dates. I quickly emailed them and they helped changed the dates without hesitation. We luckily had some really nice days for March as the plan was to go to a couple wineries. We brought our dog and having a large fenced in back yard was perfect for her to roam and run around. They even came and brought a new propane tank so we could grill with it being such nice weather. Everything was extremely clean and organized. 10/10 would recommend! We will definitely be going back!

We had a great time! Though may look smaller from outside, was very spacious and comfortable with high ceilings and beautiful decor! Had everything we needed and was close enough to explore both the North Fork and South Fork! Would recommend to everyone!

Great stay in Mattituck
This property was centrally located. It was recently renovated and comfortable for our family (my husband, 20 month old and myself). The property is cozy (around 800 sq ft) - although it can sleep more, I'd suggest not going with a group bigger than 4. The property manager was available, check in process was easy. We'd stay here again.
