This property was great and in a very good neighborhood, I was visiting for my family reunion and had no clue the location was so convenient to everything from groceries to retail, the furniture can be brought up mor to date but the cleanliness, great space, garage and gorgeous back yard supplemented that, I would absolutely book again..

This little house is cozy and clean. The inside is recently renovated. I stayed here for two nights with my daughter over Mom’s Weekend. There are a few things that should be repaired or addressed. For example, there’s no bottom to the cabinet under the sink. The garage is very dark and dingy and very narrow. I didn’t utilize it because of this, plus there was no remote to work an opener, which is a safety concern if coming home after dark. The front door also sticks and hard to open. It suited its purpose, was close to campus. If your planning to do a lot of cooking, be aware that the kitchen is very small. Owner / Property Manager espoused but sometimes not for days.

The check-in process was easy, beds were comfortable, plenty of soft towels, huge TV, warm, ceiling fans in both bedrooms, nice clean bathroom, plenty of hot water, good water pressure, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, neighborhood was quiet, a garage separates the apartments so we never heard the neighbor, and snacks, toiletries, and a good hair dryer. What more could you want?!

A cozy place for a getaway to the grandparents. Great location with all the things we needed for meals and rest. I hope we can stay here again soon.

We really enjoyed our stay over thanksgiving. We were able to get away from the overcrowded family home and enjoy some peaceful time on our own. Very clean with nice amenities, close to some wonderful parks and grocery stores.

Priscilla is a gem, as is this home. The year started off rough for our family and a weekend away to visit my niece and watch her in the Fighting Illini band during a game was a much needed break for my sister, husband and I. Priscilla went beyond gracious in providing us a welcome basket (thank you again for your kindness). My sister was amazed by the entire experience, as this was her first VRBO experience (much to her surprise, actually more affordable than the hotels she has been using to visit). The neighborhood was quiet. The house impeccably clean. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have ever found in a VRBO (when my husband and I travel, our first choice is always a VRBO listing). We were able to relax and enjoy a visit with my niece in a quiet comfortable home, which was a blessing. We used the kitchen a bit and it had everything we needed. Use of the garage was a welcome surprise and handy since it was raining as we loaded the vehicle to head home. It’s a good location for future visits and we will always check for availability here first. This will be the “gold standard” my sister will use for future VRBO stays.

We stayed here for a wedding that was east of Urbana. This was a good location, clean house.

This property was so clean and neat. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The neighborhood was quiet and close to many stores and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property.

The property owner was very responsive to questions and so pleasant. It was a great place for my daughter and I to stay during Mom’s Weekend at U of I. The amenities were great, the place was nice and clean and the huge basket of snacks made our day! Overall a great experience!

This property was very clean and homey. The hosts left us a generous welcome basket. They stock the kitchen with basic spices that you would need if you're cooking along with coffee and tea. The bathroom even had soap bars and toothpaste in case you forgot to pack them. They had plenty of extra towels for both kitchen and bath. You can tell they've thought of all the little things that can make their guests comfortable.

Excellent! We had an awesome gift basket when we arrived late at night trying to beat a terrible winter storm. It was full of all of our favorite snacks which she inquired about ahead of time. Spacious, comfortable, close to Assembly Hall but far away from any campus chaos. Nice quiet street. The beds were extremely comfortable! Extremely clean!
