We had a wonderful experience in this gorgeous, comfortable, relaxing vacation home!! Very clean, very accommodating, easy access to everything and so so much more. Plenty of parking, The management was an absolute pleasure to deal with on every aspect!! Thank you so much for everything!! We would be pleased to stay again!!

Floor was filthy. I would definitely hire a better professional cleaner. Floors. Counters. Refrigerator and Microwave never was cleaned. Other than that the cabin was fine and large enough for our entire family

The size, location and amenities of Quittin Time was perfect for our group of 13 (6 adults and 7 kids). The weather was also very cooperative for our 4 day stay riding UTV around the Black Hills. The community pool was also a big relief to have. The beds, bathrooms and kitchen main area was perfectly sized. The only reason for not giving a 5 star review was that the hot tub did not have hot tub-like temperatures, the floors were a bit dirty, and there was minimal dish rags and garbage bags available for our departure.

There are 4 bedrooms with king beds, which was great for our family beings we had 4 couples. One of those bedrooms were on the top floor and a very small bedroom for our teenage kids. There was a bunkbed and a futon in it. Very tight. We were a group of 14, 8 adults and 6 teens. Had to blowup air mattresses, just too tight in that 1 bedroom and no ceiling fan to move air. Only one shower on that floor. 1 shower on main floor, 2 showers on lower level. A suggestion would be more towels. Only 2 per bathroom, we were constantly washing them. And there were no washcloths at all. More dish cloths and towels would’ve been nice too. There just were hardly any. Description says sleeps 15, not really. We had issues with the hot tub which was disappointing. They are working on that. Host did a nice job of getting back to me after questions. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and etc. nice appliances and furniture. Enjoyed the massage chair! Also having 2 refrigerators was so nice. One for beverages and the other for food. Overall pleased, but beware if you have older kids, just not enough beds and that one room is extremely small for that many people sleeping in it.

A beautiful home in a great location. The only complaint was the cleanliness of the floor upon arrival. Our socks and feet were black after walking on the floor. Would definitely recommend this property though!

Overall this house was a great way to spend our time in the Black Hills. There is great space to spread out and the outdoor space is nice. The only thing that could be improved would be the trash bins. There is only one bin for pickup in a house that sleeps a lot of people. It would a great option to have two trash receptacles to place garbage in.

Lead is one of my husband and my favorite summer escapes. We have fallen in love with the area. This was our first winter trip there. We hosted our company retreat there with spouses and had plenty of space for privacy. We spent our days snowmobiling, skiing and exploring the area and came back each evening for a family style meal, games, a mad tournament of bags and ping pong, movies and relaxing. The house was perfect for our group and room for more. There were a few small items that the manager of property would not have been aware and she jumped and came over to resolve. We will be back!

Plenty of room for large families! Lots of games and entertainment for all ages! We had a wonderful stay and will be coming back!!! Make sure if you plan to wash anything during your stay you bring some laundry detergent.. and we ran short on TP and trash bags at the end.. but will decimal be back!!

Wonderful house with great amenities. Clean, easy check in, owner was easy to contact if needed. Well furnished. Loved the king beds in 4 of the rooms.

Nice place to stay. A few small issues but life isn't perfect. Main negative was the grill wasn't cleaned, ever., We had our first grilled meal ruined due to a grease fire caused by the grill being full of grease. Burnt our food!! We cleaned the grill. As a custom home builder for 30 years, the overall quality of the build itself just wasn't there. You can see that.
Comfortable beds and quiet despite all the construction going on near by. Overall a good stay.
I did take a long video prior to leaving to show the condition of the property when we left. I believe it was cleaner when we left than when we arrived.
Weighing the pro's and con's, I would stay again.

This property was perfect and exactly as pictured and described. We had a group of 10 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The property was spotless and well-maintained. The hot tub, massage chair and fire pit were hits with everyone. The kitchen was well-stocked too. The location was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

This is our third trip renting with BHAL and we keep getting better cabins every time, was disappointed when we didn’t see Bucket List on the options for our vacation and then this popped up. My wife complimented me three times this trip on my pick of cabins. My only complaint, I wish I could have taken more time to figure out how to get the thermostats set right as it went from hot to cold fast that weekend. But definitely won’t deter from looking for it for next years trip.

Perfect for a Large Group
We had 4 families and had plenty of room. Every family had a bedroom and their own bathroom plus and an extra bedroom for the kids. Plenty of room for kids to sleep on air mattresses. Very clean and hot tub was a hit for all staying! We rode our UTV's from the house, very convenient to trails and trailer parking was great! We had everything we needed but was given direct number to host if needed. Grocery store was nearby that we used frequently. The pool was fun for the kids! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We rented in mid-March to go skiing for a weekend. The home was perfect. The garage was heated for laying out wet snow stuff and had cornhole boards to play on. Thanks for that! The kitchen was sufficiently stocked. The hottub and massage chair worked wonders after a full day of skiing!
