The listing for this property is spot on!! The location is fantastic and the views from the living room and lanai are spectacular. We were exhausted when we arrived and were allowed to check in an hour early. As we entered the unit, Hawaiian music was playing on the tv and the view greeted us instantly. We all sat listening to the music and watching the waves until bed. Definitely would come back!!!

I booked based on the view which did not disappoint. Loved watching the surfers everyday and the sunset! Quiet too. Good location for making day trips all over the island. Plus the unit has everything, towels, chairs, cooler and snorkel gear.

We had a very enjoyable vacation staying in this condo. Our free time was spent watching the surfers , golfing and spending time with our friends. Our plans are to return to this very clean and well managed condo again soon so that we will be able to share our experiences with family and friends.

We enjoyed our stay. We do think that the interior needs a bit of updating, but the appliances and television were outstanding. In addition, the kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor spa needs to be cleaned more frequently[HOA issue]. Loved the "welcome kits" that greeted us when we arrived. All and all a very good place for a relaxing Kona vacation!
The view of the ocean and watching the surfing was mesmorizing and something that we looked forward to each day! Also the small beach next door was quiet and peaceful.

We loved the view and having surfers to watch. Room had everything we needed. Only disappointing item was the hot tub. It is too small for a resort this size and the heater didn't work correctly. Also, several of the jets don't work. Pool was nice and refreshing. We'll always remember sitting on the lanai and watching the ocean. We're already talking about visiting this place in the future.

We were thrilled by the amazing VRBO rental. It is in a perfect location over looking the ocean. We had a front row seat of world class surfers, whales and jaw dropping sunsets. Every amenity is available. It is well organized and clean. The management crew was prompt with a small problem with the garbage disposal. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the casual public beach right next door!

Beautiful place to wake up to every morning and enjoy the spectacular views and return to after a busy day to breath taking sunsets! There was one maintenance problem with a broken garbage disposal and outlet.

We loved our week stay. The view is incredible. We would go out to eat early so that we could be back "home" on our lanai for the amazing sunsets. We had the patio doors open (screens closed) most of the time and enjoyed hearing the waves crashing and the lovely cross breeze. We didn't need to use the air conditioning once. It was fun to watch the surfers out front and they go from sunrise to sunset. The condo is comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the pool a couple of times. We hope to be back soon.

The views from the balcony and living window were amazing. Watched the sunset, saw whales and turtles and of course the daily surfers. Unit was well equipped with beach items. Kitchen was well appointed as well. Would definitely consider returning to this Unit

This was a beautiful property, nicely updated and well equipped with anything we needed (maybe mention on the site that the beach chairs are in the bedroom closet). The view can't be beat!! Hands down, the nicest VRBO we have stayed at.

We loved this condo. The location is so amazing and it is chock full of amenities. The pool location was amazing (could be warmer). Sunsets on the wrap around lanai were the highlight of our day. The kictchen had everything we needed. There were tons of beach supplies. The access to the neach next door was so nice. Our host Tracy was so kind, responsive and helpful. Our only complaint was that there was some presense of rust and mildew which irritated our allergies. For others it may not be an issue.

This is a lovely apartment with comfortable furnishings. Having breakfast while watching the early morning surfers was a great way to start the day and the sunsets the best way to end it. Be aware that there is no AC in the main bedroom and it can get a little stuffy. Seriously, that was barely an issue and our stay was wonderful. If we make it back to Big Island again, we'd definitely stay here again.

Right on the water, we really enjoyed watching the sunsets and the surfers every day. It was within walking distance to Da Poke Shack, which had some of the best poke we have ever had!
Primary bedroom did not have AC which would have been a problem had there been more than two of us. Other than that the condo had everything that we needed for our short stay. It could use some fresh paint and updating but overall a nice place to say.

This oceanfront condo with wrap around lanai has stunning views—we could just sit for hours watching the ocean and the surfers. The condo is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. An assigned under cover park space was a bonus and the condo location so convenient. This older, smaller boutique complex was perfect for a relaxing vacation. The pool and adult spa were often our own. This is not our first stay, and it won't be our last.

This is an excellent condo in a great location. It felt like we had the entire complex to ourselves. The pool and hot tub was never overcrowded. It is fun to watch the surfers all day! Thank you! We will be back for sure!

This trip was a gift to our elderly parents who always wanted to see Hawaii. The view and the recliners in the living room just fit the bill. They enjoyed watching the surfers and the boats. The location of the unit was perfect for our daily excursions and the security features of the complex helped them feel safe.
My only concerns was that my mother in law fell immediately on the steps on the living room and cut up
and bruised her legs pretty severely. She didn’t need stitches but it was fairly traumatic for her and limited what she could do during our visit. The little brown rugs may not be enough visual warning- I’d put bright tape down or something- maybe it was just our group that had a problem.

We had a great experience here! The morning view of surfers to the evening sunset views from balcony was spectacular. The full glass wall in living room to the glass door balcony gives you really wide view of ocean right from your living room and kitchen. Kitchen was well equipped too for us to cook. Location is really nice as well.

Enjoyed 3 great weeks at this very well equipped condo. Right at the oceans edge. We totally enjoyed watching the surfers every morning from the lanai. Spotted whales, turtles and dolphins and watched the sunset every evening. Great wrap around lanai so you can have sun or shade as desired. The condo is a little aged but well maintained. We received quick response to one issue. With the 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms suited our family perfectly.

Banyon Tree was ideal: morning coffee on the Lania watching the surfers below, easy access up and down the coast. The condo was extremely well equipped, with good kitchen, beach & snorkling toys, even a good first aid kit.
