People at restaurants and stores were very nice. Property was dirty. Top floor bed was full of sand. Vacas rep stated - you are at the beach & there's going to be sand!! Someone took the blanket covering the bed and the blanket on the couch out to the beach and no one washed them. Stove was broken and wasn't fixed until my third day. Ice maker was advertised but didn't work. Pool was advertised as heated by solar panels but wasn't. Charged $150 fee for hottub cleaning but it wasn't cleaned nor the pool until my third day there. I had already been in the pool b/c I assumed it had been cleaned b/f I arrived since I was charged the fee. Pics of property showed that you could see the beach from the house but you couldn't. The pics were really old so a large sand dune & other houses block the view now. Was told that I would get some of cleaning fee back by Vacas but didn't happen. There was long hair on all chairs in the breakfast area. Hair in globs on the floor in the living room and plenty of large dust bunnies. Hair on the wall in the bathroom on second floor.

The home has a wonderful location and also has a beautiful view, but the home was not cleaned properly before our stay. We found dirty rags in the home as well as dirty clothing. We also found an uncleaned toilet. We notified the PM and they sent a cleaning crew to the home. The crew showed up without notification or warning and we did not feel comfortable having people clean the home with our possessions out in each room.

It was very spacious.

The house was very clean upon arrival. I liked the doggie waste bags provided by the owners. There were also ample extra beach chairs and leftover boogie boards. The pool is a little small but is refreshing after a day on the beach. The pillow need updating and some additional pillows would be a nice add. The kitchen pots and pans need updating as well as the coffee pot.

Close to the beach, very clean and convenient!
