The condo very nice. The floors however were not cleaned. We had to clean them ourselves. Everything else in the unit was great. We were disappointed that the swim up bar was closed and has been since, we were told 2022. You should remove it from the description. The Vacasa people also said yearly check in maybe about when we stopped in to possibly check in we were rudely told that is never possible. Overall our stay was great.

This condo was great for my group of 5! It was in a quieter neighborhood (about 25 minutes from the busy boardwalk) but this was nice for us. When we needed something from the property manager, they responded immediately and helped with what we needed within a hour. Very responsive! Would definitely stay again!

All of the beds are extremely uncomfortable, my sister actually slept on the couch one night. The master bedroom bed is loud when rolling over. Also the master bed is extremely high. I am 5’10” and had a problem getting into bed, my wife who is 5’2” had to run and jump to get into bed. The floor looks clean to the naked eye but as soon as you take off your shoes, your feet bare or socked will be black within a couple feet of walking. It’s like the floors haven’t been mopped in months. I know we booked in the off season but just beware that there will be construction going on I’m guessing until summer season starts. The garage is a tight squeeze if you have a bigger SUV. The ceiling of the garage is falling off due to moisture and dripped nasty paint all over my car. We were only allowed 2 parking passes even though we had 3 cars. I called and asked for another pass but was told I was only allowed 2 and would have to find off site parking for the 3rd. I feel like with Vacasa we were just a number and they honestly really didn’t care about the details. From now on I’ll only rent from individuals and not companies.

The condo was very clean and as nice as the pictures. Beautiful place to chill (no pun intended) for a weekend. Vacasa was extremely responsive to the one issue we had (hot water! Vacasa got someone out immediately and fixed it). It was a lovely, comfortable stay and we strongly recommend.

Nice condo.

The condo was spacious, ocean front and well stocked for basic needs. Linen package was included and plenty of bundles of linen were available. I saw some less than favorable reviews on another site after I had already booked and was a little worried. Not sure about the amenities because I visited in September but the pools and grills looked to be in good condition. I definitely plan to rent again.

The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for a family of 6 to cook our meals for 4 days. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. The balcony had lots of spiderwebs but nothing we couldn't deal with. Our kids all wanted to move in. It was more spacious than I thought it would be. You can see a little of the ocean and the bay from the balcony and it was fun to sit out there. The washer and dryer worked well and it was really nice to have those in the condo. There was a few cleaning things for sweeping up all the sand that you're sure to bring in off the beach. We hope to book this space again next year!

My family and I stayed a week at this condo. Pros: the beach access is great and close, condo had everything we needed, plenty of space, loved Sandbridge, beach is not too crowded. Cons: internet and service was spotty, condo could have been cleaner - dust in rooms - outside balcony was very dirty, didn’t know where to find our storage room to get beach equipment, wandered around forever and then once we found it, didn’t have a key. Took hours to get the key from Vacasa. They called three days later to see if we ever gained access. Vacasa responded very slow to our inquiries. This condo claimed there was umbrellas in the storage-there was one and it wouldn’t stay in the sand so had to rent umbrellas. Pool on our side of the condo was not open all week. Working grills were hard to find.
