Great property for all ages! Clean comfortable, toys and games for kids, hot tub for grown ups and baby supplies! Who could ask for more. Responsive host. Enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

This property was amazing !!! Tucked away and close to downtown Oceanside. This ranch still house is very spacious with all updated amenities. You will love the bathrooms !! We had a great time staying there over the Thanksgiving holidays.

The house was comfortable, good accommodations (older renovation) and good amenities for the family. The biggest draw back is the beach description was overstated. The nearest beach is not usable for anyone other than at high tide and the adjacent recommended beach is the same, rocks (not sand) and no where to sit/lay. So the best beach option is Carlsbad (10 min drive), which makes the cost of the house not worth stay, the whole point of staying at a place that touts walkable beach access is to have good beach access for the premium being charged. On the plus side Primo Market was walking distance so the grill was used frequently.

This place worked great for us because it was a quick trip and we were staying busy with things like the beach and legoland. If you are looking for somewhere comfortable to relax with your family this prob isn’t it just because of how the main room is set up but if you are in and out like we were just there to sleep shower and make some quick meals this place is perfect. The location is really close to legoland and numerous beaches. The house was clean enough but could have been cleaner- nothing that made us want to complain. The house is surrounded by lush vegetation so be prepared for a few spiders! The response from the property manager was fast and she was very kind and accommodating. Overall not a bad place for a quick trip.

Location and games were the highlights of this well appointed home. The strict max guest policy was a bummer given we were in town to visit family and were only allowed 1 person to visit before we maxed out the total number of guests allowed. Primo Market BBq and Tacos were delicious. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Could use some kitchen items like a water filter, cheese grater and broom. The scratched teflon pans are always my biggest disappointment in any VRBO. Please invest in a stainless steel pan set. The pull out in the master was not comfortable even for a child. It sagged at an odd angle and my daughter often woke up at the end of the bed. Also only got 1 roll of extra toilet paper, for 7 people for a week. The welcome letter indicates 3 rolls per bathroom, otherwise I would have packed an extra.
Ping pong, corn hole, bongo ball and board games were fun.
Overall beautiful property.
