Nice property, needs some deep cleaning, and the sinks need to be cleaned out so they drain. All in all we enjoyed it. Lots of space for our family, since the weather was bad, we kept busy with inside Games.

Plenty of room! Kitchen was well stocked and the stove was awesome to cook on. We enjoyed the pool table and darts as well. The walks down to visit the neighbors horse, sheep & goats was fun! The only issue was not having mobile phone service. Some of us did, others did not.

So many amenities and felt so comfy/welcoming! Would love to stay here again!

This cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed for our family stay! The baby gates and high chairs were very helpful for containing our toddler! You can tell that a lot of thought went into the design and the “little details.” The nearby wineries were perfect for a relaxed afternoon (Living Water Winery is a must!) and the hiking trails were the perfect length for everyone (and stroller friendly!) Our family can’t wait to stay here again!

We had a great time. Perfect for our stay. Is a little bit longer drive from Helen. However it’s a beautiful drive.

House is isolated but nearby several great sites. The house itself has everything you need . The kitchen is great and there are plenty of games and activities to keep you entertained. We had one issue that required contacting vacasa for, resolution. We were treated courteously and the issue was resolved quickly.

Well-appointed and maintained cabin in rural setting. Great kitchen setup for group cooking! Wonderful stove/ovens and ample counter space; plenty of dishware and cooking equipment. My only big beef with this property is that the Vrbo listing clearly says "sleeps 14" while the property manager, Vacasa, limits overnight guests to 10, with no exceptions. Why advertise 14 spaces if you only allow 10?? This was problematic for us, as we had family coming from the UK for a wedding, and some were only able to make last-minute plans. Once I'd made the Vrbo reservation, why would I check Vacasa's rules to make sure they were the same? As a result, one set of guests had to find accommodation elsewhere, which was quite inconvenient. Apart from this problem, and an inoperable key pad used for entry, the house itself was spacious, comfortable, and filled with entertainment options that delighted our 20-something family members. A fun place to stay in a beautiful part of Georgia.
