Everything about this property was awesome. Very clean and comfy. The pictures can't convey how cool this house really is! Perfect location for us between the Orlando Airport, Volusia and Daytona. The owners were very responsive and accomodating. We will definitely try to stay again on future trips.

We loved our stay at the Monarch House! Location was perfect, close to Stetson and shopping/dining. The house is beautiful and comfortable with everything you could need and plenty of living space. Very relaxing and we enjoyed the ping pong, games and basketball hoop. We would highly recommend!

Great stay at this house. Everything was very clean and the owners have thought of all the little things. Kids had a blast with the basketball hoops, foosball and table tennis. Will definitely book again of we ever go back to Deland.

This is the best property we've stayed at. The home is solid and beautiful. It has historic charm with all the modern conveniences. The hosts have thought of every detail make staying here easy. There is clear signage, clear labeling. There are so many thoughtful features like a large DVD library, beach towels, ear plugs, a cooler next to the ice machine, etc. The bathroom off the master is spacious. The bunk room is fun. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved our stay for the second time! This house feels like home sweet home for my family. The location is close to everything you need. The owners are very helpful and willing when needed. If you are considering staying here, do it!!

The home was lovely and the location was convenient to Stetson University and downtown Deland. At first arrival we were concerned that the home was on a semi busy street but noise was not an issue at all and we slept very comfortably and soundly. We will definitely be staying again in the future. Everything was decorated beautifully.

This home is as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures. It was a great place to stay and the location was close to the places we were interested in visiting. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I can’t give enough praise for the home or the owners. We would definitely stay here again if we ever make a trip back to the area.

The Monarch House is a wonderful home away from home. It is located near the downtown area and so it easy to get to, and central to many local destinations. The inside is beautifully decorated and in pristine condition. Everything you need is provided as well. We enjoyed a Ping Pong tournament as well as sitting on the front porch at night. The house is on a pretty busy street, so there is some traffic noise, but we hardly noticed it for the most part. We would definitely choose it again when we visit Deland in the future.

My bridesmaids and I stayed here and it was great! We loved the mirrors for all of us to get ready, the breakfast nook, and the ping pong table. Kelly was such a sweet host. Would definitely stay there again!

The entire house was equip with all kinds of little details to maximize your stay. It offers so much: bikes, pinpong table, an array of dvds and board games, crayons and notebooks for coloring, foosball table, fire pit, popcorn machine, smoker and basketball court. It’s a house equipped with everything you can imagine for entertainment. Also, we found the best public park we’ve ever been to with our children- only about a 5 minute drive from the home. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home.

They thought of everything to make you feel comfortable-from movies and board games, to ping pong, checkers and bikes to take for a ride. Whether you are enjoying a nice cup of coffee on the front porch or a glass of wine and cigar around the fire pit in the back, you will feel very relaxed. My parents just moved to the area after being in CT for over 70 years. This is their first Christmas away from family. We thought it would be a great surprise to come to Florida to celebrate the holiday. The Monarch Home was perfect for my family, my siblings and their family to stay and have a Florida Christmas with our parents/grandparents. Plenty of room for all to enjoy. Fantastic house. It would be nice if you didn't have to contact the owner to turn on the heat or AC, otherwise it's a beautiful old house that has been nicely renovated and well appointed.

Our family stayed in this beautiful, vintage Craftsman style home. It has been upgraded, but still has all of the charm. Loved sitting on the huge front porch. Kelly was an awesome host, if we are ever in the Deland/Daytona area again we will book this house again! 😊

The home was absolutely phenomenal and was perfect for my bridal party and myself! Everything we needed was there. My family and friends plan on doing this again but only to stay longer then 1 day. There was not one negative thing I could say about my stay.
