My family of 4 (2 kids aged 3 and 6 months) just finished a wonderful week at this home in the Watercolor community. The house was perfect for us and well-appointed. I had read all the reviews and the plantation shutters seemed to be a sticking point. I’m happy to say they were replaced and worked beautifully! Centrally located for easy golf cart access to Camp Watercolor for the pools, lazy River, water slides and the Beach Club and also restaurants, Airstream Row, Seaside, shopping, bars, etc…all a short golf cart ride away. I wouldn’t stay anywhere but inside the Watercolor community with kids! Kitchen had everything we needed as far as cookware, but you will need to bring all condiments including salt and pepper. Some rentals have these things left by previous renters, but this you will need to bring everything you need. It has both a standard coffee maker (will need to bring basket style liners) and a keurig. Small dish soap, sponge, a few dishwasher packets, a few kitchen trash bags, small laundry detergent, and travel sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and bar soaps provided in each bathroom. I recommend bringing tissues and a pump hand soap for the bathrooms. 6 beach towels in the laundry room and both camp watercolor and the beach club provide beach towels also. Hair dryer in each bathroom. Plenty of toilet paper provided. Roku device on all tvs for signing into streaming services. The perfect house for a wonderful week in 30A!

We truly had a wonderful stay at the Yellow house! Everything went smoothly from making the reservation to communication along the way. Our family of 11 (four adults and seven kids) all had great bedroom accommodations and we loved the outdoor porch and balcony! We were allowed to check in hours early which was a total bonus! And we got to use the brand new 6 seater golf cart! Staying in Watercolor is perfect for families with kids because you get to use the Watercolor Inn and Camp Watercolor. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

The yellow house in watercolor was the perfect home for our fall break this year. It perfectly accommodated all three families. The property was clean. And the location was perfect. The property management was very receptive and provided us all the information we needed. Will definitely go back.

Family vacation

We loved this house! Plenty of room for two families. A shirt golf cart ride to the beach or camp Watercolor. Umbrellas, chairs, and anything you would need in the garage.

We just spent a wonderful week at the yellow house in Watercolor. Nicely appointed. Comfortable furniture and beds. We were thrilled that there was a portable crib as well as a high chair at the home. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glasses and utensils. The golf cart got plenty of use getting us to the beach as well as to Camp Watercolor. Unfortunately there was nowhere to park the cart or a car anywhere close to beach access at the end of the highway. No chair rentals were available at the beach club. (Sold out weeks in advance). But we worked it out. Overall we had a fabulous trip. And the plantation shutters have not been repaired or replaced. But it didn’t bother us much. Lovely home!!

We enjoyed the location and the house worked out perfectly for our crew of 4 adults and 4 kids. The house layout is great and the golf cart makes everything super convenient. The garage had extra boogie boards, beach chairs and beach toys which was nice. There were a few minor maintenance issues we made the owners aware of, but the house was clean and well furnished. We would definitely stay here again.

The yellow house is beautiful and a great place to stay while visiting watercolor. We had 3 families together and the house had more than enough room for all of us. Everything was super clean. Beds were comfortable. It was awesome having the golf cart available for local travel. There is a Publix within walking distance and the resort pools are across the street. Beach is only 5 mins away. You can get there by car or golf cart. Each room has its own dedicated bathroom. The only tips I have for future visitors is to be sure to bring your own hand soap for the bathrooms as they only provide a small hotel like bar soap. Also bring your own laundry soap (none provided) and dishwasher pods(only 1 pack provided). Overall this is a great location and house to stay in. We would love to return!

We had a wonderful stay at The Yellow House! Our friend group of 5 had more than enough room - the beds were wonderful, very large and clean rooms, kitchen was stocked and it was a quick drive on the golf cart to the beach club. We arrived early morning and the owner went above and beyond to give us access to the beach club before we could actually get into the house. She was very quick to respond to emails. We enjoyed relaxing on the porches too!! I look forward to returning to this property in the future. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Lovely home in a great area. The house was well appointed and we loved having the golf cart to utilize around the area. The house is very comfortable and clean. My only suggestion would be different blinds on the windows to keep out neighbor's lights and night and because of the broken blinds in some rooms. Overall, great stay!

The Yellow House was beautifully furnished and offered plenty of space for our family and friends (2 families of 4 with 4 children) - the kitchen was well stocked and the golf buggy and recommended bike hire gave easy access to club watercamp for the children and the beach. A wonderful trip and we will certainly visit again!

Loved the house layout; beds and pillows very comfortable. We were disappointed at the poor condition of the plantation blinds. Many are broken and do not close properly for privacy and light , especially in the front upstairs bedroom!

The Yellow House was just as advertised. It was clean, convenient to local establishments and a beautiful home. We all had a great time and would definitely come back at some point in the future!

Amazing clean and updated home! Perfect location-kids could ride their bikes everywhere. Large rooms with en suite bathrooms and the porches were amazing! Highly recommend!

We spent at week at the Yellow House and it was a wonderful experience. The house is what is represented online. My favorite features were the two screened-in porches and immerse amount of room. I have a family of 4 with 2 teenage girls and also brought my mother along for the ride. So with 5 people in the house, we were never tripping over each other. Between the 4 bedrooms all with dedicated bathrooms to the two living rooms and open concept kitchen everyone had their own space. The golf cart made easy work of getting to Seaside and the Watercolor Beach Club. In addition, the property is within a 2 min cart ride to the grocery store. You are near the heart of everything in a quiet neighborhood. It was a truly memorable Watercolor experience at the Yellow House and I"d highly recommend!

Comfortable and clean for our girls weekend. Beds were good, bathrooms clean and good size to share.

Watercolor is a perfect destination for families. Many activities, grocery store, beach, shops and restaurants are easy to get to. Something for everyone.

Convenient to close location to many pools and beach. Nice kitchen which made cooking at home for family a breeze and the golf cart made going into Seaside and watercolor beach a breeze. Very family friendly.

Our first time at the Yellow House after several years @ Watercolor. Really enjoyed the property, not as busy as the larger part of Watercolor, walkable to the pool, Publix, The Perfect Pig (Great Breakfast), and bikeable most other places. While the house wasn’t perfect, the responsiveness of the owner/manager pushed it over the top! Thank you for a great family gathering and look to be back next year.

Brought family including 3 Grandkids—the property is well laid out with ample family and dining spaces. The bunk room is great for the kids. The Watercolor amenities are fantastic, and the close proximity to the Seaside village and restaurants is very convenient. All within an easy bike ride. The house has all you need—there is some wear and stains on the furniture and rugs, and the plantation shutters are in poor condition and require manually opening and closing each shutter slat. But these issues are not terrible and I would recommend this house.

Watercolor is a beautiful area and it’s perfect for children, walking, riding bikes and easy to get around. The house was roomy and very nicely decorated. Summer was excellent to communicate with. We would definitely stay at the yellow house again

Great property, best experience ever

We had a group of 11 ranging from ages between 8 to 68. We loved the house and access to all the pools! Everything was a quick good cart trip away.

Once again we had an amazing stay on the 30A! The property was fantastic and everyone had plenty of space! The pictures don’t do this property justice. The house was nicer than we anticipated. Golf cart was a fun addition and the location was great. Beach access was a little challenging due to parking, but it’s a beautiful spot with lots to do. Very close to seaside and the food trucks which was fantastic. We would highly recommend staying at this location! We very much enjoyed our trip!

We had a great vacation staying at this house in Watercolor. We loved the layout, the beach towels & chairs and golf cart made life easy. It would have been nice to have a few more bathroom towels and kitchen dish towels during our stay. Overall, a great vacation! thanks :)

Great stay! Highly recommend. Great location and access to Beach Club was awesome. Property manager was very accessible and helpful.

Everything was perfect and having the golf cart was the icing on the cake !! Will definitely be coming back !
