Our family of 5 (14yr, 15yr, 9yr) just stayed here this weekend. The location was great and the house was very clean. There is a play area inside the master and my 9year old opted to bring a folding mattress and have her own hide out bedroom. The sleeper sofa was one of the best I’ve seen. We did not need beach things but took a look and everything was there if we needed. The outside shower has a full enclosure so I was also comfortable having my daughter get clean out there which was helpful with 5 people and one bathroom.

Such a charming, perfect cottage for a stay in the sun. Great location, such easy access to the beach. Very clean property and wonderful responsive host (even when you ask dumb questions). Would definitely stay there again!

Happy to be back our second year in a row in this wonderfully located condo, with everything you could possibly need in either walking distance or a short drive! Grateful for the beach chairs, toys, and strollers in the shed. My 3.5 year old loved being back at "the beach house". Only complaint was that the condo didn't seem as clean and maintained as our stay last year, but was understandable as this place books FAST. Hope to be back again next year!

My wife, son, and I loved this house. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach entrance (life-saver when you're the family pack mule). Being able to get on and off the beach so quickly and have a home base to relax at for lunch was amazing. Walking distance to so many fun restaurants and breakfast shops. We will absolutely look to re-book next year!

We were traveling with a 2 year old. This house was child friendly, all accommodations needed for traveling with a toddler where met. Street was quite and a perfect distance from the beach. Beds where comfortable. Would have liked a bigger tv with cable or some way to cast to the tv. Bikes, beach accessories all included.

Checked out today and it was perfect. In town for a wedding and I couldn’t have been happier with our stay here. The location is perfect, so cozy, clean and beautifully decorated. I actually felt like I was at home.

We spent three nights here in August and it was perfect for our family. The location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants, ice cream and mini golf, and best of all maybe a 1 min walk to beach entrance.
The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and was adorably decorated with bright beachy colors. My 12 year old son, who spends a lot of time on pull out beds when we travel (due to having 2 sisters) said the pull out sleeper sofa was the most comfortable he has ever slept on 10/10!
Would definitely recommend to others, and come back!

We needed a place to stay for a wedding at Hotel LBI and this place was perfection! Two bedrooms accommodated my group perfectly which included My parents and my spouse. We each had our own bedroom shared a very nice sized bathroom. The AC was nice and cold and the entire space was spotless. Would highly recommend this place !

We had a wonderful week at this little slice of heaven! It was only my husband, daughter and I so the house fit our needs perfectly. Close to the beach, all the accessories you would ever need, great covered outdoor area, parking for two cars (my parents came to the beach with us so it was great for them to come and park), and just adorable decor. Super fresh and clean. Beds were super comfortable and even two bikes to ride! We loved it. thank you!

Place is cute, clean and close to beach. House has tons of amenities for young children. The area is more city than beach town and there is an unsightly abandoned CVS on corner of 7th which is a shame bc it is a really a nice street. We would not choose Ship Bottom again but would definitely stay at the same place if it was in another area.

“Happy! Happy!” Was all my 2.5 year old son kept saying as soon as we arrived at this toddler condo literally a 2 minute walk to the beach! The toy crawl space was the cherry on top for my son, and he slept like a rock in the crib! This space was perfect for just the three of us, and Mike downstairs was a real doll; my son LOVED him! My husband said this was his favorite vacation yet, and I have to agree. Great location to all the great food spots and the overall vibe is just relaxation and beach life. We can’t wait to visit again!

Stayed with another couple ad we came in for a wedding that was at Hotel LBI. It was wonderful to be steps away from the beach and a 2 minute ride to hotel venue for the wedding. There was a glitch. When we checked in to the apartment it was not cleaned. I contacted the owner through the VRBO app. They called me directly, apologized for the inconvenience, and got the cleaning crew there ASAP. So the owners solved the problem most efficiently as we enjoyed the rest of the weekend at the 2 bedroom apartment which fit our needs perfectly.

This home was wonderful- very clean and well appointed. Toys and books were perfect for our two young kids. Nice deck off the back and yard for the kids to play in. Great proximity to the causeway, steps from the beach and convenient for getting to northern and southern parts of the island. Only recommendation would be an update to the king mattress. Otherwise, perfect and we will definitely be back!

We came to LBI to see an old family friend who vacations here. This house was perfect for my wife, 17 month old and I. The little crawl space/play room in the bedroom was such a hit with my son. The house is set up perfectly for a small family like mine. Great proximity to shops and food and a super quick walk to the beach. If you’re looking for a low hassle place to bring your small family, I would absolutely recommend this house. We had a great time and hopefully will be back soon.

What a perfect cozy and clean spot for my family. I was with my mom, step dad and aunt, and despite the stairs we made it happen! All 70+ and we were completely comfortable. Thank you Rachel! We had Mike downstairs who guided us when we had first day questions. The outdoor shower is amazing.

The place was clean. Small. No real dining area inside. 2 stools . Usually you get at least a Table and 4 seats/chairs. I did have a bed issue… it was basically falling apart , but I called and someone came and repaired it. It did start to come apart again after a day but I was real careful getting in and out. Hopefully they replace it soon! For the cost and size I would not rent again.

We had such a lovely time staying in this adorable apartment. The kids nook, toys, and books made our stay so much easier (less to pack and plan). We loved the decor and layout of the space. Rachel was so helpful and ready to answer any questions at any time. We hope to go back!

Adorable condo perfect for little kids
My husband and two boys (4 and 2) spent a few nights in this adorable condo. Everything was well thought out for a family experience with young kids. The included amenities felt priceless when you don’t have to bring extra toys, books, high chair etc.
The condo was very clean, the owners were very hospitable, and the location was really perfect. Just a short beach block walk.
You can tell the family that rents this condo put a lot of care in the quaint touches throughout.
Would definitely stay again.

Summer Vacation Kickoff
Rachel and Brett’s property provided everything we needed for the start of summer break. The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach. The house had everything we would need and wanted while being away. Rachel and Brett provided us with all the details needed for a comfortable stay. I greatly appreciated the thought they put into the rental space and communication with their renters.

This is a perfect spot for a quick getaway! Located so close to the beach, the apartment is well appointed, clean and stocked with plenty of beach accessories. The hosts answered all questions, replied timely, gave great recommendations and checked in with reminders during the stay. Highly recommend!

Great Stay
My family and I had a great time staying here. Rachel was very responsive leading up to our stay as well as during the stay. The location is great, being only 5 houses from the beach and the accommodations were perfect for my family of 3. There were several books and toys for young kids which my son loved as well as beach toys. There were also beach chairs and an umbrella to use at the beach which was great as well. The place itself has everything you need and the beds were comfortable as well. Overall, an amazing trip for our family and a great place to stay.
