Stayed here for a girls weekend! It was perfect.

The property is located between Fayetteville (U of A, parks, etc) and Bentonville (Amazeum, Crystal Bridges, etc) and gave us a good location to be able to get to both areas as well as being closer to things like the War Eagle cavern. The host included snacks, coffee and board games for the kids.

This house was clean and cozy in a location that was an easy drive to local attractions. Had everything we needed to prepare meals etc.. Enjoyed quiet evenings in the home after our daily activities in the surrounding area. .

The house is well renovated with a lot of nice touches. We found it great for a long term stay where we cooked frequently. It's conveniently located between Bentonville and Fayetteville so it was a good jumping off point for bike rides or exploration in either city. Our hosts were helpful, kind and communicative.

Stayed here with some friends for a football weekend. Good location with lots to do around and about 20 minutes from downtown Fayetteville.

VERY clean, well equipped, plenty of space for a family. Being a VRBO myself, a take way for me that was very clear was the pride the owners have in their home. The mid-century theme ran throughout the property and the care is apparent. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Was great place to have a football weekend

Great Property! Leslie & Art have done a great job making sure it has all the right touches & very roomy! For VRBO folks, the traveler has 2 responsibilities--Pay the Rent&Follow the Rules. The OWNER has _one_ major responsibility: Give the guests the door code so that they can get into home & get what they paid for!!! No door code=No entry=Bad times. Tried to talk to her about this, but no response:(( Owner will have to read it now I guess: 1. July 28-Instant booking is paid for by me for Aug 13 rental over two weeks into the future. 2. July 29-Leslie sends me a rental contract via email, but I never reply to the email because I'm locked out of my email because it is an old yahoo email I seldom use but it is still tied to my VRBO account. Consequently, I am also locked out of my VRBO account, but Leslie could have AT LEAST sent some messages to this account for me to receive when I get back into this VRBO account. 3. July 29-Aug 12-No communication/attempted follow up on Leslie's part, she's just sitting on our money and does not even know if we've received the rental contract or not. She did not send us a message on VRBO. She was just sitting there passively holding our money but not fulfilling her duties of giving rental contract to sign/door codes. 4. Aug 13--I finally get back into the VRBO website and send Leslie a message to send me the rental contract for us to sign. She responds to this message in VRBO and I get the pdf rental contract to sign and scan back to her with my new updated email address listed as the PRIMARY EMAIL. I wait a couple hours for her to send us the door codes, but no info on the website, no phone call (even though SHE HAS OUR CELL PHONE NUMBER!), no text, and no email (as far as we can tell because she sent the door codes to wrong email account again!!!--the one we were locked out of). 5. We call her only number (she has 2 numbers, but only lists one?!) and it goes to a weird voicemail that states our number will be blocked??!! She calls back to tell us she sent the email (to the wrong address), but could've just told me the door code over the phone. No text either! 6. We call her & Art 5 times in the next 4 hours because we need door codes--No response! We finally get into old yahoo email and find the codes. Crazy bad communication! 7. Leslie just sends one email (to wrong address): then never checks to see that it's been received. Need 2-way communication! Reflects poorly on VRBO. No hot water after 1st day.
