JUST FINISHED RENOVATIONS 2023!!! A lavishly styled ski in/out winter escape!
A este condominio para familias tan agradable no le faltan opciones para pasarlo en grande, como, por ejemplo, equipo para deportes de nieve en las instalaciones. Al disponer de un aparcamiento cubierto en las instalaciones, podrás olvidarte de tu vehículo e ir a pasear. Estarás a 1 min a pie de Bosque nacional Dixie y a 7 min a pie de Thunder Mountain Motorsports (deportes de motocicletas).
En este condominio de 130 m² podrás relajarte en la bañera de hidromasaje o tomarte algo en el balcón, ¡y no te olvides de servicios como los muebles de exterior! Cuando entres, conéctate al wifi o relájate frente a un Smart TV (dispone de videoteca). También hay una mesa de billar, una mesa de tenis de mesa y un futbolín.
Este alojamiento de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños cuenta con una sala de estar, una zona para barbacoas, chimenea y escritorio. El cuarto de baño incluye un secador de pelo, toallas y papel higiénico. We had a fantastic stay at Brian Head. The condo is well equipped, impeccably designed, in one of the top spots in all of Brian Head for either ski or summertime. Communication with the Owner couldn't have been better. We will certainly stay there again.

The unit is spacious and in a nice spot close to restaurants and lifts. It was clean and comfy. We would definitely visit again. Air conditioning is listed in the amenities, however, I don't remember there being air conditioning. It's possible somehow we missed it since it was cool when we visited, and we didn't need air conditioning. (Most of the places in Brian Head do not have air conditioning.) If there really is no air conditioning though, the listing should be changed to reflect that. Still, a great place!

This condo is located just a very short distance from the ski lift which you can get to on skis. It is a spacious unit with plenty of bathrooms. One of the showers was not working so the owner graciously refunded some of our money for that inconvenience. But it was being repaired even as we were there. The owner was very responsive to questions and concerns. Our only issue was that it did not actually sleep ten comfortably as stated but we were able to make it work. All in all it is a beautiful condo in a great location. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We rented this condo for our small family ski week (2 adults, 3 kids) and the space was perfect for our needs. Modern interior and comfortable furnishings, with easy access to the ski hills and free bus shuttle line. We also appreciated the underground/covered parking, specifically with the snow and cold of the ski season. Fantastic property and great communication with the owners.

This was the nicest condo we had the chance to stayed at and had tons of thoughtful amenities that we felt at home during our stay. We got so many compliments from others on the floor at the Christmas decorations and especially the huge Christmas tree. It really made our trip memorable. We look forward to staying here again.

Stayed here when I ran the Cedar Breaks at Night half marathon. The location was perfect - short walk to the start/finish line. The condo was nicely furnished and made a great home base. We enjoyed being able to walk around this beautiful area.

We had son and family visiting and this facility really suited us—bedroom with 2 bunk beds upstairs for kids and 2 bedrooms downstairs. Everything you could need in kitchen, including spices, condiments, etc.
Great location and fair price. Just a little trouble finding the unit, but owner quick to respond.

Perfect for families!
Our stay was over july 4th, so we had windows open most of the time, and even though the place is centrally located it was surprisingly quiet.
Kitchen is well stocked, we had everything we needed to fix a few simple meals.
*maybe a few fans for the loft and bedrooms for the warmer summer months*

Great stay for winter skiing
The condo was great. We fit three adults and four kids great. Kids were up in the loft in the bunk beds. Place had games and movies, blankets, pillows - very homey. We would certainly stay there again. (The three flights of stairs was a lot, but always a great workout!)

This was our second time staying at this condo and we'll be back! Our family of 5 had plenty of room to eat, play, and sleep. Definitely big enough for two families. The owner is really nice and quick to respond.

Nice property
Nice unit. A couple of changes in my opinion make it a 5 Star. Master bed needs to be replaced. TVs are very low quality. Lastly, a toaster would be nice.

Great location by ski slopes
Rented this condo with family for a fun ski vacation! We were able to walk out of the apartment building, attach our skis, & ski over to the ski lift!
Condo was clean, had new perfectly working WiFi. Great communication with owner. We would love to stay again!

Condo review
The condo was very clean and nicely stocked. The location was great, it was easy to go in for lunch snd back out to the slopes.
The only two issues were that we had no WIFi and no access to the dumb waiter. Both would have made our stay nicer.
Overall I would recommend this as a nice place to stay.

Brian Head stay
The property was a great accommodation for our family, we were able to enjoy Christmas with no inconveniences, only complaint is the mattress in the room closest to the kitchen, definitely needs replacing it’s old and super uncomfortable, other than that place was a great pick, really enjoyed the underground parking as this prevented our car from getting snowed in, it was 3 flights of stairs to
get to the condo but not a deal breaker, an elevator would b nice to carry stuff in n out but again not a deal breaker, kitchen is super tight but had everything you need, blender, pots, pans, dishes, whisk, literally everything you need for a functioning kitchen.

Lovely and comfortable
Our family of 5 was very comfortable here. Lots of blankets, the kitchen one of the best stocked we've ever been in, and lots of games and movies to pick out in the evening. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Rocky Start
When we arrived this unit was NOT clean! The cleaning service dropped the ball. Having no other choice, we decided to start cleaning. Luckily, we found some clean linens in a closet so we were able to have clean sheets and towels..
However, we were able to contact the agent a few hours after we arrived and she was extremely helpful and apologetic. Location was great. Kitchen was smaller than appears in the picture. the upstairs area is very spacious. Futon couch not comfortable enough to sleep 2. Beds need upgraded as well. OVerall, our stay was a lot of fun and we would book again,

Very nice hosts and good place to stay!
It is a nice place to stay for a short getaway. There were a few hiccups with the condo not being cleaned prior to our arrival and the wifi not working but the hosts were eager to help us get things sorted out right away. They were quick/responsive and overall very nice and helpful. Despite the few missteps, we enjoyed our stay.

Fun family getaway
We had an amazing time and loved the condo. It was perfect for our family. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it was unclear in our check in instructions what building or the location of our room which made it difficult to find in the evening when we arrived. We also had a difficult time knowing how to work the TVs and there wasn’t any instructions for them. You have to be willing to climb flights of stairs to get to the room but otherwise it is well kept and very comfortable. The location is perfect. We visited in the fall and loved being by the lake to fish. It’s a great place to stay!!

Was a good stay. Some neighbors were trying to do renovations at 10pm !!!!! Carrying luggage and food etc 3 stories of stairs is a nightmare.

Relaxing
Such a fun stay here. The condo is as listed. Clean and cozy. One of the neighbors was doing construction on the unit right below us. Had some late night and early morning construction noise, which is nothing to do with this condo owner just something to be aware of. Other than that was very nice an relaxing.

Great place overall. Very roomy and had a great view. The only thing I would recommend is getting new beds. They were all very hard to sleep on. Also a new tv would be encouraged.

Very comfortable and beautiful area

Great get away
Stayed here to enjoy the mountain biking and scenery and was a great midway point between Zion and Bryce Canyon. House was well equipped and clean. It did get warm but there was a fan provided to bring in the cool mountain air in the evening. Home was great, though the building amenities could use some updating such as the dumb waiter and the game room (these are all brings the owners control). Would come here again

Amazing Home
This was a wonderful place to come “home” to after long hours of exploring Cedar Breaks, Brian Head and Zion National Park. It had everything we needed and could ask for. It was very clean and well stocked. Definitely would come again and recommend to friends and family!

We had a great week and appreciated the access to 'extras' in the kitchen. Game room and hot tub were a fantastic bonus. 3 flights of stairs, no elevator and broken dumbwaiter was a challenge. Very warm in the summer - no AC! Overall, lovely place and nice central location.

We had a perfect stay at Vicky’s condo! This is a perfect place for adults and kids as well. Anything you need is in walking distance. The condo itself is well stocked and very clean. We had a wonderful time staying in Brian Head in this lovely condo. The location was very convenient for Mountain access and was really comfortable. We felt at home in the condo unit and the property owner was very attentive to our needs! The community game room and hot tub was a huge plus!!
