My wife and I booked a last minute trip to Lincoln and this spot blew away our expectations. The condo was extremely clean, the air conditioning kept the unit very cool on a very hot day and it was close to all the amenities we needed. There was plenty in the complex to entertain our three year old and we can't wait to stay here again.

The unit is old and does not have any overhead lighting so it is dark. Plus one of the living room lamps was broken so it made it worse. . Tvs didn’t work but the maintenance man,, who was very nice, showed up within a couple of hours. He couldn’t fix the lamp because the outlet was bad. Location is good-right next to Loon.

The location was great and the property was very quiet, however the dishes were put away dirty and had to be washed before we could use them. The bedroom was hot and there was a fan with broken feet that had to be propped on a chair to get it to stand up. There was a problem with the electric. When plugging/unplugging things at one outlet, the lamps at other outlets would turn off. The last night of our stay the living room lamp began flashing on and off like a strobe light and had to be turned off.

Cozy condo. Very comfortable. There is no window in the bedroom so it is very dark. There is a very large tree blocking any sunlight on the porch in the summer. I'm sure it keep the condo cool but also dark.Location is perfect for walking to many restaurants and there are walking paths close by. Furniture was very comfortable. Unit was clean and well taken care of.

We had an amazing time I love staying here. This is my fourth time. My only complaint is that the hot tub is not fixed. I was here in the winter and it was broken. I came back in the spring and it was still broken. Otherwise, I love it here.

The listing should say that the bed is only a full size as is the pullout. Additionally it should probably not be listed as a one bedroom as there is no door to the bedroom only a curtain.
The bathroom sink leaks profusely.and there is no shampoo/conditioner which I have no had happen.
Coffee is left in the room but there is no coffee maker. There is only a keurig and no K cups.
It’s fine for a night or 2 but should not be advertised for 4 people.

We were very pleased staying in this unit. The Lodge is very convenient and perfect for a quick, low-fuss getaway. Please note the "door" between bedroom & living area is a curtain. Not an issue for us, but if there are other adults on the sofabed, neither will have the privacy a door gives.
