We had a wonderful time visiting with Family 💛 The views were amazing….from sunset to star gazing to waking up to a beautiful sunset!

There were 9 of us, 60+. We were very comfortable and relaxed in this house. Vary spacious. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. We brought our own paddle boards and were able to put in and take out from house dock. Nice neighborhood to walk in. A small park as well. Enjoyed the deck watching the boats come and go, as well as wild life. We even tried our luck at fishing from the dock. I would definitely use them again!

There were 7 of us looking for time away to taste wine and enjoy each others' company. The house was perfect for it with four bedrooms - each with its own bath and separated for privacy. The living spaces are well appointed with plenty of seating for dining and just hanging out. Evenings and mornings on the deck for cocktails or coffee were lovely (avoiding the heat of the Texas summer days). We enjoyed breakfasts and dinners at the house. The kitchen is very well equipped and Instacart grocery delivery made dining in a snap! Little details like labeled light switches, a notebook with all pertinent information about the house, and signs pointing out the intricacies of a septic system were invaluable. Elizabeth, the property manager, was easy to contact with questions and very responsive. We love Granbury and enjoyed nearby wine tasting at Bluff Dale and Bull Lion on the Square. We also had a great lunch at Stumpy's Lakeside Grill - so fun and funky and so close to the house, and another at Christina's on the Square. Pretty sure we'll be back!

My family stayed here to celebrate my mother’s 86th birthday. We all loved this house. It is absolutely gorgeous on the inside and the outside. The decor is amazing and comfortable at the same time. Everyone loved the house and had a wonderful time.

Our only complaint were the sleeping accommodations. Adults our age are used to king size beds or two double beds. So that being said we would love to return if that issue were solved.

We very much enjoyed staying in this wonderful house. The house was very clean. It is convenient to shopping, golf, marina, etc. Highly recommend.

The house was fantastic. Clean, beautiful, four large bedrooms and baths. Modern appliances and decor. Plenty of privacy between the bedrooms. Beautiful deck. They used a roll of label maker to identify every electrical switch. It is obvious owners are mindful of the needs of visitors. Support contacts were extremely kind and helpful.

This is a lovely property and it is exactly what we wanted in a family getaway. Beautiful views of the lake, large living area, and good space for a large group of people to gather.

We walked in and were so pleased to find the property to match the description! The house was in great shape and so close to everything we wanted to do in the area! Communication was excellent and we would be happy to use this home again and work with their management team.

We had a group of six couples that played golf for three days at Squaw Valley (15 minutes away). Four couples stayed at this property and the other two stayed at another property. The house is right on the water and is very, very nicely appointed - everyone in our group agreed we would be back! We all had our own bedrooms and private bath - there were two upstairs and two downstairs. Very spacious, outdoor areas were fantastic, screened porch, elevated deck space, hot tub, fire pit. Plenty of room for everyone, even when the other two couples joined us for dinner. Everything you needed in the kitchen and throughout the house. By far the nicest VRBO I have stayed in. Trust the pictures, you will NOT be dissapointed!

In many ways, the property is perfect for a lakeside getaway.

When we arrived after check in time, a vehicle pulled in the diveway and informed us they had not cleaned, which was very obvious after walking in. The cleaning was not done very good, since they were in a rush. There was dirty linens left in closets, the oven had overspill in it and so on. While we were waiting for the cleaning to be completed, my 71 year old uncle sat in a chair outside, and completely fell backwards. The chair was broken. The hot tub was half full and the battery in the igniter on the grill was dead. I contacted the "property manager" they refunded only half of my cleaning fee. I have stayed in several vacation homes, but this was the first one managed by a company. Needless to say, I will never stay in another property run by a company and I would not stay at this proprty again.

Our family loved staying here. The house is spacious, comfortable, and beautiful. The location is convenient to town, and the owners are very responsive. We especially enjoyed the large deck and the sun room. The kids liked the well-stocked game room. (We did try to play foosball, but the balls were the wrong size - too small.) If we could give this place more than five stars, we would. The kitchen was clean and spacious, and the family table was large and comfortable. The house is updated with every modern comfort. We loved everything about it.

The house was beautiful. Loved the large table enabling all 9 of us to eat together. A nice surprise was the second refrigerator and countertop. The communication with the host was non-existent. Never received a response to email or voicemail. Very short on towels until on the last night, we found the dryer stuffed with towels. Loved the view and the many windows overlooking the water.

Beautiful property with an amazing view! Will definitely come back in the fall with a boat for access to the lake. Owners were very accommodating and the house is beautiful. We had a work retreat for our team of seven. Internet was great which allowed us to get a bit of work done. Plenty of different areas around the property for us to spread out, but also great living room to hang out, play games, or watch movies.

This was a great home for a family get-together. Exceptionally well-appointed and spacious. The property manager was quickly responsive to questions via text day and night. The house is gorgeous and family-friendly and was a perfect spot for our family time. We do a lot of home rentals and this property was one of our favorites ever! We will definitely be reserving again!

This place is perfect for large families who love water sports. Great location near a marina with a restaurant and boat ramp. The house accommodates all ages well and we will definitely be returning someday soon.

We came for a girls trip and had an amazing time! The house was spacious, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The lake views are beautiful and location is great! We will be back!
