The location of this rental can't be beat. It was nice to be able to walk across the street to get to the beach and pool. The rental was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

the unit was nice but wasnt perfect. the dishwasher didnt seem to clean very well. the outdoor screened in porch was dirty. there wasnt much of ocean view.

the area is pretty, but I wouldnt want live there, there is some beach, but the rest of the land there is like a jungle. yea its warm in winter but not my ideal place

Our family meets in Seabrook every year for our annual Thanksgiving the weekend before Thanksgiving. Between our families, we’ve rented 10+ different places. This was our favorite place so far. Very cozy and nicely laid out with plenty of room. Location was excellent and it has been recently renovated so everything looked amazing. Ryan (the owner) gave us great tips and instructions before we got to the villa. Holly (the manager) was amazing and helped us with any issues we had while we were on island.

We truly enjoyed our week long stay @ Atrium Villa. Perfect amount of space, amenities (irons, washer/dryer, equipped kitchen , etc) & exactly what we needed for this busy time of rehearsal dinner prep, wedding day, and morning brunch time together. We loved the screened in porch area for morning sunrise 🌄 coffee time and evening sunset🌅 wine time .
Great host , really good instructions on what to expect while on Seabrook Island . We plan a return visit to celebrate 1st year anniversary 💕 Highly recommend

We so enjoyed our stay and were disappointed to have it cut short by two days because of Hurricane Ian. The location is the condo's best feature. Just cross the street and down the steps and you are on the beach. Also located near the pool, the Pelican's Nest and golf course. The view were from the spacious screen porch is grand. The living pace and kitchen were much smaller than I expected. The master bedroom is quite spacious and the baths nice, but the other two bedrooms are quite small. If we had had 6 people staying there, it would have been rather cramped. All in all it was a good place and we would probably return, just the two of us. There were a few repairs needed that were taken care of promptly. The whole area is very well kept and attractive.

My family had a wonderful vacation at this property. It was perfect and exactly as expected. I did contact the host about some minor repairs and was contacted back quickly. The rooms were comfortable and each room has their own bathroom which was really nice. The porch was screened in and the furniture was wonderful and comfortable. Highly recommend mid September because the weather was great for sitting outside for meals and watching the ocean. Can’t beat the view from this properties back porch and master bedroom. Would love to go again next year. Very peaceful and relaxing at seabrook island!

First trip to seabrook. When we arrived the condo had not been cleaned BUT the owner Holly was quick to respond and we were in right after eating dinner,Thank you Holly! Condo was one of our favorite, loved the screened in deck where we ate all our meals, across the street from the pool and beach and could see the ocean. We only wish the pool stayed open longer and there had been a hot tub. It was very well furnished . We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect in every way!
Stayed with my husband, kids and parents! Everyone loved our stay! Outside space was perfect to relax and eat a meal on! Location of the unit was perfect to get to the pool and beach east! Would recommend to friends/family! Property manager was easy to contact for any questions! We will be back!

The condo was clean and across the street from the beach club (pools, bar, restaurant) and the beach. We loved it and would absolutely stay again. The screened porch is huge!

Excellent Accommodations
Property had amazing views from when you walked through the front door. Villa was very clean, bright and beachy vibe. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were absolutely gorgeous, plenty of towels and fully stocked kitchen Only downside, when it rained it flooded the patio and cable tv in 2nd cable kept saying n/11 q zo connection but who went to look at tv. Easy access from parking garage, beach and restaurants. Great time was had by all!!

Close to beach; very comfortable
Nice place. Amenities card allowed use of pool, though pool/clubhouse charging $5 per towel is pretty stupid. Clean place, comfortable. Plenty of cooking accessories for in-house meals.

The location was great
The only negative was waking up at 5:30 am to renters upstairs walking around and then the landscapers mowing and weedeating early in the morning. 2 of our favorite restaurants are closed on Mondays so that was a bust
