Nice house good place very close to the beach😀wonderful just need to put more mirrors 👍

We got to Surfside around noon which we knew we were early but we also rented a different house for other family members. They were able to get in at noon when we arrived. I had a n animal and we had to sit in our vehicle because we could not leave the dog without a/c it was so hot. The house was filthy when we got there. Dog hair on counters, floor didnt look like it had been cleaned. The beds were small and very uncomfortable you could feel the springs on one of the beds. the washing machine and dryer were old and rusty. The outside chairs were so rusty you did not want to sit on them. The furniture was old and uncomfortable. Then kitchen table was gross. The towels had holes in some of them. The toliet was stained and full of yellow water. the back rooms were very stuffy. We had to go buy fans to put in the back rooms. It was not a very comfortable stay.

We planned a quiet beach destination to celebrate recent high school graduations. Proximity to the beach was an easy walk. We had great weather during our stay. The beach was not crowded at all. However a few things must be recognized…the mosquitoes were relentless! And they are BIG. We ended up having to dart up the stairs to enter the house to avoid complete attack. It should be noted that the outdoor shower referenced in the listing is actually just a spigot and hose under the house. We had a broken dishwasher for our entire stay. Management did attempt to fix but they needed parts. Also the smoke detector would go off every time we showered. Plan to cook at home as the area restaurants are very limited. In spite of these issues our group had a great time together.

Great location and great house. We had a blast

The house is within walking distance to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We chose to drive as it was too far to carry everything with little ones. The linens appeared to be new and we enjoyed the picnic table that is "under" the house. We asked for a few hours earlier on check in and even though no one else was there, the host refused to work with us. The main area of the house was clean, but the decor was dusty. The kitchen was not what you would expect from a premier host. Many of the dishes were dirty, some broken, and pots were old and rusty. The host did bring some newer items for us to use but the kitchen needs updated. There is hot water but not enough for more than 1 shower at a time. The house is roomy and accommodated our party well, but had some things we wished were different like the dishes, needs more hot water, and it would be nice if the host could provide clean drinking water as well. We would definitely come back to this area but most likely stay elsewhere. Not what we expected from a premier host.
