This is one of the best houses we have ever rented. Beautiful and luxurious. Exceptionally clean, roomy, comfortable, equipped beyond expectations, located in a quiet neighborhood just 15-20 mins from beautiful Boca Grande beaches. The shopping and eating places were not too far. We enjoyed a large pool with colorful lights and spacious lanai with beautiful canal view. Pool floaties and towels were provided. The outdoor area is very neat. It also has a fire pit and plenty of seating. Each room has a TV including a huge TV with a sound bar speaker in a living room and another big one outdoor. The property offers a great privacy and it is still very close to many attractions (Boca Grande, Punta Gorda, Manasota Key, Everglades, Sarasota, Siesta Key). The check-in/check-out was very easy. Also, the welcome basket, left for us on a kitchen counter, full of goodies and wine was a great surprise. Thank you!!! We had a wonderful time. We will definitely stay here again when in Port Charlotte area!

Rented this lovely home for a retired pro athlete and few teammates. This home had tons of extras from a well equipped kitchen and bathrooms to a picturesque outdoor pool and grill. From the smallest things like aluminum foil, body wash and a deck of cards to fishing gear, beach accessories, blow up mattresses to an outdoor traeger grill as well as wonderful mood lights in and around the pool area. This house was inviting and great for small gatherings. Enjoy the outdoor Large lanai with a huge outdoor television! She's a beauty! Only negatives, master bed required me to purchase an extra foam piece because of the extra extra extra firmness of the mattress. And A little booklet on how to use the tons of remotes would have been appreciated. This place is a gem, close to the market, beaches and ball fields. Easy check in/out procedures. We added a night for relaxation and it was easy. Thanks again for a great experience with VRBO!

Check in was easy. Property was as reported. Very clean. Kitchen well equipped for any cooking you would like to do. Spent majority of our time at the pool. Plenty of seating and pool accessories. Definitely would rebook another week.

We were very pleased with this property! Amazing! Extremely clean, well furnished, the kitchen has everything you will need. The treager grill was awesome! Very nice pool area and fire pit. This was a perfect retreat and will definitely be back!
