This was a terrific rental! The family came together for four days to attend my daughter's graduation, and this was a perfect property for us. The house was spacious and clean, and the kitchen was well-appointed and had all the equipment, tableware, etc. one could wish. The board and card games were a nice touch that made the family reunion aspect of the gathering even more fun.

Our family of four recently stayed at this amazingly charming home for a week while visiting relatives in town. The home was exactly as described in the listing, and we were impressed with its level of organization, cleanliness, and tidiness, which made it seamless to settle in for the week. The kitchen was equipped better than our own home, allowing us to easily make our meals without lamenting missing utensils or dishes. The owner provided everything we could possibly need for the week, and when there was a late-season unexpected snowstorm, we awoke to a plowed driveway and cleared walkways. We highly recommend this home!

This is a very clean home and in great quiet location. No need to bring or buy any extras, bodywash, trash bags, laundry detergent and more is included. The beds were comfortable, no complaints from the family. Only negative were the cobwebs on the skylights in the kitchen and light fixture in dining area. I highly recommend this house for your vacation or visit to Rochester.

Great home base for our family while visiting the area. The home was exactly as described. The owners went above and beyond to think of all the little details that made the stay comfortable and enjoyable.

This was a very clean comfortable home on a quiet street. The kitchen was very functional and well stocked for cooking. The back yard was large and private. The bedrooms were large with comfortable beds. Note that the second bathroom is on the ground floor.

We had a lovely time here when we came to town for a family reunion. The house is nicely furnished with all the comforts of home and then some. The location was perfect for us.

The house was located in a great neighborhood and had everything you needed. Very clean and homey .The host was quit to help with problems. And it was close to family and abouthour from Niagara falls.

We were in town for a college visit. This house was perfectly located.

This house was perfect for our needs, it was warm and welcoming. We were in Rochester for a birthday party for our granddaughter and stayed with our son, his wife and their two young children. The house was perfect for all of us. It was clean and not cluttered. There were children's books available for bedtime reading. Our 4 year old grandson commented that it felt like home. We had one minor issue with turning on the TV. We contacted the owner and his response was immediate. The house was close to the highway, which made our traveling back and forth to our daughter's super easy.

The property interior is nice, cleaned, organized. With the given the space of the house, the layout and the making use of the space is great. The property management was great. he two negative comments about the property are the floor is too squeaky and the door knobs cannot be turned and closed without making noises. Overall rate is 4.5 stars.
