Home was nice and comfortable. Area had mixed types of homes. Nice spacious, extremely private and quiet back yard. Homes were nicely spaced apart and not right on top of each other like the newer subdivision have. Pool and spa area were beautiful, plus a nice patio area outside the pool screen gave a choice for better tanning. Bed was extremely comfortable, as was the living room. We didn’t utilize the kitchen much, but it seemed adequate. Extra bedrooms were nice. We were not told that the home was not shingled, but had no issues with water even during torrential rain. There was an issue with an odd pumping sound heard on and off in the master bedroom during the night and early morning which management addressed immediately with service men, who were unable to figure it out. Finally after a week, I discovered that the pool had an automatic fill valve which seemed to run the most as the water evaporated over the late evening to early morning hours. Simply turning off the water spigot at night and back on in the morning resolved the issue. Overall a very nice home with very responsive management. We would definitely rent again. Also very close to the popular Deep Lagoon and Lazy Flamingo restaurants.

Property was great. Communication with management company was easy. Check in was very easy. Pool/hot tub was the bomb! Getting the temp regulated in the hot tub was a little difficult, but as they are waiting for a part to be back ordered the instructions are as good as they can be. I recommended they get new pillows, so if you are able, I would bring your own. Other than that, this is a wonderful property to come enjoy the Florida sunshine at!!

We had a very nice stay. The pool was great could go swimming any time and not be cold. Yes 5 stars.

Loved the open great room area, large lanai/pool area. Perfect for entertaining and spreading out. Great location - close to Gulf Harbour CC where we have family and short drive to beaches etc. Property was very clean, well stocked kitchen. We had a couple of small maintenance items (light bulbs) and appreciated how responsive the property manager was especially during the busy Christmas weekend. We will definitely be back!

Great property!

As with many listings, the pictures look better than in person. the location was not the best...a little bit of a sketchy neighborhood that didn't put us at ease. 2 nights of our stay we turned onto the road and either a random person was standing there or a vehicle waiting to meet someone. I didnt' feel safe to go on my morning run as the area didn't appear to be on the up and up. Furniture and decor were pretty outdated. The trash was not taken out prior to our arrival. i did send an email and 3 days later someone came and took the trash that was in the garage. there was garbage left in the kitchen garbage can from the previous guests. Makes me wonder how thoroughly cleaned the unit was prior to our arrival.

Everything was great except the water smell from the shower and sinks.

Driving down the street was an initial shock (felt more like a service road), but we were pleasantly surprised by the home, especially the pool and backyard oasis. Negatives: the heat on the jacuzzi never got hot, much less warm so we were never able to use it; the inside home A/C never cooler than 76 which was extremely uncomfortable during these hot FL July days; we had to request a pool skimmer due to bugs; and there were no useable pool floats or pool lounge chairs. The lanai furniture is nice but could use a thorough cleaning or new cushions. Management was very responsive of requests. Lastly, fees and taxes cost more than the actual rental so BEWARE!

The pool was great! Lots of kid friendly things to play with. Great selection of games and puzzles! I had a grocery delivery waiting for me. All in all a great time

We thought the property was beautiful. The pool and outdoor lanai were our favorite part of staying there this week. The master bedroom was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this property the only downsides were we didn’t have a remote control for the garage door or instructions to use the spa.

My husband and I stayed with our children ages 10 and 9 and we had a wonderful time. The pool was amazing, temperature was perfect and the outdoor fireplace was a huge added bonus and tons of fun at night! The house was clean and very open and had everything that we needed! The only issues we had were minor, two of the TVs not working correctly etc. They were very responsive about this when we reported it. The home was in a great location, close to beaches, grocery stores etc. We thank the owners for letting us enjoy Fort Myers in this home and will hopefully return.

This house is beautiful and is located on a quiet street with nothing but trees across the street. The back yard is landscaped to give the impression of a secluded hideaway and succeeds. Awesome pool, outdoor dining area and a great patio make it easy to enjoy the stay. The pool and spa are beautiful and kid friendly with a generous very shallow area 12-15 inches deep and plenty of 3-6 foot deep area for fun and games plus the awesome in pool table, bench and stools. 20 minutes from Fort Meyers Beach and Sanibel. You can get all your supplies at Super Target 5 minutes down the road and there are great restaurants and shopping within 15 minutes in every direction. This was our first stay here but we don't plan on it being our last.

Kids loved the pool area. Large open dining and living room. Large dining table seated eight comfortably.

Our family had a wonderful time in what turned out to be a last minute find. The home was centrally located to all of the beaches near Ft. Myers so we were able to enjoy a different one each day! Thank you to the management company for communicating quickly as needed during the busy holiday season!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. The house is spacious with a beautiful kitchen -- stocked with everything needed to cook for a family. We spent so much time in the amazing pool/lanai area! The location is quiet and affords easy access to beaches, restaurants, and downtown Fort Myers Edison-Ford Estate and restaurants. A great stay!
