The house is beautiful and the decor is great. We enjoyed the week at the lake and being on the water daily. Bonus, we found out that multiple families from our hometown lived in the area so we got to hang out with them in the evenings. It was hard to leave this beautiful home that felt like home for the week.

The cabin was perfect for my family of three. Some would say it was way to big for us, but we like yo have space for our son to run around. We made the 50 min drive to branson everyday which was perfectly fine for us because we loved the scenery of the drive.

Quiet, relaxing location and excellent communication from our host made our stay all that we had hoped.

Had a wonderful time at the golden property, couple things I would change is less decorations on all surfaces and way way less scent got a headache from all plug in scents

Great property to get away for a bit. Tons of space for the whole family, very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Travis was an awesome host and made sure we had everything needed to have a great stay. Thanks!

The property, the accommodations, the nature setting, and the neighborhood were wonderful. Exceeded all our expectations. You can't go wrong with this owner's attention to detail.

Travis was ahead of the game and contacted us well before to make sure we were good to go and if we needed anything or any options to do on our stay. A welcome basket with Snacks was there when we arrived and everything was great. The View the peace and everything was better than advertised. We are just from the SE side of MO and have our own farm but sitting on the porch watching the Deer and Squirrels was so peaceful. The house is Beautiful with plenty of Televisions around to watch from any room. Clean and just a great trip. Highly recommended by us.

Beautiful home (as pictured), very comfortable & close to the water. Even more room than we needed for two adult couples, but we really enjoyed the huge porch and screened outdoor living area. Gorgeous view.
Travis was perfectly responsive and helpful, but the house was well-stocked so we never needed to contact him during our stay.
Home is in a quiet neighborhood right near the lake. Access to the water (cove) from the house is quite steep and can be slippery when wet and difficult for kids or seniors. Still, it was nice to be able to drop a line in the water directly from the property and we caught several small brim. Larger fish were jumping all around.
There’s a new restaurant right near the entrance to the neighborhood, directly south of the small airstrip. We enjoyed it.
Perhaps my favorite part were the campfires at the fire pit.
We’d stay there again. Thanks, Travis!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Much bigger in person. Plenty of space and amenities. Upstairs deck was under construction but that was fine, so much other space to use. From the pictures we assumed the dock was on the property, however it is a short drive away. Not a problem, but it is a steep walk to fish on the property. Overall this is a great property and would return and recommend.

Super easy check in process. Also a nice little diner 2 minutes away.

Great getaway if you’re wanting peace & quiet. Nestled back in the woods a bit. Wrap around porch faces the woods & water & has a nice gas grill & smoker, lots of outdoor seating. Propane provided. Fire pit out back. A fox came right up in the backyard. Screened in porch off the kitchen and downstairs bedroom with seating & mini fridge. LOTS of space! Technically it’s a 3 bdrm if you count the twin bunk bed in the loft. Upstairs sleeps 6 & downstairs sleeps 2. Washer/dryer work great. Soap provided. Lots of towels, dishes, etc. All you need. 3 TVs. The water behind the house is not very accessible. It’s on a steep bank, however my son was able to get down there & fish a bit. There is no swim dock on the property as advertised but there are swimming areas nearby (Eagle Rock Campground) has a public beach. Travis, the host, is extremely friendly & helpful. He is very quick to respond. I highly recommend this place if you’re wanting something away from the busy life. This would be a great getaway even in the winter time. We visited Dogwood Canyon & Blue Spring Heritage Center. I recommend both!

This lake house was a great place to stay for a couple celebrating our anniversary, but had plenty of room for a family, even with grandparents! Everything was clean and in great shape. The backyard is a peaceful natural forest leading down to the lake. We found ourselves not leaving the house until midday because we just wanted to hang out in and around this place! The screened-in porch would have been our favorite place if it had rained. The open-air layout was awesome! Travis made sure we had everything we needed with great communication. You will not be disappointed.

Our overall experience was excellent. The house was so spacious. We enjoyed being able to stay in a house where we could cook every night. They had everything we needed. We loved the cozy feel of the neighborhood and its surroundings. Made us miss living in the midwest. So much to do in the area or within a short drive. We would stay here again!!

We stayed nearly a week in October 2022 for a birthday getaway. The location itself was great and served as the perfect home base for a couple day trips to Eureka Springs AR and a day at Silver Dollar City. It’s a bit of a drive to SDC, but the trade-off for this lovely home was certainly worth it.
From my first interaction with Travis (our host) to the day we left, I couldn't have asked for a better trip. Communication was great and the home was exactly as described/pictured. There was a small hiccup with the Wi-fi being down (they were waiting on CenturyLink to fix), but it didn’t really bother us. We have unlimited data on our cell phones, and for all but one day, we had excellent service coverage (AT&T, if you’d like to know). That did mean we couldn’t use the smart TVs for Netflix or whatever, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. We found a couple programs to watch on Dish when we wanted a short break, but honestly…with gorgeous natural surroundings like this, who wants to watch TV all day?
This cozy cabin home is absolutely beautiful! The decoration is very tastefully done, exuding a luxury country vibe. Although it was just my husband and I, there would have been room for a half dozen more people with plenty of room to spread out and have space when desired. The bed was very comfortable with sheets so soft i wanted to take them home! We enjoyed watching TV on the leather couches and playing games at the beautiful dining room table. We had everything we needed to cook meals in the kitchen and my husband even grilled us some steaks. It's easy to feel "at home" in this cabin!
The neighborhood is quiet, but you saw neighbors on golf carts a couple times a day, so you never felt too secluded. The surroundings were so tranquil and perfect for nature lovers. My husband saw a hawk's nest (maybe an eagle's nest?) in a nearby tree and we saw deer every night. There's just a short walk to the chairs down by the lake, and you must do it! Sitting there in the morning, or really any time of day, is so relaxing and peaceful. Unfortunately, we were under red flag warnings all week, so we didn’t get to try out the firepit, but that would be a great evening activity as well. We didn't want to leave, and certainly plan to stay again soon when we have a chance.

The property is well maintained was clean upon arrival. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking. We did not use the cove for swimming as it was difficult to get to the water. But, a very nice local showed us around the area that included a boat ramp that is convenient for swimming and is for public use. We were very fortunate to have run into such nice, helpful people! It’s a nice, quiet, friendly neighborhood.

Beautiful, spacious, and relaxing.
My husband, 2 year old son, and in laws all stayed in this lovely house for a total of 4 nights to get away from our busy lives in Dallas and to create some fun summer memories. We were very happy with our entire experience and are going home more relaxed than we came!

Beautiful Lake Getaway
Beautiful property that backs up to lake cove. The property was private but not too secluded from others so we felt very safe. The home was comfortable and beautifully decorated. There were plenty of sleeping areas, stocked with extra blankets and pillows. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with necessities and lots of towels and washcloths. It was a quiet and peaceful area with boat docks and a swimming area nearby which we used for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. It was also located close to the roaring springs, Eureka Springs, caves, and grocery stores where just a short drive. We also forgot a few personal items and the owners helped to make sure those were shipped back to us.
Our family had an amazing time and would highly recommend this cabin for a getaway.

We had a cousin girl weekend and absolutely loved our cabins. At was beautiful. We noticed our air wasn't cooling after letting the owner know she contacted her HVAC guy and fixed asap. She was very grateful we let her know. We highly recommend her cabin. Thank you Teresa for our great stay!

We had 5 people including one infant on this trip and I can't say enough good about both the property and the host Teresa.
The property itself is gorgeous. It's located in a very quite neighborhood that backs directly up to a small cove of the lake with no neighbors on the opposite side of the cove. The woods provide lots of privacy, but still allow you to see the water from the back deck. The house is spotless and has just about everything you might need for the trip including extra towels, bedding, kitchen condiments, and even a booster seat for the infants! It is also extremely spacious and could easily sleep the maximum amount of people allowed and still not feel one bit cramped. Everything was meticulously decorated and really gives you the mountain cabin feel. All of the beds, couches, and chairs were really comfortable while still keeping with the cabin theme.
The property is fairly close to a number of different attractions, so if being out and about is your game, this is the perfect spot. However, if you just want to relax at the property the entire time, make sure that you hang out in the two brand-new Adirondack chairs by the lake! They really are the best seats in the house (even if they aren't IN the house).
The pictures of the property really don't do it justice. It's one of the only places that I have stayed where the property is actually NICER than the photos show (usually the other way around with all the photoshop/filters these days).
As for Teresa, I couldn't have been more please with a host. She was extremely responsive to our questions beforehand and even showed up at the property to bring us a can opener that we couldn't find at the house! It really wasn't a big issue that we didn't have one, but she went out of her way to go buy two brand new can openers (one manual, one electric) and brought them by personally to make sure we had what we needed. She was so friendly and apologetic, but wanted to make sure we had absolutely everything we needed for our stay there - just incredible customer service!
My parents have already bookmarked this house for another stay and wanted to bring back even more of my family to show off the property for the next stay.
Thank you so much! We had a blast and will definitely be back.
