This is a wonderful beach rental. Very clean. Within easy walking distance of the beach, Pelican Brewery, a coffee shop, small market and a tacos/burgers place. The kitchen had all the utensils, pots, pans, etc, for cooking meals. It was an easy drive to Lincoln City. Beds were very comfortable. It was quiet. The gas fireplace was cozy. I would definitely book it again.

We loved the "flip on" fireplace on the first two days of rainy weather, and loved the beach, deck and bikes for the last two days of sunshine. The house was very clean and very well stocked. The kitchen was well organized and the beds and furniture were comfy. Thanks for a nice family getaway.

Stayed at this property for 10 Days in early March. It was a really awesome place to stay. House was extra clean, needed nothing. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed, I like to cook. Used the barbecue one evening & it cooked a nice steak. House was very warm & comfortable with a thermostat in every room. No complaints, wood gladly stay here or in another Itrip property, they were very easy to deal with.

Enjoyed a rainy mixed stay at the beachcomber late in the season. Enjoyed the space, especially flipping the switch on the fireplace. Great location, short walk to the beach. Distant view of the Haystack from the upstairs, back bedroom. Found the kitchen well stocked, everything we needed to cook our local seafood purchases. Well appointed bedrooms, bathrooms, appliances and easy access. Thanks for a great Mother Daughter get away!

The Beachcomber was perfect! Very clean and comfortable and a perfect distance to the coast and town. 5 star!!

We enjoyed our time at this beach rental. The house is well equipped and comfortable. Our family of five (three adult children) and one dog had a great time exploring the area. Access to the beach is steep but convenient for able body people. Otherwise a short walk or drive will get you to an easier accessible area. We appreciated the fenced dog run on the side of the house. It made playing fetch safe for my daughter’s dog. The community and beach is really nice and we would be happy to stay here again.

This was my 2nd time staying at this Coastal home and everything was just as perfect. Clean, convenient and responsive. Nothing better, as far as I'm concerned. Looking forward to next year already.

We enjoyed this clean, comfortable house that is just a short walk to the dunes and ocean. Easy walking distance to restaurants and beach. Wish we could have checked in earlier than 5:00 p.m.

Our 2 day stay at this home was very enjoyable. The residence was clean on the outside and inside. Very warm and cozy feel. Everything within reason that we could of needed was available. TV offered Bose sound system, Wifi and Netflix. Plenty of soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner was provided as well. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the beach access was very easy to find. It was a pleasant 5-10 min walk before approaching a beautiful scenery. However, although we really enjoyed our stay, there were a few improvements that could be noted. First, we found multiple strands of blond hair in our kitchen wash cloths which was suppose to be clean. Please note, no one in our group had blonde hair. One strand ended up in someone’s plate. The pillows on the couch had strands of hair as well. The locks were very confusing to figure out but after some time we were able to get it. Second, on the last night we encountered a lot of tiny black ants all over the counter, near the sink, and all on the kitchen floor. This was very uncomfortable and made our last night less enjoyable. Third, complimentary wine tasting was offered with our booking , however we had already drove 5 hours just to reach the beach house. So to discover that all the wineries are 1.5 hrs away was very disappointing. We felt this was quite unreasonable seeing as guests don’t usually come long distances just to travel even farther for something that is suppose to be a compliment to their trip. Other than those three concerns we had a wonderful stay. Communication with the owners was excellent. They responded promptly to any questions we had and offered assistance when needed. I would recommend this home for anyone looking for a nice getaway near the beach. Great weekend overall.

Lovely home with lots of board games and movies to play. And a short walk away from the beach. Lot of amenities in a quiet area. Loved it and can’t wait to visit again.

We had a great stay at this rental. Great location and well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the open layout on the main level with a large sectional couch that could seat all. One request is that there are measuring cups of multiple sizes. There was only 1/2c and a 1c with a funnel. This made cooking and following recipes difficult.

We had a great stay at the Beachcomber Retreat. The house was great. Very clean, well maintained, and with everything needed to make for a very enjoyable stay. The location is very good with just a short walk to the beach. The check in process was very easy and the iTrip team was top notch.

Loved this location, cleanliness, and property! Had everything we needed for a relaxing time at the beach. Kitchen outfitted w all you require. Large tv’s, bicycles, beach games, and small foosball table for entertainment.

Spent the weekend here with friends and family. Very clean, comfortable home with a well-equipped kitchen. 5 minute walk to the beach, market and Pelican.

I couldn't be more pleased with our stay in Cloverdale. The close proximity to the beach, clean accommodations and ease of use were outstanding. Five star all the way. I'm ready to book next year's trip.

This Pacific City rental has everything going for it. Shorepine Village is perfectly situated between the Pacific City town center and the beach area by Pelican Brewery. Depending on the level of activity you want, you could walk to either in about 20 minutes or less. The home had a couple of bikes that we made use of which cut the trip down. The home was clean, comfortable, and well stocked and it was nice to check in and find a complimentary bottle of wine waiting. There was an issue with the upstairs bathroom that was quickly remedied and communication, both pre-trip and during were prompt and detailed. The listing was accurate and the home was just as nice if not better than expected. We had breakfast in town at both the Village Coffee Shoppe and Grateful bread. Both were excellent. There are lots of charters for rock fishing if you are into that. My husband and son enjoyed themselves on a guided trip with OAR Angling and also rented surfboards for an afternoon of fun. I enjoyed a wine tasting at Twist and my daughter and I had a fabulous beach horseback ride with Green Acres stables. Pelican Brewery has probably the best spot on the beach but we also had a wonderful meal at The Oar House after ending up there as a result of The Riverhouse Nestucca being closed. Word to the wise - check the hours/days of operation carefully because many places are closed mid-week. Also, most places want cash payment. All in all we had a great trip to Pacific City and would definitely rent this house again for it's location, property amenities, and overall comfort.

A great place to gather with 3 couples. Lots of beach time, explored the 3 Capes and golfing. Day trips to Cannon Beach and Tilamook. Kitchen was well stocked and grills were available so we didn’t need to eat out.

Honestly this was the single best vrbo that we have ever stayed at. Clean, amazing location, great property manager. We had a question that they answered in under 15 mins. Such a great experience all around.

This property was in a great location and we loved the easy, super close access to the beach that was not crowded. The town is small and not too touristy. The home was very comfortable and we had plenty of space for four of us. I would love to rent here again!

The house was as expected and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and serene. Really enjoyed the time away here
