We had a great time. The view was stunning! The house was perfect. The only issue is with their T.V. set up. We were unable to get television service and had to log into our streaming services. The televisions in the back bedrooms would not connect to the internet. My suggestion to the owner is to get an IT guy out there to resolve your issues. Other than that we had a great time and truly loved the house!

Such an amazing place, definitely recommend it. It looks just like the pictures in the add. The lake isn’t far away at all. Truly and amazing place recommend it to everyone.

The house is starting to show it’s age but is well designed and perfectly located with great views. Plenty of room for multiple families and enough entertainment for children. Possible time to update appliances (dishwasher, coffee maker, bar fridge) and add a few more fans but the cool breezes and the wonderful sunsets made it a great vacation.

The house was gorgeous as was the property and location. It was very frustrating that at 4pm the property wasn’t ready for us and we had to u pack while the cleaning crew was still there. Furthermore, they left a the house smelling like chemicals that lingered for hours. There was also barely any dishwasher liquid provided. Other than this hiccup we loved the house. The layout and location were amazing. Also, we had several issues during our stay and the manager was very responsive and helpful.

Overall the cabin was perfect cleanliness and everything was we needed was there. Only thing was we were having refrigerator issues but other than that it was great

We booked the cabin for an extended Family Reunion, we could not have been more satisfied. The Cabin was clean, nicely decorated, was not lacking for anything. Highly recommend this Cabin for its llocation as well as accommodations.

This house was just the right size for our group and very comfortable. They had lots of blankets but not so many sheets and towels that we asked for more and they delivered. We were really looking forward to using the outside hot tub however due to all the storms, it broke which put a damper on our trip but other than that it was great.

The property is big and clean very comfortale

I recently had a small family reunion in Big Bear. This 5000+ sqft house sits on top of the hill, overlooking the lake. This open floor plan home was so spacious that 16 of us never once felt overcrowded. When we first walked in, the place was extremely clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the BBQ grill and the spa were ready to go. This home has a master suite and two restrooms on the first floor and 5 bedrooms /4 restrooms on the lower level. Two outdoor decks with spectacular lake view. Equipped with two pool tables with a wet bar, surround sound system throughout the house, TVs, etc. We had an awesome time and I truly am thankful to the owner of the house for making it available for my family. The next time I'm visiting Big Bear Lake, I know I don't need to look elsewhere. One more thing, unlike many other properties, the owner of this location did not require the security deposit with reasonable cleaning and administrator's fees.

We stayed for 4 nights, this house was plenty big enough for our group and was really comfortable and felt very homey. The views were absolutely amazing with breath taking sunsets every night. And it was only about 5 minutes from snow summit resort which was where the event we were attending was hosted. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that the BBQ ran out of propane the first night we tired to use it, which was a big bummer and there was only a few dishwasher soaps and a few laundry soaps which was weird and inconvenient as we had to buy our own so we could wash dishes and do some laundry since we were there 4 nights 5 days. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would definitely rent again and recommend.

This was a large, beautiful, nicely furnished, and clean home in a beautiful neighborhood. It was perfect for our large family getaway. My only feedback would be that the kitchen cabinets were not the cleanest and the pots and pans were in terrible shape (some rusty and all with peeling non-stick surfaces that does not make for good eats). We spend a lot of time cooking so this was kind of a big deal for our family. If you are not going to be doing any cooking, you may not mind this. There were so many things in the kitchen, but they were not quality items or in prime shape. If I'd known this, I would have brought my own from home. Also, the sheets and towels were old. The fitted sheets provided for the twin bunks in particular had lost elasticity and would not stay put. If the owners would make these minor improvements, this would definitely be a five star home.
