By far the most entertaining cabin for all to come together. Large dining table to seat ALL (which was important to us) Plenty of indoor and outdoor games and activities provided. Awesome host. Definitely recommend and would book again!

We had such a great time! When we booked, I latter asked to add more guests and dogs and was quickly message back that they can make those changes no problem. Once we arrived the kids were all excited and loved the outdoor games and game room as well as the bunk beds. Dinning table was perfect for a large family! We were all able to eat together / play boardgames. I would mention that I do have a little crawler and a gate would have been nice for the stairs inside. Kitchen sink and one of the bathroom tubs upstairs were slow draining. But other than those we fully enjoyed the home. We also enjoyed how close it was to the grocery stores, hiking trails and the lake. Will definitely book in the future.

We stayed in the cabin for 3 days, very clean and comfortable, 100% recommended

Kevin was wonderful to communicate with before, during and after our stay! The cabin is conveniently located to the shopping area and a short drive to White Pines Lake and 35 minutes to the Snowpark. It is extremely comfortable inside the cabin w a spacious living room, big kitchen and we loved the long dining room table. The downstairs sleeping area w bunks and the game room is perfect for the kids. We’ll definitely be back!

The stay was really nice. Big enough property for our size family and it was really close to a grocery store, which was convenient. There was a little snow which we were all hoping for. Overall , very happy with our stay! Our family had a great time.

Our family spent few days in Kevin's place before Christmas. The experience there far exceeded our expectation. Why we like this place? ;) 1. the property's location is great! It is easily accessible so you won't need drive to climb steep slopes esp. during bad winter days with heavy snow ;) we do have 4x4 SUVs but many properties in the area definitely makes me feel ONLY confident to drive to if I put snow chain or snow tires... I am lazy so ;) And, it's only < 3min drive to the Big Tree market which is very convenient! 2. inside is spacious and kids friendly. we had 3 boys and they love this place as they have dedicated play room! :) 3. big backyards was favorite of our boys of 2-ish years old. they can play and chase each others. 4. spacious parking was fantastic as we had 3 families with 3+ cars! It could probably park 5+ without any problems? 5. last but most importantly: the host Kevin is super nice and considerate! Once I was home, I realized we somehow left my son's favorite toy in the property. It's kind of thing has special meaning to him and he's really sad lost it. I contacted Kevin and he immediately replied me saying he'd ask cleaning staff to find it and let us know. couple hrs later, he told me it was found in the house and he'd just mail it back to me right after the holiday. i wanted to pay the mailing cost but Kevin kindly offer to return it to us for free! Overall we had a great time there and I really recommend Kevin as a great owner!

it was a fun stay for our family. very spacious in country and private setting. so many toys and games for our grandkids. so many convenience like laundry soap, dish soap, salt and even oil. enough trash bags and close to grocery store and nice restaurants. Of course, Alpine lake and big tree park. it was all just a A+. We would like to be back for the Fall leaves. The owner was in such a quick response for any question. Highly recommend to others.

The house was great for a large group of my daughters teenage friends with lots of space and bathrooms. Also, centrally located with lots of parking and we could easily park our boat. Property Manager is great to work with. We had a wonderful time! We would definitely stay here again.

Easily accessible, straight forward directions upon arriving and departing property. The description of a pullout couch was misleading beacause neither of couches were pullout. I believe the futon was the "pullout" couch. Our family was blessed beyond measure during our stay and enjoyed every moment we shared together. Thank you for sharing your very comfortable home with us.

This was a wonderful house to stay at! Very close to the shopping center. Very clean and spacious. The only downside that the listing doesn’t tell you, nor do the check in instructions, is that you have to take all of your garbage with you when you leave because there is no garbage service - so just make sure you plan for that. The only way we knew was when we looked in the binder with information about the house that was on the kitchen counter. Otherwise, great location and great accommodations!

Perfect house for 3 families getaway. We had 14 total and fit snugly in this super fun cabin. RV parking made it easy for our large group. Downstairs is set up for kids to be able to play hard while parents enjoyed the upstairs and nice Forrest views. Lots of fun games to play including ping pong, air hockey, foosball, football, cornhole, pickle ball, can Jam, soccer and volleyball, all the TV services plus a full collection of Wii games. Huge green space in the back with a creek and patches of snow was a fun and safe place for the kids to adventure. Great store just a short walk from the cabin. Arnold Rim Trail was just down the street and made for a nice hike for the dads and dog. Just 30 min from Bear Valley, with lots of sledding and snow play options including all the resort activities plus snowmobiling. Highly recommend this cabin if you are looking for a spacious yet cozy getaway with friends for a fantastic deal.

We loved everything about our Stay . The Cabin is Amazing. Very Cozy with room for A Few Families. Super Market Down the Road. Also Round Table pizza, Subway and Chinese Food Restaurant. We didn’t want to leave , Can’t wait to Come back .

We snagged this house after a storm so we could take advantage of the snow with the kiddos and this spot was PERFECT! The driveway made a great spot to sled, and there was plenty of flat yard to build snow people. The kids loved the game room, there was plenty of room to relax and hang out. Awesome fireplace with plenty of wood, and everything you need for a home away from home. Property management was super friendly and very responsive.

Probably one of the best rentals we ever rented for our yearly ski trip with friends. Big enough for our two families. Kids really enjoyed their separate downstairs that included the game room (which was a very big hit with our teenagers). There is room for everybody to spread out, plenty of space to eat at the huge dining table, comfortable beds. Can’t forget about the big fenced backyard that our dog (and kids) enjoyed. House was clean and exactly as advertised. We’d love to come back again.
