Older style home in the heart of Overland Park. Spacious accommodation which, although in need of some updating/redecorating, is a clean and convenient home in a great location for The New Dinner Theater and surrounding attractions. Lovely outdoor space in which to relax and modern conveniences such as wi-if, smart tv and a good kitchen. It has 3 bedrooms with queen bed in two, and a double with bunk over in the third. There is one full bathroom and two half baths which is a drawback if wanting to have en-suite facilities. All round it is a wonderful place to stay as it is comfortable with good furniture in the living room and in a quiet location. Owner is helpful and readily available to answer any queries. Enjoyed our stay here and would return in future.

The house was very nice and well decorated. Beds wete comfortable ad everything was provided that we nreeded.. The only problem Was that there was only lone full bathroom for 5 adults. The two powder rooms helped, but were not adequate at shower time

We loved our stay the only complaint is that there is only ONE full bathroom and the listing advertised 3 FULL bathrooms so 5 girls were sharing one shower and that was a bummer.

The house was very clean. Great beds and cozy place to stay. It was easy to get in to the property. The communication was fine. We were in town for a family member who had surgery. It was close to the hospital. Lots of restaurants and grocery close by. One shower and owner on site. We didn't know they were there. I will rent it again.

House was great. Looks like he is still doing some remodel. Will be great when he is finished. Worked perfect for our famiy

I really enjoyed this house, since we stayed right after Christmas, it was decorated and was so cute! It had everything we needed, cleaning supplies, laundry, cooking (except wine bottle opener lol), etc.. Really cute place and I would stay there again.

This home was the perfect stay for our family! Beautifully remodeled, deck, water feature. Close to everything you could want in OP or downtown KC. Thank you again to our fabulous host!!

The only negative was that we had two wheelchair/walker family members. We got us the three steps but a ramp would have been so much easier. I actually talked to the owner about this. We were just so happy to find a single level home for all of us that had bathrooms that were handicap accessible. Loved the house. I would move in there tomorrow.
