Very comfortable unit for 5 adults with all needed amenities and close to beach too! Would definitely choose this place again in the future.

Such a wonderful getaway with our family. The space made it possible for us to enjoy our time. The response to our request was timely and helpful. Location can’t be beat.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful and clean. We had no issues. They provided all we need for our time there. Check-in and check-out were super easy. We were in walking distance of all that we needed - coffee shops, grocery store, shops, and restaurants. Would stay here again. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

Very comfortable, clean, and a great location! We had 4 of our adult children and two grandchildren. Plenty of space for everyone and each bedroom has its own private bath. We will definitely be back!

Loved the set up of the condo and that each bedroom had a bathroom! It was decorated very nicely, simple, but tasteful! I just love the artificial plants here and there and I am going to buy the sea turtles pictures for myself! I was really happy to find beach chairs and an umbrella in the unit. I wish I would've known about the towels instead of having to pack when flying from out of state as they take up a lot of room. The pool was very nice and we had it to ourselves several times which my children loved! Great location! My only complaint was having to do laundry every other day due to not having enough wash cloths. We had 6 and their were 4 of us who shower daily. I'm happy I brought laundry detergent. Another thing is you have to wash all towels before leaving and they do not leave any laundry soap, so make sure you bring some. Thank you.

We stayed with our small children at this location and had a lovely time. The house was well furnished and clean upon arrival. There was plenty of space (and the closets are large enough to set up a pack n play for our 17 month old). My 4 and 5 year old loved the pool, and I appreciated the covered parking. Def family friendly!

Pros: The condo is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Perfect walking distance from the from the grocery store, beach and resteraunts. Lots of resteraunts to choose from and we never had to wait. Overall, 5 stars! We would definitely stay again! Cons: The pool is not as beautiful and amazing as it looks in the site photo but that’s fine bc we spent out time at the beach. These are very minor things but brings your own hand and body wash. Also, if you plan to do laundry (ie towels) bring your own detergent as there was none which most VRBOs have it. But these cons are very minor! Thanks for an amazing stay!

The place was very nice and clean. On the 2nd night, our door code stopped working. It was cold outside and we had to call the emergency line to find out how we could get in. Overall, it was a good stay and a nice comfortable place to stay.

This was a great building - Clean and well stock with minimum essentials. Accurateonline description. . Beach was a quick walk about 1 block away and groceries and food all within walking distance! Gorgeous sunsets on the beach!!

This place was perfect. Everything was brand new. Grocery store right next door. 2 bars walking distance. All the beaches right there close to you.

Very convenient to everything, and amenities where very nice

Great place for a 2 family vacation. We had plenty of space to sleep, eat, and hang out. Only about a 3 minute walk to the beach and Winn Dixie grocery store is across the street. Also walking distance to a few restaurants/ bars like the Daquiri Shack. The only issue we had was the refrigerator and freezer took a day and a half to get cold. Some of our food in the freezer was ruined :(. All in all we recommend staying here.

The property is just gorgeous …everything about it . Few things they are needed is more Chairs for patio . And a vacuum cleaner . Other then those few things . The place is just beautiful . We had problem with the air and they got it fixed

The beach is beautiful and there is a good food stand right on the beach with plenty of food options and drinks. The beach is across the street but you have to walk to the traffic light to cross. The road you cross is busy and people drive pretty fast down it. The beds are very firm. While I appreciate a firm bed, some of our family did not. We didn't use the pool, but it looked fine. It is small but typical for a small condo complex. Loved having Winn Dixie across the street. We enjoyed saving here, and we would definitely stay again.

We loved our mini vacation. It was clean & comfortable. I wish they had beach towels . We were lucky we only live 2 hours away. So we brought lots of things but I’m sure if your flying in it could be harder . Honestly though we would definitely stay again!!!!!

We enjoyed time in unit. Three beds with private baths and the bathrooms were spacious. One issue is you need a binder in the condo that explains how to work TV and especially the AC thermostat. Takes some time to figure it out. Wouldn’t take much to do a few pages with instructions that would solve a lot of frustration for your renters

Only negatives - poor view and no dishwashing liquid (I requested a small bottle but the rental company said no to that simple request which is usually standard for VRBOs)

Few items to suggest-lack of dresser space, no hangers in closets, no broom or vacuum to clean up sand. Not enough lounge chairs at pool. Pool looked much larger in photos especially for such a large place

The weather was much colder than usual for Florida so extra blankets in the condo would have been nice. We were only there for a few days so we did not cook but the kitchen had plenty of dishes glasses etc. I would suggest that basic condiments like salt and pepper could be stocked.

Almost too good to be true. Condo is on the end with a view of the water. Balcony was very nice with rocker chairs and cushions. Enjoyed my coffee in the morning and cocktail in the evening. The condo itself is very roomy. Everyone had their own privacy. Kitchen had everything you needed and would expect a VRBO condo to have. Everything looked bran new. Loved our experience here. When people saw us coming out of the building, they asked how the place was and we told them "wonderful!" The weather was too chilly so we did not get to use the pool so I have no comment on that. I have medical issues so the elevator was a big perk. They offered everything you needed to go to the beach also. Only thing that would have been a cherry on the top would have been some type of cart to get your luggage and food supplies from your car to the condo without making numerous trips. The parking was covered under the building and each unit had 2 spots which was perfect. They also have guest parking that is uncovered and next to the building/ pool.

This year a close friend died from COVID in September and I inherited her sweet little dog Lucy. At first I had trouble finding a place that would accept pets. At the last minute RR told me they had something. It was beautiful, great bathrooms, beautiful kitchen. My brother, who lives in St Pete always stays too and makes a vacation of it too. The neighborhood was perfect. Close to dog park, nice area for walking Lucy, and across the street from a grocery store. We stayed nearly 3 weeks. I’d love to stay and live there! But if your heart is set on seeing water from your patio, this may not be the place for you. Although you do see a very small piece of the inter coastal, which satisfied my love for a water view. Also the gulf beach is an easy 2-3 block walk. The pool looked great but needs chairs/tables. Maybe due to covid? I bought a couple beach chairs and we sat by pool a few times, weather was too cool during my stay for swimming. I truly loved the condo, and so did Lucy!
