We enjoyed our stay in this home, and got a good workout walking around the yard. Watching the firefly’s in the garden and star gazing from the deck were amazing.

The property and home was very clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable—with more amenities than I have ever seen in a rental! From linens and toiletries to spices in the cabinet and the cutest s’mores kit, the host thought of every detail! We loved the lake view and balcony too! Location was perfect for visiting wineries but also was quiet and secluded. Highly recommend!

I am all about reviews but this property only had one review but I still booked it looking at the location and the pictures. We didn’t wanna be too close to the water and wanted a quiet retreat. Our kids loved the basement with the gaming room. The bedrooms were on the second level and the main level had the living room with a big smart tv (we loved it), big open kitchen concept and a beautiful deck. We were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was stocked with spices which was a plus. On our 3rd day the temperatures hit the mid 80’s and being on top of the hill road, heat was intense and despite the listing mentioning there were window ac units, there were none. We were just given portable fans. There were only 2 fans for 3 bedrooms. Opening windows didn’t help. Our friends in the add on room above the garage didn’t sleep at all that night. Day 4 we were ready to leave asap because the heat was unbearable. As much as I loved the place and I am always sad going back home from vacation, I wanted to go back home. We did see a portable window ac unit in the closet but not sure why owners didn’t put it considering temperatures were going to hit high. All in all I would go back which I do plan on but not without confirming that the window ac unit is in place.

This was our first trip to an private rental with our 9 month old and friends and it could not have gone better. There was a little office that was not clear in the listing and we put the baby in there so he had his own space. We also brought his walker and he was SO happy to be able to roll around the large open spaces that he doesn't have at home due to steps. We had a small issue when we checked in and they were very quick to remedy it and the rental agency followed up to make sure we were happy. All in all a lovely house and amazing view! And centrally located to many attractions.
