Stay was nice spoke to property manager . Suggested a few ideas to make stays better

Older home within walking distance to town, farmers market on Saturdays and Man Made Lake. Short driving distance to public beach on Lake Michigan. Quiet residence with 2 kitchens and room to spread out. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

The home was never cleaned from the previous renter. The place was in shambles when we arrived. No clean sheets, no towels. House is dirty! Most plugs either don’t work or lamps don’t work. No direct tv box. Toilet upstairs is broken.2 beds are broken in the bedroom off the living room and has no light. Refrigerator upstairs is leaking water all over the floor. The cleaning lady arrived at 9pm on the first night and did the best she could with 10 people now sleeping in the house, she even said there’s not enough sheets for all the beds and not enough towels. The cleaning lady had to use 2 twin fitted sheets for the king bed upstairs and there was no top sheet. We ended up having to go buy our own sheets as they never did get us sheets that fit the beds. We did leave a day early. Evolve the management company that over sees the property did give us a refund for 1 of the days and the cleaning fee. I am not one to bash on things like this in a review, but the property was in rough shape. We took pictures of what it looked like when we arrived but unfortunately there is no way to post them on here. We did send all the pictures to Evolve, and they supported all of our complaints and did the best they could.

Headache free and easy. Totally enjoyed the stay. Definitely met our needs. 10/10 recommend

The house has lots of room and pretty close to Lake Michigan. Everything we used worked ok and there were no problems. It was fantastic that pets are allowed but the only area on the property for the pup to do their business is pretty small and not secure. Very workable but on the deck or yard the dog can wonder off property at will. All in all it met our needs.

Not well maintained or supplied. Not one dish towel! Bathroom towel bars falling off wall. Bathroom shower faucet had to be tightened to get hot water. We had to call to get WiFi working. Furniture/rugs old and dirty. Not great neighborhood. Worst of all, we had bats flying around the kitchen 3 nights of our 5 which we had to deal with pest control visits two days. We received a small refund. Property needs some attention to expect to get that kind of rent.

The house was perfect for our 12 person golf outing. It was clean and roomy, with plenty of space for all of us.
