We rented this house for our family Christmas and it was perfect! Beautiful place, tons of amenities, very comfortable beds and the host was very attentive! Will definitely be back!

We had a perfect stay the week of Thanksgiving! The weather didn’t cooperate with us to be outside much, but the views from the house were incredible and we had everything we needed to make a lovely Thanksgiving dinner. Our kids especially enjoyed the provided games and puzzles, since we couldn’t be outside much. All the beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, and the provided water was a huge blessing. We could not have had a better stay - staying here was like staying at a friend’s personal vacation home. We especially loved the distinctive, high end decor, comfortable furniture and inviting living spaces. Don’t hesitate to book this amazing vacation home! We hope to return very soon!

We had a group of guys for a mentoring retreat and the house was perfect It has a large living area where a lot of people can sit. Also, the outdoor areas were beautiful. The communication with the owners/managers was perfect.

This property has a lot going for it as summarized above. The weather was hot as this is July in Texas, about 100 degrees each day. By the late afternoon the HVAC struggled to maintain the specified temperature. We used fans as the owner suggested and got by until sunset when the temperature slowly returned to normal.

The house is very nice and we really enjoyed the screened -in porches.

Experienced some difficulties dealing with two rental groups, VRBO And Evolve. Not sure why I had two, and had difficulty getting Evolve to reply to my questions early enough to decide if the home had what we needed. And it appeared to have two separate fees. Confusing!

We had an amazing stay at the Ranch House!! The house is fully stocked with bedding, bathroom essentials and towels, dishes & utensils... the list goes on!!! Also, the beds were so comfy!! There are SO many seating options throughout the property which made family time and personal time possible. The yard was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed all the amenities; the fire pit, fishing off the dock, the jacuzzi bathtub in the master bathroom and the gas fireplace. The host's were amazing and super responsive! 5++ We will be back.

This place is fantastic. Great layout for 3 bedrooms. It would be ideal for 2 families with 2 kids. The bedrooms are all split with bathrooms close by in each space. The view is fantastic, yard is beautiful, and space well equipped snd just as pictured. Host was responsive and helpful.

Our hosts were amazing as was the property. Just what we needed and the wine was a nice touch. Easy in and out and a full five stars for the venue and the process. Definitely recommend!

This house was amazing! Fully stocked with essentials. The access to the water was great. Having the dock helped for our jet skis. So enjoyed relaxing on the covered patio. Great place! Will definitely come back!

Our family stayed at this property for a lake getaway for our family of 4. The house was larger than what we needed but well worth it! We had nothing but a great experience from the beginning to end. The property owners went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and they were extremely responsive. The property was very clean inside and out and had everything we needed. All you have to do is bring your bags and food of course! The beds were very comfortable which was a huge plus. My 3 year old son loved sleeping in the bunk beds. It was like a mini camping trip for him. The lake was a short walk down the stairs to the dock which had a covered patio on top. Be prepared to walk up and down a lot of stairs. For us, they were not a problem at all. My husband and son spent most of their time fishing and actually caught a lot of fish off the dock. I spent most of my time with my newborn daughter relaxing in the screened in patio which has a view of the lake. Fossil Rim Wildlife Park is a short drive away and is always a great time. My family will be back to this property!

Great hospitality from the owners. Our family enjoyed all the space the house had to offer. We enjoyed indoor/outdoor activities. We caught alot of fish 🎣 and enjoyed watching the sunset from lakeside dock. Very relaxing and peaceful. Would definitely stay again. Thanks again for opening up your home to us.
