Love this villa. It was perfect for our group of 7 (8 would also be very comfortable). The highlight is the patio/pool area which is even better than the photos. The sea view is amazing with a view of Zakinthos island. Plenty of lounge chairs and seating. The pool was clean and at a great temperature. Many many hours in the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed for breakfasts and an occasional meal (we ate out for many of the meals). There is a great family restaurant 3 minutes away and Skala is a cute little seaside village with a great evening atmosphere (suggest eating at ~8pm for the best atmosphere). There was a heatwave during our visit (34-36C/ 90-95F). The breeze, pool and shade was good during the day and evening. The AC was perfect to get comfortable sleep at night (each bedroom has AC and there are 2 in the main living area). You can walk to the beach on a trail, however there are a few spots where it is a little tight and grown over with local plants (suggest sneakers for the hike). Overall, it is an amazing villa. We loved Kefalonia.

The house was exactly as you see in the pictures, we had a wonderful stay. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which gives everybody enough privacy, The infinity pool with sea view is a little gift every morning.
