If you are thinking of renting this “house” don't, or deal with the crooks that are Welkom Home, namely Yohan and Shirley Adam think again. Firstly the property was filthy even to soiled nappies left in the bin, we have photographic evidence of all of it. The property is not one abode but ghree seperate non connecting apartments. With two disabled people it was very difficult with the stairs to the point sometimes we could not join the rest of the family outside. The crooks Yohan and Shirley called us filthy pigs when we were leaving after the women had spent hours making sure the property was clean, again we have photographs. They demanded money for cleaning as they said we had not paid for cleaning which I knew we had thru VRBO, this went to the point the crooks Yohan and Shirley stole and hid a disability scooter and wanted money which I refused to pay. In the end was returned. Not only do we have the photographs we recorded the conversations in case he calls us liars as he did to VRBO when I complained. VRBO were no support and even legal letters have not had a response. Again avoid this property and Welkom Home
