We had a great visit!! Myself, husband and another couple we are all 65+ and we had the best time. The only fallback was the stairs (there is a lot of them) LOL. We defiantly got our exercise but I am sure we needed it. The house was soooo close to the beach it was wonderful.

Great house, close to the beach. My family of 5 (3 teenage children) really enjoyed the space and location. Quit part of the island, which I really liked. Able for us to go and unplug! Sit on the beach, play card games and have some well needed family time.

My husband and I had a wonderful time, We wanted to stay longer! It was a great experience all the way around. The beach being a block away was absolutely wonderful and not crowded at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable space for us. We had so much more room to spread out than in the condos we were looking at. The balcony spaces were lovely and the area quiet and peaceful. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. The section of beach was nice and not too crowded even though I think all of the rental spaces in the neighborhood were booked.

The townhouse is in an excellent location and the main floor and balcony are great! You have slivers of ocean views everywhere with a bay view from the living room. The couch is new. The bedroom floor has bathrooms for both bedrooms which was nice. However a few a the wash clothes were stained and didn’t want to use. The main bedroom did not have window coverings on the patio door so it was awkward for people in the other bedroom to use the patio since they could see everything in bedroom and at night when the light was on the entire neighborhood could see in the bedroom. We contacted the manager and they in turn contacted the owner who said it was their preference to have no window coverings.

I would have liked it to have been a little cleaner in the kitchen area, as the baseboards by the sink and coffee area had a spill of some sort all over them. The coffee machine also did not look well cleaned on the inside where the water goes. And the pantry had food leftover from the last guest stay. But overall the place was nice enough, our favorite part was the 2 decks that this place has, especially the one off the master bedroom area, you can hear the ocean from it and it is just so nice & relaxing!

Nice 2-bedroom, 3baths, complete kitchen, 2 decks, and the decor was not cluttered with the owner's personal artifacts, etc, etc. We didn't walk over to the beach (it was not that kind of party), but we drove over to the beach access trail and it was very close by. Moral for the owner(s):: you are on the right track, but you need to get a new sofa and a better cable tv plan. Thank you and I will look for this property next time .....

Great neighborhood, quiet beach, only concern is a water drainage issue on street when rains

This is our 3rd time staying at this property. Close to a grocery store, gas stations, and a few restaurants. 3rd row from the beach, top floor has great view of the beach, comfortable beds, each bedroom has its own full bath. Top floor with kitchen and living room also has full bath. Well kept property, we will return.

Great property - just a few blocks away from the beach. It comes with wagon, chairs and toys. Plenty of room for our group (3 adults & 2 kids). Property was clean and kitchen has everything we needed.

It is located right next to Termini San Luis Road but in a quiet area and blocked by shrubs so not a problem at all. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of this home. It had everything we needed, it was very comfy and a quick walk to the beach. We all LOVED it.

Great place for the family.

Rented this condo to get away a little workcation since needed a change of scenery prior to Thanksgiving. w e have been working at home and were getting a little stir crazy. We thought the place was wonderful! Loved just being a block away from the beach and did daily walks. We did have two issues during our stay. My daughter had difficulty getting onto the Network but a call to the Turn Key Rep fixed that with minimal effort. Make sure you call from the phone you made the reservation with. The second issue was that the dishwasher had an error code and did not work properly. They offered to come out and fix it but we turned that down and were OK with doing a hand wash. The place was very clean, the beds comfortable, and a great place to relax. If you plan to do your own cooking there, recommend either bringing the food or doing your grocery shopping at the Randall's or Kroger in Galveston. The grocery store out front is nice but you will pay a premium. Also if you plan to do a lot of cooking, would recommend bringing your favorite knife and any seasonings you might need. We loved the place and definitely would consider going back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed a full week here. It was spotlessly clean and management was very quick to answer a couple questions that we came up with. A very comfortable, nicely furnished, well-equipped property where we would like to stay again!

We loved the condo. It had everything we needed for our family. Location is basically on the beach. The place was very clean and perfect for us.

The unit needs a little attention in my opinion. The couch is old and stained, the rug under it is not high pile and not super clean, the fan in the living room is broken, one of the kitchen furniture door is held in place by a 3M wall tape and the coffee pot had a hole (yes there is a hole on the bottom of the glass) on it, so we couldn’t make coffee. All this aside the unit is great, location is awesome and the managing company is super professional. The problem comes from the fact that you can’t control your neighbors. The neighboring unit had easily 15-20 people in it throughout the weekend, 6-7 cars in the driveway, constantly hearing bass from the loud music inside the unit and worst of all we couldn’t enjoy the beautiful deck outside due to the crazy strong smell of cigar and pot coming from the neighbors. The neighboring unit does not seem like a rental, so i guess it’s a lottery if you can have a nice quiet getaway or a bass filled party weekend.

The kitchen had a large assortment of pots and pans. Some of the upgrades in this house are 1.Quality amenities (new DS, fridge). 2. High-quality air-conditioning controllers. 3. Sleep Number mattress on King bed. 4. Electric storm window protectors. 5. New carpet. The only thing that was an issue is the actual booking of the property - there seemed to be so many 'steps' involved in the process but still well-worth the effort. We have notated this property for a return visit!!
