I always enjoy this lovely and comfortable property with lots of amenities. Property is close to beach and walked on the beach daily with dog and friends. Enjoyed eating out in Frankfort a little too much.

Because of the layout of this property, it was perfect for my niece and her husband, my nephew and his wife, and me. Each of us had our own washroom (the kictchen/living room was a half bath). The location to shops, restaurants, and the beach was awesome! 2 parking spaces-the 3rd we parked at the nearby municipal parking lot. I’ve already reserved for next year!

I think was my third stay at the condo, so obviously I love it. Lovely condo. Ideal location close to beach and main street with parking for 2 cars (or 3 if you don’t mind shuffling them around). Already planning to return next year.

The most perfect spot in Frankfort. Steps away from everything you need. 1 block to Lake Michigan, short walk to dinner, coffee, bakery and stores. Home is clean and welcoming. This was our third year in a row and we just booked for 2024. You can’t ask for a better location for a wonderful Frankfort vacation!

Wonderful place to stay in Frankfort! The pics don’t do it justice - Bestsie Lake and the marina are right across the street and is so nice to enjoy from the deck. It gets some sun in the morning but always has shade which was great for our dog (and us). The kitchen is well appointed and the main bed is very comfortable. It’s also less than 2 blocks to Lake Michigan and is right in the heart of town so you can walk everywhere. Highly recommend!

Great place for a family get away! Nice location!

We were highly impressed with this clean and luxurious vacation rental. Great views, clean, and well stocked with your everyday needs. Just a five minute walk to the beach and lighthouse and just feet off the main shopping area. I usually have problems sleeping in beds other than my own, but in the upstairs master suite I slept better than I do at home in this bed. I give this property a 5+ rating and hope to be back in the future.

Lovely property steps away from beach and Main Street of Frankfort. This was my second visit and third visit is already planned.

What a wonderful condo. It is as clean and lovely as the pictures. The kitchen has very nice pans, utensils, appliances etc. The king bed is very comfortable. The view of the bay is beautiful. Could not ask for more. We look forward to returning as we had a delightful vacation.

Very clean and well maintained property. The location can't be beat, it is right downtown Frankfort with restaurants/bars, shopping, trail (paved path), Lake Michigan. right outside the front door. Close to Traverse City and other small towns. Highly recommended property, easy check in/out process, no issues at al.

The Betsie Bay condo could not have been any more perfect for my family's start-of-summer stay! Having traveled to Frankfort multiple times, I can confidently say that this condo's location is absolutely perfect for the area-- steps away from Stormcloud Brewery, The Book Shop, The Cool Spot (ice cream), Crescent Bakery, and so many more favorites! It's also just two-ish blocks from beautiful Frankfort beach, and short drives away from some of the best hikes northern Michigan has to offer (including Sleeping Bear Dunes). The condo itself is very sharp, and the open concept main level overlooking Betsie Bay is ideal for families spending quality time together. The grill works great, the kitchen has everything you could need, and the main bedroom suite upstairs is built for comfort with a massive closet and laundry in the en suite bathroom. I will agree with another reviewer on here who said the TV situation leaves something to be desired. Only a handful of channels work, and live sports fans might want to plan to watch in an alternative way. The M22 corridor is plenty entertaining, of course, but during those downtimes an upgrade to the TV situation would bring it in better alignment with the high quality of the rest of the property. Despite that one minor criticism, I would 100% recommend the property to any group of travelers. You will feel instantly at home!

Excellent all the way around.Great place , all the amenities-extremely clean and updated .The only suggestion-update your cable or put a smart tv downstairs—.Most folks don’t gather in a bedroom to watch a sporting event or program together..Really only 1smart tv in the home is necessary

Great winter trip with the family. Beautiful property with fantastic location to restaurants and shops. Easy 20 min drive to Crystal Mountain.
