A great place to stay with a large family. Fun for all ages. Great sand toys, beach equipment and super location for nearby restaurants. The house is perfect with lots of room , clean and well supplied.

Wonderful property with plenty of room for 3 small families with 5 kids under 5. Very clean, excellent communication with the property manager. We loved how close we were to the beach, very easy to go in and out of the condo frequently with little kids who needed breaks from the sun. Wi-fi is not great, but that wouldn’t keep us from returning.

Everything was as listed. It’s a nice condo, in a nice location, and very comfortable. We enjoyed are stay.

Easy access to the beach; nice views from the vacation rental; very good communication with the owner. The owner responds to our requests very fast. It was an overall great stay.

The property is great for large or multi-generational families. Everyone has their own “suite” with a bathroom. Just a few steps from the beach. We had a fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful time. Enjoyed the beach access which wasnt too crowded. Got to see a waterspout while we were there. We wished there was better parking. We had 3 full sized pick up trucks and it was a nightmare squeezing into those spots . ALL IN ALL it was a vreagreat time. THANK YOU

Our family of 11 loved our stay! The house was perfect for all of our range of ages from 9 months old all the way up to adults. The location was wonderful and the view and closeness to the water was perfect! We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to enjoy her beach, the area and their friends and family!

Our family of 9 adults and 2 young children LOVED this perfectly appointed unit. Dino was so communicative and helpful when needed, making sure we had everything we needed! The direct location to the private beach was ideal and beautiful! We spent every night on the deck watching the sunset - could not ask for a better location or unit! We will certainly be back, often! Most definitely our favorite VRBO and we have rented many! The layout was spectacular and there was so much room for everyone…. Each of us felt very extremely happy with our individual accommodations within the larger space. Very friendly and responsive property manager. A great experience… we would definitely want to return!!

This home was the perfect get away for ocean lovers.

Pros: Great location as it is beach front property with amazing views of the gulf. The property provides some chairs and toys for the kids to play with which is convenient not having to pack them yourself. Quiet area. Ample parking for up to 3 vehicles. Cons: The space gets very hot during the day. The HVAC units are old and rusted out. They did not cool the rooms properly making it very uncomfortable. I informed the manager and he sent over a tech but nothing really can be done as the units just need to be replaced to properly cool the unit. Also, some doors and the sliding patio door do not properly close so hot air is coming in from those spaces as well. After my family checked in the floor was dirty and needed to be mopped again. The manager was professional and courteous sending over someone to mop the floors again.

We were visiting with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday and we were very pleased with everything overall. The house is beautiful you're right on the beach, no long walk lugging a bunch of beach stuff! Chase the host was very accommodating and communicated with us in a timely manner with any questions we had and was very friendly. The private beach was great and they had umbrellas and floats to use. We didn't want to leave, we had an amazing time and we will definitely be back!

The eight of us had an amazing time. The condo had everything you could need. The host responded immediately to any questions we had. Being on the top (second) floor was very quiet and we had excellent views of the ocean and beach. Wouldn’t definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed this location and the beach was fabulous! The condo was decently outfitted for a 7 member family. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, there are plenty of beach toys, and swim towels provided were a great touch. The host met us upon arrival and gave us wonderful restaurant advice. The cleaning staff worked hard to get us into the house an hour early upon checkin. The only disappointment was there were several things that needed repair, such as closet doors that were unhinged, the toaster needs replacing, there was a mirror was taken off the bathroom wall, and in general the place could use some time from a handyman. The listing states two king beds, but there really is only one in the master, the others are queens. The listing could do better to describe that this rental is one large unit on the second floor of the building as that was not clear to us. Overall we really enjoyed our trip. The location was great and way less crowded and touristy than in Clearwater. The beach was amazing and worth renting this unit despite some of the minor repairs needed. We would return to this rental!

Our family had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home on the beach. Large space with two living areas, plenty of room for the older set and younger set to have fun together and apart. The beach is just steps from the home and the balcony has very comfortable furniture - lovely place to drink your coffee or end the day. The host was very attentive, we had everything we could want and know that this is the best place we could have selected for our time in Florida. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation!

Pros: great location right on the beach, lots of space for our family Cons: it was listed as a newly remodeled, luxury property which it is not. I would guess the remodel was several years ago given the state of things. The outside of the building is rough. The inside needed lots of repairs and PROFESSIONAL cleaning. It had been cleaned but not professionally. There were broken things everywhere. Many of which have been listed in previous reviews which tells me that management is aware of it and has not addressed it. They did send a message after check in asking if they could address things. Sorry, once Ive checked in, it is my time that I paid a lot for. The time to clean and repair is before I get there. It is managements responsibility to make sure it is in good order-not mine. Could be a nice property but the advertising is misleading and the management is poor. Could not recommend to others.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo during our son's wedding weekend. It is spacious and the property manager was nearby and very accommodating throughout our stay. It's beautifully decorated and the beachfront location was so relaxing. We spent hours with friends and family just catching up on the porch (after the wedding day) while looking out over the ocean. This is a large upstairs end apartment unit of a small complex.

Could not lock front door from outside. Had to leave every time from balcony in rear. Then had to go through a vacant condo to get to our car ever time we would leave. Had 6 tv , none worked. Could Not find thermostat for ac because it had a big picture hanging over it. 6 ft shutter fell off wall on me it was just leaned against window. Master shower not installed correctly, pocket doors wouldn’t close and shower door missing. The best was used syringe left on our door step that stayed there for days after we called about it.our neighbors had a worse experience. We left our vacation early.

This stay at Indian Rocks was possibly the best and most relaxing vacation we have had in years. We sat on the balcony with with perfect Ocean views. Only 150 feet to the water. This property is undergoing some renovations so it will continue to improve. We definitely recommend this place, and will schedule another visit!
