The house, and especially the pool, were almost perfect for our family. The house was conveniently located to the beach and the walk was quick and easy, even with three children (ages 3, 6, and 10). There was plenty of room for all 9 of us. The screened front porch was great. Communication with Carroll Realty was timely and clear; they were very responsive to the couple questions we had. The only negative was the beds - two were very high, antique beds that required a step stool to get into. The slats on one of the beds on the lower level were messed up - better after my son-in-law adjusted them. The bed in the primary bedroom, while very soft, sank in the middle. All in all, though, we had a great time and would consider staying there again.

The house is in a fantastic location and the outdoor spaces are great. We loved the screened in porch and the pool area and outdoor shower. Some things we wish we’d known that made it slightly less convenient mostly had to do with the layout. There are 3 bathrooms but two of them are ensuites in the two upstairs bedrooms, leaving everyone in the 3 bedrooms downstairs all sharing a single bathroom that is also exit to the pool. We worked around this and got used to it but didn’t realize it until we got there. The laundry room is also in a closet in one of the downstairs bedrooms which also was a little inconvenient but, again, we got used to it. Pack some extra garbage bags as only two were provided. And bring a pair of scissors if you need them in the kitchen - I had no idea how often I used kitchen scissors before spending a week in a kitchen without any! Apart from trash bags and scissors the kitchen was well equipped with two coffee makers and even an ice maker and air fryer so we were able to cook lots and the giant table was great for fitting everybody. We had a nice week at this house.

This house was perfect for the 5 of us! We each had our own bedroom, and 3 bathrooms was ample for us. The property was clean and spacious. A little early in the season to use the pool, but we did enjoy the pool deck. Easy walk to the beach. The property management company, Carroll Realty, offered some nice perks that we took advantage of: groceries already shopped for us, so we didn’t have to go to the grocery store first thing, and we also took advantage of a credit with a beach rental company, and got 4 beach chairs, a cooler, 2 beach umbrellas and a wagon to pull everything to the beach. Would definitely return here.

Beautiful beach house to accommodate our family for a beach weekend and celebration! Clean, comfortable ours that spaciously accommodated our family and was conveniently located to beach access! Easy entry and exit program to arrive and leave as scheduled .

This location and home were perfect for our family. Everyone enjoyed the pool and short walk to the beach. The house and outdoor living areas had room for us to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The property management was very easy to deal with and responsive. Will definitely return!

Classic beach house with many children-friendly features, including pool, screened porch with 3 tables, rumpus room, games etc. Adults appreciated large kitchen/dining area and tons of kitchen cooking and serving options. All a short walk to the beach and the Fish House restaurant.

We had our entire extended family visit Charleston for our sons, Citadel ring ceremony and football game. We had an amazing time in the house. So much room for everyone. We all love to cook, so the spacious kitchen and dining area was perfect! Highly recommend this property.

Perfect beach vacation home for our family. My only complaint is the beds; they were old and not comfortable.
