My family and I traveled to Parker from SC to visit my elderly father and the farmhouse was perfect for the 4 of us (two couples) The furnishings are very calming and tastefully done. The views of the mountains and horses were great to wake up to each morning. Sunsets over the mountains were gorgeous as well. The owners live on the property, yet it feels very private with a separate driveway and its own two car garage, which was a plus for keeping the rental car safe during a nearby hailstorm. The owners were great to work with and we hope to be back for future visits!

We loved our stay. The property is charmingly beautiful with a great location - a perfect combination of farmhouse and city. Comfortable, nicely decorated, maintained and spacious. Shannon was really communicative and a great host. We look forward to future stays in this property.

We were in Colorado for a graduation and found this amazing place to stay. It is so beautifully decorated and was the perfect place for people with walkers. The views of the snowcapped mountains and horses were an added bonus. Will definitely be staying here again

The home and the property are very nice. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you could ever need. The only thing we thought the house could use, two more chair outside, so people could enjoy the view.

I gave this property all five stars in every section. Our stay could not have been more satisfactory. The home is clean! I was so immensely happy with that aspect. We enjoyed the fact that there is a lot of natural light. It is very nice and convenient there are three toilets and two showers, one being a bath. It was so nice to have that for my family of four. The area is quiet and we enjoyed watching the horses across the way. We also saw rabbits and pronghorns. The sunrises and sunsets there are magnificent. The view from the yellow bedroom is gorgeous. We could clearly see the mountains all around. When it snowed, it was beautiful. When it did snow, the owners went above and beyond, informing us they would plow before we even thought of it. Everything was comfortable. We are so happy we chose to stay in Shannon and Kevin's sweet guest house. Thank you for making it possible.

Our 3 generations truly enjoyed The Farmhouse. Relaxing atmosphere with serene views of wildlife and the beautiful Colorado mountains. Beds are very comfortable and plenty of room to just hang out in the living area. Located close to groceries, shopping and good eats! We took day trips to Colorado Springs and Fort Collins. We will be back for sure!!

Great stay, easy to find and loved the space around us

Our family consisting of 3 adults and 2 children stayed at the guest house over Easter weekend. The house is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was well equipped and very well organized. Shannon was extremely responsive to any of our questions and needs during our stay. She kindly allowed us to stay longer on Easter Sunday since our flight out of Denver was not until later in the evening. We are so appreciative. We would definitely stay here in the future and would recommend the house to our friends.

It’s a dream!!!! Absolutely stunning views and the home in itself it’s just perfect!!!!! The communication with the property owners is also amazing and very accommodating. The house has everything you may need and then some! Definitely a place I’d enjoy staying again!

The property and views are as advertised. We extremely love the relaxing atmosphere, that allowed us to just decompress. The views in every direction are beautiful. We enjoyed nice sunny sitting outside weather, one day, and a snow shoveling party with Shannon and her family when the snow storm rolled in. As advertised, and Definitely was worth the stay!

Well, I hesitate to give this gem a review because more people will know about it! Our stay couldn’t have been nicer. This charming, spacious farmhouse with its privacy & marvelous vistas of pastures and horses is fantastic. We were only 11 minutes away from our son in Englewood, but it seemed like worlds away. Shannon provides everything you need-the amenities, décor and supplies are upscale, we even had to buy one of her soaps (Gingerbread Bakery.) Her communication during our stay was fast & pleasant; she even checked on us because of the snow and had the driveway plowed twice. Entry was smooth & easy; being able to park in the garage was a plus. We can’t wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the patio & sunsets! Thank you, Shannon & family!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We especially enjoyed the views from the property. We enjoyed our morning coffee watching the nearby horses, and made a point to be “home” in the evening to enjoy the sunset over the mountains. We would definitely enjoy staying here again.

We were in town for a wedding and thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful and spacious home. The views of the horses in the morning were a special treat. AND even though it was around -10 or worse outside the house was very cozy and just perfect. All the communication was fast and check-in/access easy. Thank you for being an excellent host!

This beautiful home was a pleasure to stay in. It was clean, and the property owners were extremely easy to deal with. We would definitely come back. Kitchen was well stocked. It had a beautiful view of the mountains and there are plenty of places within a couple miles to eat.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was big enough for three adults and plenty of room for a 4 year old to play. The hosts put up a few decorations to help with holiday season. They answered any questions I had right away. It snowed and they came and plowed the driveway without running over our snowman😊 The house is clean. My whole family wanted the sheets they were so comfy. I am in love with the yellow bedroom. Washer and dryer was great. The views were amazing. Spent lots of time looking out the big picture windows. Would stay there again in any season!!!

Loved our stay! Had a bit of difficulty finding the house and then getting in, as the codes was wrong, but the owners were super responsive and got us there and in quickly! The house was in a great location for us, and loved the views. We loved watching the horse we named cow. Enjoyed the access to all the entertainment options and we binge-watched Ashoka!!

The property, location and the view opportunity were even better than we expected. Our son is in a wheelchair so it was great to be able to pull right into the garage and get into the house without any stairs. The house is beautiful, roomy, well equipped and worked perfectly for our needs. Thank you Shannon!

I cannot say enough good things about Shannon & Kevin's lovely guest house. The views were wonderful, the area was very quiet, and the size of the house was perfect for us (2 adults, 2 kids). The house itself was extremely clean and just beautiful all-around. We particularly loved the fireplace, which we used often because the area had a sudden snow storm and temperature drop (at the end of October!). My husband enjoyed using the provided Keurig in the morning and there were even some packets of hot chocolate (which my kids enjoyed after playing in the snow). The location was wonderful - just down the road was a Super Target, Dollar Tree, and Walmart. There were a LOT of restaurant choices, and we weren't too terribly far from the Rockies either. Our trip was far too short, but we plan on a return trip and hope to stay here again! Thank you for a great stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse. We appreciated the attention to every detail to make our stay cozy & comfortable. Beds were comfy & there were extra blankets at the ready for the nights that turned cold. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare a quick or more elaborate meal. Loved the variety of coffee, hot cocoa, & tea that were provided as well as warm throws on the couch. Everything was clean & well organized. Instructions for checking in & out were clear & convenient. Thank you so much for giving us a home away from home to enjoy our time in Colorado. We will be back.

We came to town for a family wedding. This spot was perfect! Close to all the family gathering locations as well as any retail/dining needs. Test the farmhouse was tucked up the hill away from the hustle and bustle. It felt remote, was very quiet (no street noise) and the views were beautiful, especially at sunset. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect-beautiful farmhouse/decor, spacious, fabulous views, stocked with everything you could ever need, and very responsive owner/hosts.

Beautiful home. Convenient location. Excellently stocked. If I had one criticism, it would be that the instructions for stay were a little stricter than most. No guests allowed and absolutely no shoes in the house. We have elderly people who needed support and the no shoe policy was painful for us. We were there for a wedding and the no guest policy meant we couldn’t have any of our family over for cards or lunch. But it was absolutely beautiful!!

Had a 3 night long weekend trip with girlfriends, was very centrally located for us to hike in many areas. Had a great trip and the home was beautiful. Definitely recommend to anyone
