This is a fabulous property! It was perfect for our party of one couple and two singles. The house lacked for nothing. Coffee maker, pots and pans, beach chairs, a grill -- everything we could possibly need or want was provided. The house has gorgeous views, and is extremely quiet and peaceful. The marsh is clearly a haven for birds. Five minutes after we checked in, a bald eagle soared by the porch! We spent a lovely and relaxing three nights there and we will definitely be back! Adam, Katie and Kim provided top-notch service, offering recommendations and answering my many questions promptly. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

The breeze condo is very well stocked and has a view that is outstanding. The location is an easy walk to the downtown area and small public beach. We stayed 4 days and didn't get in our vehicle the entire time. The only drawback would be the parking is very limited and would not be suited for anyone challenged by stairs.

Great location and property, really enjoyed our stay

The condo was great. Right by by the water with waves lapping on the rocks. Ready walk to downtown for access to bars, restaurants, shopping. Quaint community with great places to eat. Island House restaurant was outstanding. Also enjoyed 83.

This was a decent place with comfortable chairs and a good balcony. Everything works. One bedroom was small and dark. Manager was responsive and helpful. Parking OK. No sunset or sunrise view. We would stay again.

Overlooking the gulf! Saw dolphins every day! The July 4 fireworks were amazing! Management was amazing! Property was very clean and comfortable! Kitchen was well stocked! My only drawback (i am 72) was i didnt read carefully and missed the 'three story' ...33 stairs from door to kitchen on the top floor. However we had an amazing time!

The condo was great. Very clean. Lots of room in each bedroom. Great room was plenty big for 6 people. Kitchen had all necessary items to cook with. Was nice to be able to fish right from bottom floor. Would stay again for sure

We had a great stay. We enjoyed sitting on the deck to watch porposes play each morning. Great location in Cedar Key and walkable to restarants. Great place for a laid vack stay. Owners were very responsive with any qurstions.

The Breeze is a great, comfortable place to stay. Great views, and right on the water. There were lots of dolphins and lots of different birds right near the condo. The apartment is well-stocked and very clean. The small, town beach is just a short walk away. A minor problem was that none of the screens, on the sliding glass doors, were working properly--so, unable to keep any of the glass doors open and listen to/smell the sea, from inside the condo. But, that said, I really enjoyed my short stay, and would go back to The Breeze, in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed taking the kayak out and watching all the dolphins. All the restaurants are walkable which was really nice.

Wonderful location with great views of the Gulf of Mexico. This was our second stay at this home.

The location is perfect. All three floors have decks. Truly, you are sitting on the Gulf of Mexico enjoying the ocean, the birds, and seeing a dolphin or two. Kayaking is great from here. We were here the month of Feb and enjoyed every day.

Nice oceanfront condo. Older unit, Beautiful view. Down size parking., and the stairs inside climbing one floor to next.

First trip to Cedar Key. Very much a tiny older, historic no frills fisherman village. Condo is also older and no frills but clean and stocked well. My only criticism is carpet on stairs needs cleaning badly with a distinct dog smell-but hey, this place allows dogs, so how can I be picky on that? lol. Felt safe at all times while here and appreciated the water views from both the condo living room and bedroom. Mgt was fine to deal with, picked keys up from their office on way to the property. Rent yourself a golf cart while here. Everything (which isn’t much) is within golf cart or walking distance. We will return as it’s a great place for some quiet time and the locals were very nice to outsiders anywhere we went.

This is my soul recharge spot. Best location. Wake up to stunning sunrises, watch the dolphins just off your balcony, amazing sunsets, moonlit gulf and the sound of gulf waves at night. There is nothing like it anywhere. Just stunning

The view from this rental is outstanding. Would recommend to anybody and everybody.

This a beautiful and peaceful property in the Old Florida town of Cedar Key. The area is small and easy to navigate. Most places are easily within a few blocks walking distance or golf cart ride. Every morning and evening we sat on the back deck to watch the dolphins play. Atsena Otie Island was a relaxing paddle out and fun to explore. The unit itself is well maintained with the property manager available and responsive well within reasonable time. Our family of 7 had a great, relaxing stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Cedar Key. Note: the photos of the property show a kayak. No paddles. That was a let down. Overall the place was nice. But cedar Key itself was worth every minute. The neighbor lady in unit 4 was rude to us and complained about the changes made to the unit we rented.

Nice stay with super friendly people. Lots of history in this town to enjoy. Dolphins out front everyday to watch and plenty of sunshine!

The townhouse is in a great location. Walked rather than driving for our entire stay. Parking can be a bit tight right at this specific unit but other nearby spots are available. This is a three-story townhouse with narrow stairways so probably is best suited for fully mobile renters. Our group of mostly retirees had no difficulty. The views are wonderful.

Cedar Key is a hidden gem! Comfortable and clean condo in the perfect location. Short walk to everything you need during your stay.

We loved Cedar Key and this condo was exactly what we wanted. It's so close to the water, you could fish from your balcony. Cedar Key has a substantial pier system for fishing and we caught quite a few. This is Old Florida and very relaxing.

Best place I have ever stayed in Cedar Key. Hated to leave and look forward to coming back!!!! You only need to bring clothes and a toothbrush. I had everything I needed there.
