We had 4 children with us and our son and they couldn't believe how nice a place it was. I enjoyed the fishing and 3 of our kids did as well. It was so relaxing everyday at your place. We enjoyed our stay and the property was a good size for the 6 of us and centrally located to beaches. The AC cannot keep up so expect it to warm up throughout the day. It'll be cool in the morning then warm up during the day and evening despite the temp being set. We alerted the host and they were very responsive in sending out a tech but it didn't help much. I'm guessing the unit isn't large enough for the house after the addition. There were some issues with things being clean. I had to wash most dishes I took out of the cabinet before using. We were disappointed that there was sand all over our sheets on the master bed the first night we come in to sleep. The backyard is nice in theory but the "grass" isn't kept up with and overgrown so walking to the fire pit area will cover your feet. We didn't use the deck because walking on it felt like it was going to snap so we didn't setup the patio furniture. We found items under the chair and couch in the living room that obviously wasn't cleaned. Overall we enjoyed our stay but wish it had been cleaner and backyard had more attention paid to it for outdoor entertaining.

A beautiful home that accommodated all of us. Exactly as described. All the amenities needed to have a cooked meal or BBQ by the pool. Having a place to do laundry was a huge place. No need to bring dirty laundry home. Communication was very easy. We would recommend the property for anyone.

We loved the house and location it was great for the grandkids. They loved the fishing caught some large mouth bass wildlife in the area was great. Would definitely recommend this place highly, close to beaches but in a nice quiet neighborhood . Will definitely book again! We had everything we needed we even used the fire pit for marshmallows.

Clean property. Good location quiet neighborhood canal is not a option to use unless you have a boat. Wish the pool was heated for the little ones. Overall good place to stay

We loved the location of the VRBO, it was in a quiet neighborhood but close to major streets that took us to the beach, restaurants and shopping!

This house was perfect for me and my family for our stay in Florida. It was just the right size for the 6 of us, very clean and had everything we needed. It was a good location and just a short drive to go where we wanted to (shopping, eating the beaches and entertainment) while we were there. I highly recommend this place if you are planning on staying in the area

The property was nice for what we needed. Within 15 minutes in any direction to food, beach and entertainment.

The house fit everyone's needs. My husband was able to wake up and go fishing and the kids were able to swim as much as they wanted. The house was very clean, check in and out were easy. Alot of space for our family of 5. The location is close enough to the beaches but not in the hustle of it all. We enjoyed our space. It was hard to leave the house at times because we were so comfortable

Overall experience was a great clean home. The kids loved the pool and the big shower in the master bathroom. Beautifully decorated and very well organized. The owner was very responsive. Will stay here again!

We spent Memorial Day weekend at this beautiful, clean home on Lake Seminole. Check in was a breeze. The pool was green when we arrived, but communication with our host was very effective. He was prompt in responding to us and had someone out late Saturday afternoon to shock the pool. By Saturday night it was blue again and we were able to swim on Sunday. It was wonderful and we really enjoyed it. We were with our son & daughter-in-law and 1 year old grandson. He loved it! We docked our boat behind the house and played on the lake all day Saturday, so it all worked out. This is a great area close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. We grilled out on Sunday afternoon. We had a lovely time and appreciate the prompt attention from our host as well as the late check out he offered due to complications with the pool., Thank you for a wonderful place to spend Memorial weekend with our family. Would highly recommend!

House was wonderful. We had a great time. House would have been perfect if the bedrooms had a dresser for small clothes. Also the master bedroom has one switch for the fans and lights. So fans go off when you turn out the light.

We really enjoyed the stay at this property. We were in town for work, and this was a great choice.

My husband and our two girls (ages 12 and 15) stayed in this property for a few nights during our trip to clearwater. It was an easy drive to the beach and away from the busy tourist area. The house was extremely clean! We loved the way it was decorated. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could have needed and more. My kids loved the pool which was crystal clear, I enjoyed fishing off the back dock and my husband enjoyed the giant televisions haha. We also loved the master shower. Even my kids insisted on taking their showers in our room. Check in and check out were super easy as well as communication with the owners. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to spend some time at Clearwater beach! We would definitely stay again!

We recently returned from Spring Break in Florida, and we had a great time! The location is perfect with easy access to many restaurants, beaches, shopping, and more! Located in a quiet neighborhood, I enjoyed reading on the patio, while my husband and son were able to fish in the canal. The interior was clean and nicely decorated and even offered a few extras that many VRBO’s do not (specifically toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher/washing machine tablets, basic spices, cooking oil, and a bbq). I would recommend adding handrails in the master shower or make the floor all one level, so you don’t have to step down. It’s a bit precarious. The pool was a little dirty, and my husband found the vacuum and took care of that. However, it was pretty cold. A solar cover or solar heater would help a lot. Also, the backyard could use a little sprucing up (maybe add some grass, pull the weeds, add a hose reel or a storage box). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property.

We recently returned home from our stay in Seminole. This property was fantastic! I was traveling with my husband, infant son, sister, brother in-law, niece and nephew. The house was spacious, floor plan was great, and we loved relaxing in the backyard! The canal was awesome and it was great chatting with neighbors floating by on their boats. The house was only a 15 minute drive to Clearwater which was lovely, but we also loved the 10 minute drive to Madeira beach and the John’s Pass boardwalk! Because the house has a kitchen full of appliances (even an air fryer :) ) we grabbed groceries from the local grocery store and were able to make a few meals. My family took a fishing expedition from near by St Petersburg (only 10 minutes away) and we made fresh fish tacos and enjoyed them at the spacious dining room table. The owner was great to communicate with and even let us check in an hour early which was great! We stayed at the property for 4 days until we headed to Orlando to go to Disney World which is only and hour and a half or so away which was awesome. If you’re looking for a quiet, roomy, cozy house on the water look no further! When we return to florida next year for spring training I will definitely be looking to rent this property:) Enjoy!

Beautiful house with all the necessities one would need. Only issue we had was figuring out the hot water in the master shower.

This house is tucked back into a neighborhood on a lake I didn’t know existed, but is the perfect location if you want access to the beaches, restaurants, and all sorts of entertainment within a 15 minute drive. The house is stacked with amenities, nice furniture, comfortable beds, and is on a quiet canal where you can catch fish or just sit and read a book. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Excellent Property, the hosts have thought of fairly everything, a vacationing family may need. Great layout of the house. Quiet neighborhood. Beaches and other attractions are a good 25-30 minutes away. Overall very happy with this property.

We had a very nice stay at this property. The house is very clean with plenty of tv’s and comfortable beds. It is newly updated and in a nice centralized location for Tampa area beaches. The host is a very understanding person, as our flights got jumbled up, and he accommodated us nicely. Previous stays at different VRBO’s offered more amenities and I am sure this host will in the future, as this is a new VRBO property to the market. I would recommend to the host providing a grill, lounge chairs for sunning at the pool and more large pool and beach towels, as there were 2 available. All in all, I would be very happy to stay at this location again.

We were beyond impressed with this property while visiting the Tampa Bay Area. It was amazing being in a central location between the Clearwater/Madeira Beach/Tampa. The home is completely updated, spacious and provides pretty much anything you can think of needing. The household basics were included along with towels/dishwasher soap/laundry detergent, etc. Each room had a large tv with streaming abilities. There was literally nothing we didn’t have that we needed. The pool was a great add on but due to the time of year and recent colder temperatures, it was a bit cold to use. The owner was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We would absolutely book with this host again!

Loved Staying 4 nights in this cute, clean, renovated, spacious house with a lovely water view at backyard. 2.Booking and check-in went smooth. 3.Beaches like Madeira/Redington/Treasure Island even Clearwater were mins away. 4.bathroom in the master bedroom is awesome just an request to the owner to add some privacy door/curtain near wash basin area. 5.Surprised to see big TVs everywhere including all rooms. 6.Best is - Three bathrooms is what we needed and we found it suitable with 6 Adults and kids. 7.Enjoyed the stay here thoroughly !
