Rented for a quick two-day corporate retreat and had everything we could have asked for! A fire alarm began chirping while we were there, I texted Kevin and it was taken care of within a couple hours. Excellent property and I'll look to bringing my family next time!

Probably the nicest house we have stayed at! Location is great, just a short walk to the pool and beach. Only negative was all the forms, waivers, emails and texts received from the management company. We wound up with extra bikes that we didn’t need and got changed for them. When questioned about it I got no reply back. The bike company got changed after we signed all the waivers so I felt we got tricked or possibly just confused with the amount of forms. The original bike spokesperson said he was willing to work with me on the charges for the extra bikes after we talked to the management company but they never got back to me. This was our only negative but it was over $500 that we should not have encountered. Otherwise the house was perfect for our group of 13! Also I might add that the security is very good here and felt very safe!

House was perfect for our family but rugs were old and very dirty. Cleaning crew did come quickly and remove the rugs
I highly recommend you remove the large area rugs as they are impossible to keep clean and really just a hazard.

Everything was perfect! Great beds, great common space, great bathrooms, great pool, and great transportation to the beach. All you had to do was call and a golf cart/ tram showed up at the stop just outside the house. TVs in the rooms, not dated, clean. Bikes were where they were supposed to be. Great communication from owner about checking in…. We had a great time!

Great location, walking distance to Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach. Loved the tram to the beach too! The house had great amenities, loved the private bathroom for most of the bedrooms. Note that while the listing shows 7 bikes included in the headline, it also indicates these are not guaranteed & we had to order add’l bikes once we got there since there were only 4 bikes. Definitely would return to this vacation house!!

We loved Good Day Sunshine. Fabulous, comfortable king beds, kitchen well appointed and we loved the rooftop deck. We had a perfect view of the July 4th fireworks from there. Large pool area clean and fun drinks available for purchase there. As should be expected July 4 th week, it was very crowded and 90% of the beach is controlled by La Dolce Vida chair and umbrella rentals. Be sure to reserve in advance if you want a view of the water. Property management was great and very responsive.

Pretty much all was great & as advertised…location, house, cleanliness, etc all excellent. The only item with the house was all the doors squeaked when open/closed…so with a large group you could hear that early morning / through the night. Also, the listing said 7 bikes and beach towels, which needed to be confirmed and beach towels no longer provided. That said, a great trip & great time for our entire family! Would definitely recommend

Absolutely loved this home. Plenty of space for our large group. Nicely decorated and appointed with necessities and nice -to -have items. Close to the pool and beach. Two of the bathrooms could have used more attention prior to our check in. Kevin was responsive to communications as were the 30A Beach Girls. Would definitely return to this area and likely even this house.

We spent Christmas at Good Day Sunshine with our 3 adult children and their spouses. The house was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. Because the area was experiencing an unusual cold spell, we were thankful for the family room and 3rd floor area to play games and watch Christmas movies. Once the weather warmed up, we were able to enjoy the short walk to the beach and viewed a beautiful sunset. We also used the bikes that were available on the property to explore the area. We enjoyed having a washer and dryer available so we were able to have a suitcase of clean clothes for our trip back home. It was easy to check in and check out. Would definitely stay again!

We had the perfect vacation at this perfect location. Our family enjoyed playing games on the beach, building sandcastles, and just hanging out together. So many amazing restaurants a short walk away. The location is perfect and the night time view was spectacular. Each night we watched the sunset from the deck. The house fit well with our kids needs. There was one minor issue with a bike. The property manager was quick to get a handyman out to fix it without disruption to our plans. The managers took such care to make sure their guests can just RELAX and enjoy. Highly recommend this beautiful home and managers. Thank you, we look forward to hopefully returning next year.

We come down every year for thanksgiving and we had a great time at the property. It was probably the most well stocked house we've been to and had plenty of space for the whole family. We had an issue with the dryer and it could not get fixed during our stay, but we were given a small refund to make up for the issue. We would definitely stay here again!

Good Day Sunshine was the perfect spot for our multi family beach vacation. There were 18 of us (8 adults & 10 kids ages 15-5 months) and we had plenty of space. The king bedrooms were spacious and and the beds were very comfortable. The older kids loved the bunk room! Each room was thoughtfully decorated and had a relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen had everything we needed to make most of our meals. Everyone's favorite thing might have been the bikesl

My extended family and I stayed at this beautiful home for my husband's 50th birthday. When we arrived, he was greated with a beautiful balloon display and yummy cookies, which immediately set the stage for our visit. The house is nicely updated and spacious, with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed the beach and pool, which is easily accessed by walking, bikes, or free tram. I highly recommend renting this house!

Great house!
We rented this house and it had plenty of room for the 16 of us to spread out. The kids loved the bunk room and the top floor, and all of the couples got their own rooms. Loved that there were bikes included, games, etc. Its a beautiful house and we would happily rent it again!

Great House for Multi Family Vacation
The house was great and worked extremely well for the 3 families we had stay there. House was clean. Great location. Owner was very responsive to our questions before and during our stay. Kitchen was stocked with many essentials such as spices, cooking oils, utensils. The bikes provided were awesome! Our kids would hop on and go get ice cream and the adults would ride to get coffee/drinks. Amazing area and we loved it.

Fantastic Memorial Day on 30A
From start to finish, our experience was wonderful. The homeowner was extremely responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with. The home itself was lovely! Great layout and tastefully designed. Also, the beds were all extremely comfortable. Random, I know….but our kids even mentioned that, so I thought it was worth sharing. The property location was perfect, and convenient to several of the most popular hotspots in the area. As a bonus, we were lucky enough to to catch the the Memorial Day Fireworks, and had an absolutely breathtaking view from 3rd floor balcony. It was the perfect end to our stay.

Awesome House, Crowded Beach
The house itself is great. This maticulously maintained property was clean and stocked with all of the essentials (cookware, seasonings, trash bags, etc.) that you need to be comfortable. Our three families, including five teens, one tween, and three younger kids, all had a great time with plenty of room!
The only downside was the beach, and it is a big downside. We were shocked at how overcrowded the property's designated beach access was. After the first day, we didn't even try to use it again, opting to drive down the road to other beach areas that were far less crowded. The neighborhood pool is walking distance from the house, and our kids enjoyed that added ammenity! We would strongly recommend this property, though you may want a backup plan for beach access.

Beautiful Property in Lively Community
This is a beautiful home - all of the furnishings are brand new and gorgeous and it has a lovely beach feeling. We had tons of room for our family of five. It felt like a whole other family could’ve joined. The house has everything you need and it’s all brand new, including Beach chairs, bikes and a grill in the garage.
Seacrest Beach is a busy, super walkable community. The pool is a couple blocks away, and the beach is less than ten minute walk. The beach is not public but shared with several communities so it is very busy.
You can easily walk to both Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, both of which have lots of shops and restaurants, in ten minutes.
Our communications with Kevin were great and they are clearly total pros at renting. Everything was very well organized and smooth.

Great Vacation House
Beautiful house with all the amenities including kitchen utensils, bar utensils, beach chairs and toys, soaps and shampoos, outdoor grill and bikes. This property is as advertised and I would recommend highly recommend it if you are planning to visit the are. Great communication by the owner.
