This property is a great location and would have been a 5 star review except for the fact that the master bedroom carpet smelled like dog/cat urine. We had to keep the door open even at night as the smell was overpowering. I communicated this to the host, but it took calling VRBO directly to get the host to respond to this issue. The property is close to Silver Dollar City and the interior space of the Villa is comfortable and open concept.

Beautiful place to stay in Point Royale. Close to the clubhouse where the Grill serves tasty breakfast. Nice neighborhood and lovely property; we want to cone back soon.

The property was located in a great spot, there were several cleaning issues but beside that, it was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay

Needed wash clothes and paper towels

We were super excited about getting this villa. But, when we walked in it smelled like cigarettes! Bad! We found an ash tray on the upper deck and cigarette butts. The villa had not been swept or dusted. We found a old pizza in the oven. Towels in the dryer with a note that said they were too busy and would come back at our convenience. When your in Branson, nothing is convenient. Messaged the manager and they said they would message the cleaning team and they would come back. We couldn’t find the white key card for the gate. While we were gone they brought one and left on the counter. It didn’t work. They didn’t clean either. Also, we killed 10 wasps over 2 days. Finally, found a window open and that was where they were coming in. This would be a nice place to stay if it hadn’t been so dirty. We were very disappointed. We will stay at Pointe Royal again but not with this owner/company.

We had a wonderful time. Such a beautiful place & the beds were wonderful. We all hated to leave. We will definitely try to stay here again! Thank you so much!

Excellent comms from host and property management. Nice property in a quiet golf resort -- just as advertised. Location met all the needs for our 5 adults with of couple of small doggies. Best deal/location for our budget. We would stay here again without hesitation.

The condo was amazing..highly recommend..there was 5 of us and we had plenty of room..perfect home away from home..we go every year and this was our favorite so far

Found the condo as advertised. Really had no problems. It does allow pets but only the carpet shows it as it did appear to have some stains. Also saw other condo people bring their dogs over in the grassy area by this place so hopefully they cleaned up after themselves. There was cat poop in the rocks which we saw 4 (strays assuming) one night when we got back. The pool was crowded but it was 100 degrees out so understandable. The place was overall clean and very roomy and had everything we needed.

Beautiful, quiet gated community! It was perfect for our family, entry level master bedroom, bath, kitchen and living area was perfect for a disabled family member. The passcode lock did not work, we had to reach the owner to get an alternative method to get inside by using a key that was in a lock box. A service was to come and change the battery in the lock, they didn’t make it so we had to reach out to the owner again to ask his to lock up and secure the key. The owner was responsive.The water and ice dispenser in the refrigerator was not working. Other than those few issues, the property was beautiful.

The property was clean and perfectly located.

This is like one of the best locations. Great place in private community. Golf. Tennis. Workout. Pools and a really nice restaurant for breakfast and lunch. And the best thing, is this place is dog friendly and lots of space. Will definitely be back.

AC would not cool made it miserable place was nice but it was hot so a waste of my money

The property was very well kept. The Huzzah Hilton had everything we were looking for. The room was very clean and comfortable. We will be back.

many many minor things that add up at the price we paid. house was dirty. all towels extreme cigarette smell no water pressure decent place but not at that price

The home was in a beautiful golf community and was very comfortable. We had everything we needed to make our last minute vacation both comfortable and memorable!! We will be back!
