Beautiful home close to the beach and pool. The tram was wonderful to get all our items to the beach. The bonfire night was fun and we ate way too many s'mores. The beds were all comfortable kitchen well equipped. House was comfortable and the perfect home base. 30a beach girls were great to work with. Would book this home again and again.

Family Getaway. My family and I traveled from northern CA to Florida for a family getaway. The house had plenty of space for us all and the area was amazing. We enjoyed this beautiful house and have very fond memories of the time we spent here. Hollie and her staff were beyond helpful! Loved the included bonfire evening under the stars, magical. We will return.

Lovely stay!! We had a great time staying at the beach house. Check in was easy, the location was great, and everything was as advertised including the free bonfire night. There was plenty of great amenities including bikes and beach towels. Communication was clear and helpful. We would love to book again.

This home was a perfect fit for our family to get together for the holidays. Four families including kids ages 4-12 fit perfectly without being on top of each other. And what makes it a prime property? Location, location, location. This home is close to the pool, beach, Rosemary and lots of activities but yet it is peaceful and very serene. Property managers Hollie and Joy was also very friendly, responsive and open. We all had an amazing time and have already sent this listing to friends and family raving about our experience. We loved the bonfire and ate s'mores and made new friends! Just a side note that we did not utilize the bikes. Amazing bonus but we just walked everywhere. More importantly, we would all stay at this home again and feel very comfortable referring it to our other friends and family!!

This property worked perfectly for our family. The home was very clean and located next to all we wanted to do. We loved the included bikes and the beachwear credit for more gear. The bonfire that was included was a lot of fun! Only bad thing - Felt bad using so much plastic wrap, more containers for leftovers would have been useful. Other than that we would come back!

Family get together. Very professional host who answered my questions and was quick to respond, they throw their guests free bonfires and we lucked out and attended 3. This house is within walking distance to pool, restaurants, shopping and a very calm beach.

This VRBO is outstanding! First class all the way from the excellent linens and bedding to well stocked kitchen. This was a family outing for my son and his family. Everyone had so much space throughout the house. Loved loved the pool and beach, also the bikes and all the places you can go on them what an extra bonus. Three adults with spouses all had their own personal space and comfortable gathering spots. Ideal location with easy access to Rosemary, Grayton Beach, Seaside, and of course the beach. House was exactly as described - gorgeous and very clean. Favorite restaurant was Amicii and favorite activity was bike riding. Hollie provided us extra bikes. Highly recommend this home and everyone at 30a Beach Girls and would definitely return.

We stayed at All Decked Out for Christmas. Everything was absolutely perfect. The house was decorated when we got there and holiday music was playing. The home fit the 9 of us very well with a nice open common area and large bedrooms and bathrooms. The decor was updated and the beds were comfortable. We rode the bikes all over Alys and Rosemary and enjoyed the holiday decor on 30A. Thank you to the 30A Beach Girls for being so attentive during our stay and making this an unforgettable memory for us!!

This is a beautiful home and property that was perfect in every way for our group. Plenty of beds and space, and close proximity to all we were doing, 30a beach girls were great hosts and was readily available whenever we had questions, they arranged a bonfire for us and had our groceries delivered.

We celebrated my husband's 65th birthday with our immediate family under one roof! We ALL had an amazing time and the house was perfect for each of us. The accommodations were perfect! You can tell that the managers had pride in this property as it was very clean and well-maintained. Good communication and everything was as described. Close to the beach and pool. We enjoyed having the bikes and spent hours each day on them. Overall, a nice property and great experience. Thanks, 30a beach girls you ladies were great the balloons and cake were a sweet and memorable touch!

The home was beautiful and in an excellent location with quick, direct walking access to the pool (2 blocks through the park) and the beach (trolley stop was on the corner). The home was comfortable, clean, bright and well furnished. The kitchen well stocked and with an outdoor grill for use. The management company was easy to work with and available, though we had no issues. We'll be back soon....loved the home, location and Seacrest Beach.

We enjoyed the home and its proximity to the beach, pool, Rosemary Beach. The home was quiet, the neighborhood safe, and the internet worked great. All facilities, appliances, ac, electronics worked as expected. Very nice home that matches the description. The hosts were attentive, informative and pleasant. Would recommend and return.

Great place walking distance from the beach and pool, village shops and restaurants. Owner was super responsive when I called with a question and the home was very tidy. Our girls (10 & 8yrs) loved the bikes and community pool. We will definitely return next time we visit 30a, hopefully soon ;)

This was a great beach house nestled in a quiet area of the neighborhood. Close walk to the pool. The beach was a farther distance away, but it was only about an 8 minute walk from the house. Trams ran frequently if you didn't want to walk. The house was clean and freshly decorated. Beds were comfortable. Lots of space to spread out and relax! Definitely recommend for groups who have 2-3 families!

This is a great casual house tucked away in seacrest beach and set up beautifully for a large crowd. Ask beach girls about the beach recommendations Seacrest private beach is insanely packed!! Beach Girls saved our trip, we considered leaving. Seacrest community needs to do something about their beach.

Great place!
The house was laid out great, comfortable, and conveniently located. We really enjoyed our stay! The only few things I would update are the tile flooring in the downstairs bathroom-it's separating from the subfloor-and adding some shades to the bedrooms that have windows since it gets bright SO early. Overall, a great place!
