This condo is so convenient and accessible. It was easy to access with unloading or loading groceries or luggage. It was such easy access to the pool and beach. Everything inside is very newly remodeled and up to date. It was also super clean! I would recommend to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about this location and property. It had literally everything one would want for a beach vacation. Beach and pool are only steps away, close to everything, a fully stocked house, so clean, etc. I could go on and on. We just loved the digital guide Jessica sent us - it even has a "deals around town" section which we got to use at the ice cream shop across the street. If you're debating properties in this area, it shouldn't be up for debate - this is your dream vacation spot.

The townhome was perfect for our 6 person party. Everything was fully remodeling and very tastefully done. No detail was left undone, we felt right at home! Great pool and beach…very calm while we were there. Great communication with host and we would highly recommend if you are in the area!

We had a fantastic trip at this impeccably maintained property. Our family really enjoyed being steps from the beach. We appreciated using the beach chairs and the family enjoyed some bonding time playing cornhole as well. We would definitely consider returning again in the future.

We love New Smyrna beach and this condo did not disappoint. This place is located steps from the beach and so nice to walk right out the back door and not have to go down an elevator. Also, bonus is the master has the best view for sunrise that you don’t even have to get out of bed!
Beautifully decorated, clean and the beds are so comfy. The kitchen has everything you need and also the garage is filled with all beach essential like chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards.
Jessica is an amazing attentive host and goes out of her way to make sure you are taken care of while there.
I definitely recommend staying here! You will not regret it. Can’t wait to return in the future.

This condo has everything you need! The convenience of the pool and the beach being right outside your door was perfect. The views are amazing the second you walk in the front door….especially the master bedroom!! From indoor to outdoor activities, it has everything you need for every age! My husband and I enjoyed an early morning bike ride!! The kitchen is fully stocked and has beautiful appliances. Everything felt new and clean and the decor was well done!
Communication with Jessica was easy and your guide with restaurant recommendations was much appreciated and very helpful.

The townhouse was great for a family. Plenty of sleeping space and separation. It was updated very nicely and owners were very responsive!

If you want a beautiful condo with an amazing view and also a pool, this is your place! The owners did a wonderful job on the remodel, there are 3 full bathrooms, everything up to date. The kitchen had so many supplies, it saved a lot at the grocery store. There are many good restaurants and activities that are close. We always have a great vacation at Oceanside Village.

My husband and I were just looking for a beautiful place on the beach to relax. This place did not disappoint! From the time we arrived and saw how beautiful the place is, the cleanliness of the place (it looked brand new) and the clean refreshing smell! It was more than we could ask for. Convenient to stores, restaurants and right on the beach! The host was amazing and we will definitely be back! We recommend to all that want a clean, private place by the pool/beach! The house is beautiful, extremely well equipped for indoor and outdoor activities including beach toys, chairs, towels etc. The pool is steps from the back door as is the ocean.

Location location location! This home was everything I could’ve wanted for a weekend beach trip with our family. The host was amazing and always just a message away - we were greeted with a bottle of wine and a super sweet card. The kitchen was stocked full of everything you could need and then some. The garage was packed full of beach toys, pool toys, chairs for the beach, games to play - and so much more. The beds were insanely comfy, I felt as if I was sleeping in my bed at home. I could go on and on. Our family did not want to leave and will absolutely be booking another trip!

This property is an amazing beach location! You are steps to the ocean with all the beach chairs and beach games you need well stocked in the home’s garage. NSB is very family friendly. The home is just as it appears online and I has everything you need! We highly recommend staying here. The owners are very easy to work with - we would definitely stay again!

Our stay had to be one of the most comfortable and luxurious trips we’ve taken to the beach. This place had anything and everything you could possibly think of. Extremely well stocked. You could literally just bring your swim suit! ;)
This townhome was perfect for our children as there were all sorts of beach toys, boogie boards, pool toys, and even bikes for use. We enjoyed the proximity of the pool just outside our door and the short walk to the beach. The host was an excellent communicator and very gracious. We can’t wait to come back!

Million Dollar View and Resort Amenities!!
We stayed three nights here with our family of five. The room layout was perfect with the master and bunk room with queen bed. The fully equipped kitchen allowed for meals at our home away from home. The three bathrooms allowed space for our boys and daughter to have private showering and dressing areas. The master bedroom was phenomenal with a comfy bed and breathtaking view to watch the sunrise. It was heavenly! The beach equipment was fully stocked with chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and anything else you would want. We highly recommend this property!! Book it today!

Perfection!
We have rented many vacation homes and I have never been more comfortable than we were here! The view of the ocean, as well as being steps away from the pool and the beach made this stay so special. To top it off, you have everything you need for the beach including boogie boards, umbrellas, chairs, towels, sand toys, and beach games. Also extremely pleased with how well the kitchen was stocked with various pots and pans, a water filter pitcher, storage containers, even drink koozies. I can’t say enough good things about this place- definitely stay here!

Best Place we have stayed on the beach
Our stay was just amazing. The house was very newly remodeled and so nice inside. I honestly don't have one bad thing to say about our stay. Jessica was very communicative and so helpful. The app for your stay has so much to help you around NSB. This was our first time to New Smyrna Beach and when we come back this will be our place. The pool is right outside your room and the beach is so close. We normally stay in condos and have to wait on elevators and have a much longer walk to the pool and beach. This house had everything for the beach as well. Chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards.

Beach Vacation
The entire place is absolutely amazing. Everything is brand new as it is newly remodeled. The owner, Jessica, did not spare any expenses on anything! Everything is top notch from the appliances to the beds, furniture, etc. She also has thought of everything you need! You literally dont have to bring anything for you beach trips. She has at least 8 beach chairs, umbrellas, tents, a table, tons of beach toys, beach games, kids sand toys, footballs, basketballs, boogieboards etc! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the drawers labelled for convenience. The views from downstairs and the master bedroom are amazing! Your on top of the pool and the beach! Also have a shower right outside your doorsteps for when you come in from the beach before getting in the pool or going inside. I cant say enough about it! She even has yoga mats, a desk setup in case you need to work, and balcony furniture.

Five star townhouse, extras provided for our stay were awesome (beach chairs, bikes, cooler). I don't believe there are any nicer accommodations on the beach. The host was always available to text, email or call. Very nice pool, deep end is 8.5 feet. Beautiful sunrises from master bedroom and living room. Perfect for our family vacation.

Above and Beyond
We have stayed at dozens of VRBO properties, and have owned VRBO properties, over the years. I have high standards for cleanliness, comfort and location and so when I say this property was above and beyond it says a lot! From the moment we walked in my family was full of "ooohhs and aaaahs" and all commented on how clean, how beautifully decorated, how perfectly located on the beach, how amazing the views, how many extra touches, etc. Everything is an upgrade from the beds, pillows, cotton linens, heated toilet seats and biobidet, automatic blinds to all of the extras such as teas, coffee, snacks, shower items, detergents, paper products and literally everything that you would possibly need or want for the beach! When Jessica says just bring your clothing and bathing suits, she is not exaggerating! Jessica was so responsive and accommodating, a pleasure to work with! Honestly, this property is deserving of a 5+ rating! Thank you!!!
