Our stay was fantastic …. We loved everything about the condo. Close to many different towns to explore. Clean, lots of nice amenities. The only negative was a note left by “full timer” warning us on how to behave. We never heard anything from them while we were there but it was still unsettling and makes you feel weary of every move - again nothing to do with owner or rental company and we had no issues. I took the note down. It didn’t really interfere with our wonderful stay but still worth mentioning.

an overnite stay on trip from moab to denver airport..4 hrs from moab 1 hour to airport for an early morning flight

We had a great time there we used it and a over night place for my wedding party and it was wonderful the only thing that I would say is that the bed that was in the bedroom on the main floor was kind of uncomfortable but our overall stay was great

My family and I enjoyed our stay here for Easter weekend. The place was great and we were able to ski at the local mountains. If we get the chance we will stay again.

Good location for A-Basin/Copper skiing. Very comfortable condo and well stocked with necessary amenities. Would definitely stay here again. I see that others have noted the downstairs residents complaining about noise. We also experienced the beating on their ceiling/our floor if we made the slightest noise - which occasionally happens when you have two pre-teen boys. I felt (sorta) bad that they live with such constant perceived transgressions. We lived with the noise complaint annoyance - as I suppose the downstairs neighbors were forced to live with theirs. C'est la vie.

We have stayed at others where we had to go out and buy toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels and anything else that you would normally expect to be included. The condo was very nice and clean. It had lots of space for our group. It will actually sleep 8 if you have 6 people who can share beds. It was perfectly situated between Breck and Loveland. 20 minutes or less to either. There were only two detractors: The couch was not very comfortable (very low back) and the down stairs neighbors. (They were beating on the ceilings if you made any noise and reported us to the HOA who put a notice on the door) I felt like we had to basically sneak around the house so we couldn't be heard and upset the people down stairs. Other than that, It was fantastic! Easy to get in and out. Target right across the street. Everything you need is about 5 min away! Again, 5 STARS owners! Thank you so much. We had a blast!P.S. I fixed your coffee machine which someone had poured coffee grounds into without a filter and clogged up.

The unit was clean and had modern amenities. The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of clean towels, washcloths. Complimentary travel sized shampoo, conditioner and body lotion were also stocked in the bathrooms.The check in process was seamless, we received the access code at check in time via a text message. Good communication was provided by the company, that was a plus for me.We would definitely rent this unit again in future trips to Summit County.I find that staying in Silverthorn is an easy drive to four of our favorite ski areas; Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin.

One of the nicest and best equipped properties that we have stayed at.

The place was beautiful. My grandson, age 7, said he wanted to live there. One problem was that one of the bedrooms was open to downstairs, as in a loft style, so everyone had to go to bed at the same time or hear the television and see the lights below. The second problem is that the people living below are permanent residents. They posted a note on our door for being loud. Our two boys went to bed at 8:30 pm and we were gone by 10 am each morning, arising at 7 am. I understand the walls are thin but we weren't that noisy and I can't help poor building standards. They complained of noise on the stairs. The stairs are made of metal! We came in and out 4 times in three days. We did not have skiing equipment. We will not return with this attitude from the permanent residents. Please text information. E-mail downloads are not reliable in the mountains.

We stayed here to shorten our morning drive to Vail. This condo is gorgeous, everything is clean and updated. The heated floors are amazing. We will book 2 nights next time just so we can stay in the condo longer. Great view too.

I asked Summit County Mountain Retreats to please give us a credit for a later date considering the exceptional circumstances. They refused and charged us the full $1,800 for a 3 night stay that we were unable to use. Their reasoning was that i had not paid them for travel insurance. Never do business with these kinds of people.

Organized, clean, great communication

We enjoyed our stay. 2 things for improvement t- better seating in living area- the couch is small; trash is difficult to locate (it’s disguised in a garage type structure), and they do not recycle.

This condo was a great location for 3 adults and 2 children (ages 10 and 11). It was the kids first time to see and play in snow, and they had so much fun!! The condo was perfect for their little family to stay in the upper level and me at the bottom. The place had everything we needed! **WARNING** The “permanent” resident directly below the condo introduced herself first thing the morning after we arrived to inform us of our heavy footsteps which apparently disturbed her and wanted to make us aware. The only time I can think we may have “disturbed her” was when we first arrived on site and had to carry/roll our super heavy luggage up the stairs to the condo. If that wasn’t enough, the next day she had the audacity to call the property owner and inform them of a so called “disturbance” who then contacted the rental management company to complain that one of us was out on the patio after hours making lots of noise which was an absolute lie! Not that we have to defend ourselves, but we were in by 7pm after soaking in the hot tub (great place after long day of skiing), took showers, played a card game, then crashed for the night by 9pm. So, IF there was anyone out on the patio making noise it wasn’t us. It was quite annoying for her to complain or contact the owner for no apparent reason. If you have kids BEWARE that she will complain no matter what. I’d be reluctant to stay in this condo or refer anyone in the future because of her. One person can ruin it for everyone. Other than having to deal with her actions, we had a blast!!

Loved this place. The location is great, So cute. Radiant floor heat, comfy bed. Only drawback is that everything is done through the rental company and was way more than I'm used to. You have to initial and sign several lines in a contract, get lots of formal emails or they might cancel your reservation. The code on the door only works right at check in time and they require you to take out your own garbage and had a hard time finding where to take it. Said they'd text the door code, but sent it via email instead..past vrbo rentals have been easier. But, I'd definitely stay again now that I know how this rental works.

The location was convenient and very budget friendly. The local shops around also allowed for us to easily grab supplies if needed as well as having various restaurants to choose from. I would happily choose this rental again for next time!

Beautiful unit, plenty of room for 2 couples plus another person or two. A little pricey, but comfortable and cozy enough to be worth the expense. Lots of information on check-in given ahead of time (almost too much), and check out was very simple. Would recommend if looking for no-fuss getaway weekends!
