This was our first extended family vacation. This location was amazing! It seemed more relaxed and less touristy than Orange Beach or Gulf Shores but just a quick drive away from those locations. The townhouse was great for our group of 6 adults and 4 children. Having multiple bathrooms made it so nice for each family to have their own space. The kitchen and common spaces are amazing. The sand toys, bikes, and everything you need in a kitchen were great additions. The stay was so smooth we didn't have to contact the host at all. A great experience for all!

The property was nice and close to the beach. Enjoyed having the bicycles, beach chairs, and sand toys! Great idea and perfect for going to the beach. The cleanliness was not so great! Managers were very attentive to our issues! The description stated 4 bedrooms in one place but listed 5 bedrooms but was only a 4 bedroom. So it was hard to accommodate a family of 11 without sleeping in the living room on pullout. Also there wasn’t adequate seating for eating. There were 5 seats at the table and 4 at the island.

We enjoyed our stay so much here! Everything at the condo was so nice and clean! So good for our girls trip!! The shuttle picking us up at our door to take us to the beach was super nice too! Loved that we got free beach chairs as well! The hosts were amazing and very well with communication! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The house was beautiful and clean. The hosts were amazing - they put together detailed guides for the area which were so helpful for us as first-time visitors to the area. Would love to stay again someday!

We enjoyed this neighborhood, but it's shocking to me that they don't require all hosts to own golf carts + give parking for said golf carts. The journey to the beach every day with 4 small kids was not great. The pools were also a bit of a walk. The house was clean except the primary bedroom had tons of ants. We followed the rules and didn't bring any food or drinks (besides water) upstairs, and the ants were still everywhere.

Family vacation for 5 days, the house had everything we needed. Loved the decor throughout and the proximity to the beach. We took the shuttle to the beach club and found it very convenient. Our host Kate was super prompt in her responses to any questions we had. Fun trip!

The place was exactly was described…awesome place. SO MANY supplies, hardly had to bring anything. Large / spacious rooms and quality furniture and appliances. The resort is very nice…from beach club with free chairs to secondary pool…very nice. Quite area too. Great for family stays!

Spacious, clean and has all the amenities of home. The kitchen has all the necessities for cooking. Extras - bikes, swim stuff, beach stuff, wagon, net for ocean, grill and much more. A beautiful villa, grounds, pool and beach. Truly enjoyed our family vacation at Perdido Key Lost Key Reaort. Really nice and cozy place to stay at. The amenities were more than adequate for a group of 12. Check in was a breeze and any issues or concerns was answered by Katherine in a timely manner. Definitely will stay again if we are back down in Pensacola.

My family gave me many kudos for this place. 1) So beautiful & clean, 2) has the grill, beach necessities & bikes, what a blessing not to pack, 3) pool was great and not overcrowded 4) communication was great when needed, 5) Check out so simple, and 6) Had to reach out after bc we left some stuff & they shipped it to us! So. Very. Thankful. 7) Great Location to the private beach/pool/Johnson Beach which is the reason for booking it in that area in the first place. This place did not disappoint. The young and old loved the place.

WE have lodged in the same location for 30 years in Daytona Beach Shores. Hurricane destroyed that location and so we decided to try the Gulf. My son found the property on Perdido Key.
The property was so nice, well furnished, easy access to beach, pools, and local stores and restaurants. Matter of fact, it was so well furnished that we ate all meals there instead of going out like we normally do.
Kate always stayed in-touch, responded to texts quickly, and was most gracious. Our plan is to stay here again next year and maybe even twice per year.

Loved everything about the place. Spacious and beautiful. Only downside is the distance to the beach. The shuttle was down and we had to walk 15 minutes to the beach. Also make sure to bring your card to get to the beach.

This rental was the best we've had. Plenty of room with large bedrooms and it was nice having so many bathrooms with our group of 7. Location was perfect with close proximity to pools, beach, and the state park. We really thought this was our best rental yet and hope to book it again next year.

My family really enjoyed our stay in Perdido Key. The house was simply wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped with all we needed. There were towels and beach towels for our party of 10. I am also glad there were beach chairs and beach toys. Kate answered all my questions very quickly.

We visited to attend the Gulf Coast Jazz Festival. The location wasn’t ideal for the event but that was my fault. The availability of late night dining options was limited. The property was perfect for us. It was well maintained, plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, washer and dryer, the bedrooms are all of good size and the beds were comfortable, tvs in each room, and the family area with the tv/couches/comfy chairs/dining table and the island made gathering as a group to play games and share meals effortless. The only thing that wasn’t so great was the smoking area because it didn’t feel safe and there wasn’t anywhere to sit and the unscreened balcony was difficult to enjoy because of the insects. I’m planning a trip with my children and grandchildren and this would be the perfect place to stay. The host provided rules and guidelines and made our check in and out process simple. I’d definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

Simply the best!
What a wonderful time we had. This house had everything! It was fabulous. The amenities were great. Enjoyed the beach club and beach. Super clean, spacious and well appointed decorating. All of beds comfy. Loved the extra touches like body wash, shampoo and conditioner in all bathrooms. The owners were easy to communicate with and instructions were very clear. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Home
We spent 3 days in this wonderful house. It was a calming and beautiful retreat with all the comfort of a home. Cleanliness and good taste was the hallmark of each room from the decoration to the quality of furniture, bedding, dishware and more. It was a walking distance from the beach, making it possible to walk or just take a shuttle to the Beach House. I highly recommend this property and if we return to the area we know we would stay there again
