My daughter, granddaughter, and I stayed five nights in Miguel and Margarita’s lovely condo and we wish it had been longer! They are great hosts with excellent communication. We arrived to find a thoughtful welcome basket and special gift for my granddaughter. The condo is directly on the ocean and it was extremely comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. We appreciated the extra towels and sand toys, as well as the kitchen and bathroom amenities. The condo is directly on the beach and we enjoyed all that had to offer including seeing dolphins almost daily and glimpses of manatees as well. We rented a car and it was easy driving to sites and activities in the area. It truly could not have been a more perfect “beach getaway” and we’re thankful to our hosts for all they did to ensure we had a great time!

We had an amazing time at this beach condo! The location was perfect, just steps away from the sand with stunning ocean views. The VRBO host was incredibly accommodating, and the facility was spotless. Our kids loved the pool—we'll certainly be back. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place! You feel so welcome the minute you are in the door,welcome basket,fresh cut flowers. Very clean, and they thought of everything you would need and more. There are beach chairs,unbrellas, beach towels, chairs to sit up by condo and grills.Can sit out and watch beautiful sunsets, and we saw dolphins almost everyday. Picked sand dollars on the sand bar out a bit,and there were alot out there! Beach is great and not busy.All in all a great stay and would highly recommend ! Thanks Miguel!!

This was a wonderful location so close to the beach! My father can't walk far and Clearwater area beaches are wide so this was a perfect spot. The unit was roomy and comfortable and the hosts were top-notch! Such courteous communication from booking to stay to departure. Highly recommend.

When we first pulled up you see the beautiful ocean then arriving in Miguel's condo was amazing everything was perfect including communication from miguel and wife.our family will definitely be returning to stay often we love treasure island and this is where we will stay everytime.Thank you again for the best vacation our family has ever had and for your gracious hospitality

Great place to stay with immediate beach access. Condo is well layed out and accommodating. You may have to look for some things (microwave is tucked away) but we had an enjoyable stay at this property.

We had a great time visiting Treasure Island December 26 - 29. The property was well maintained and Miguel's condo gave us all the comforts of home! He is a great communicator and gave us great advice for activities as well as his neighbors! We highly recommend considering a vacation here!

A wonderful week in paradise!
This property is exactly as advertised! It is the perfect location to relax and unwind. It is beachfront with a front row to the most beautiful sunsets and gorgeous ocean views! The unit itself is well appointed, comfortable, extremely clean and very well maintained. The owners have thought of everything you may need and it is available for you to use! The check in process was a breeze and the LOCAL owners are quick communicators, not only for problems or issues (which we did not have) but for local recommendations and ideas as well. We love this location so very much and look forward to staying in this unit again next year. Thanks Miguel & Margarita for a wonderful week!! Until next time…

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Things were as stated and just as pictures posted. The perfect place to stay with a family or just adults. Owner is super great with communication and timely responses! We'll absolutely be back!

Gorgeous Property Steps From the Beach
This property was very clean and perfectly located on the island. The beach is steps away from your door and a short beach walk to restaurants and other attractions. The property owners were wonderful to work with, very responsive and accommodating.

Amazing getaway!
The hosts were amazing and responded quickly to any of our questions. Clean condo, everything you needed. This was the closest I've ever seen a condo to the shore! Beautiful! Great location to all the fun things , we'd definitely recommend this place and would go back again!
