Arturo and John were excellent hosts. The little welcome gift bag was very thoughtful. The tiny home was a perfect size for the 2 of us and our cat. It was the perfect midway location from our home in MA and our excursions to Burlington & Stowe.

I highly recommend this place if youre ever in the area. It was a perfect retreat just outside of Woodstock. I was able to meet up with friends and family and its a really nice private set-up, easily accessible from the main road. The hosts are easy to get a hold of. 100% would stay here again!

CHARMING Tiny House with every possible amenity and superbly gracious hosts! The house is on a lovely winding rural road, easily proximal to Quechee and Woodstock (and the ski resorts, I'll keep that in mind this winter ;-). The hosts have created the most comprehensive guide to the house and to enjoying the area. We were consumed by a horse show and didn't have much time to explore the area but loved reading about the richness of this lovely region that I have previously only enjoyed during ski season.

This property is lovely! For a tiny house, it has all the space we needed. The owners have thought of everything. This home is clean, welcoming and relaxing. From coffee on the tree top deck to a relaxing soak in the hot tub after a day of hiking, you will be hard pressed to find a better stay than Swanns Way! We look forward to returning this fall!

We had an incredible stay at this amazing tiny house nestled in the perfect setting. Arturo was exceptionally accessible and responsive throughout our stay, ensuring everything was perfect. We were fortunate to experience a weekend snowfall, which truly captured the essence of Vermont. We can't wait to come back again!

We enjoyed our stay! The hosts were personable and dedicated to making their guests feel comfortable. My only critique is the house is described as "in the woods", technically it is on a main road but up on a hill, the deck and hot tub were more in the woods but neighbors houses were still in view. It did not change the stay or make the experience any less pleasant. The hosts are definitely premier and I would recommend this property to other friends and family.

Had a very relaxing, quiet weekend at the tiny house! It was a perfect getaway. We enjoyed the proximity to Woodstock and the hot tub! The welcome gift was also a very nice touch!! Would definitely come back!

This tiny home was a cozy spot for a getaway. The loft bed was comfortable and the hottub was lovely. Arturo was very responsive and resolved the few issues that we had. Keep in mind that most of the storage in the kitchen and coat closet is used by the owners so there’s minimal space to put your personal belongings.

Perfect two day getaway from the city. First time staying in a tiny home, had all the amenities we needed. It was a great location close to restaurants and beautiful hikes. The hot tub was a bonus after a long hike. Want to visit again during the summer. The host was amazing in terms of communication and I appreciate the welcoming gift! Thank you.

Cute, cozy, and clean. This was our first stay in a tiny home, and it did not disappoint! You’ll have everything you need in a creative space. Comfortable bed and a fun loft space for kids. The cedar hot tub was the highlight for us. Short drive to Woodstock and Saskadena Six. Overall great stay, great vibe, and perfect location.

My husband and I along with our small dog stayed the weekend at Swann's Way. We had a wonderful time. We were nervous about coming as it got closer because the weather was getting worse. It got down to -18F. Arturo assured us there would be plenty of warmth in their tiny home. He was very responsive to my questions. Night one the heat struggled a little bit but I think it was because of the extreme cold. The next day the heat was back to normal. The location was perfect! Just 5 min from Quechee and 15 min from Woodstock. Overall, we had a great time and would love to stay again in the future. It was truly a hidden gem. Thank you, Arturo and John!

When we first arrived, my partner and I were baffled at how well decorated it was and how clean everything was. Perfect sized home for two people. Every single drawer was stocked, which made our lives a little more comfortable. Appliances were top notch! The bed was extremely comfortable and windows all around it to let the fresh mountain air in at night. Lots of stores, attractions and restaurants are within a 20 minute drive, which was also super convenient. The property owners were very accommodating, very friendly and always responded quickly to any questions we had. I will definitely be coming back here soon. Thank you very much for the relaxing stay!

A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the holidays. However, be sure to bring your groceries as its understandably hard to find a restuarant that's open during the holidays in the area. The snow was beautiful and our time together was epic. The house is tiny and cozy.

It was so nice to be able to travel with our pup, Arturo’s guide was wonderful (you have to get the mangalitsa pork chop at sante farmed locally, breakfast at the diner, and/or a bite to eat at Mon vert)
We were greeted with a welcome kit with was very special and found the bed to be incredibly comfortable along with the rest of the home. Would absolutely visit again!

This tiny house gets five big stars from us! Our weekend at Swann’s Way was wonderful. The house was clean, comfortable, and cozy, and came with a super helpful guidebook. While we didn’t cook during our stay, the kitchen had everything we would have needed. After a long afternoon hike, the hot tub was simply dreamy. This house is so cleverly and perfectly designed, from the built in nightstands to the coffee table/desk/dining table to the combination washer/dryer (I’d never seen that before!). We also loved how environmentally conscious the property is.
The location can’t be beat — the property itself is tucked in the woods and private, yet just a few minutes up the road and there are fantastic restaurants, hiking trails, shopping, and more. Arturo was thoughtful and communicative. We really could not have asked for anything more! We have already raved about Swann’s Way to our friends and hope to come back again soon.

We booked this property for a visit with our daughter, as well as to attend the Quechee Scottish Games, and we absolutely loved the house and the area. The location is fantastic - SO much to see and do and eat all within a 30 min drive, we took hikes daily around and down to Quechee Gorge, we visited Hanover and Lebanon and Woodstock to browse in the cute little shops and ate at some wonderful restaurants. The house is so comfortable, everything we needed was there and we were able to completely relax. Super comfortable bed, a kitchen my husband the professional chef loved to use, a beautiful bathroom, and we must not forget the outdoors! LOVE the property with the deck up in the trees, especially when we realized that there is wifi outdoors! We truly loved our time here, and can't wait to go back in hopefully the near future!

Cool tiny house experience
This unique property made for a really neat weekend near Quechee and Woodstock. Arturo checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed, and he and the guidebook in the house had great tips for the area. The deck up the hillside is very cool. Thank you for a neat stay.

Lovely place to relax
What a wonderful place to stay! The check in/check out was easy. The space was phenomenal. Such a comfortable, cozy place. My 1.5 year old loved the property, and the deck. The home is close to some really great spots. Overall, a wonderful place with wonderful hosts. They were extremely helpful and communicative. 10/10 recommend!

Just what we needed
This property is so comfortable, so relaxing, absolutely everything we could have hoped for. Communication was absolutely crystal clear and we even got wonderful little treats upon our arrival! We had a fabulous campfire and got to watch the adorable little frogs pop out at night and sing. We'll be back when we can stay longer.

The day before my husband and I were supposed to go on our trip, I woke up with a fever and shaking (turned out it was COVID). Arturo worked with me to reschedule our trip, which was quite a bit of extra work on his part, especially considering the late notice. We will be staying in late April instead and can’t wait. Thank you for your understanding and labor to accommodate our unfortunate circumstance!

Delightful tiny home in great location
This sweet tiny home has everything you could want and more. From a staircase up to the bed to the apartment size stove/oven, dishwasher and washer/drier. Convenient to Quechee and Woodstock yet private enough to recoup wile on vacation. The owners were a delight to work with and we look forward to staying again.

Awesome home
My friends and I stayed in this beautiful home over the weekend to go snowboarding in the area. Owners were so attentive and helpful, House was perfect and very clean, I highly recommend and we definitely want to come back !

Great place for a great price
The only thing that stopped us from enjoying this place to its fullest potential was the weather. The heavy rain and then freezing ice prevented us from enjoying the fire pit and the outside area as much as we liked, but otherwise me and my gf had a great time. Everything was as imagined and more. Very cozy and comfortable for a more intimate get away, but had the space to fit 4 or 5 people/kids if need be. Town is only about 1.5 miles away and the little market there has basically anything you could need or want and the Crepe place is great for breakfast. Ski Quechee was a great place for family's and beginner skiers and was the reason why we were staying hhere. Overall it's beautiful brand new place and they seem to still be improving as they go so we definitely can't wait to come back and see what it looks like in the future. Thanks Arturo and John.
